The main living area has an open floor plan w/ a full eat in kitchen, a breakfast bar which accommodates casual seating for 4 and a dining area that features a large family table that can seat 10 comfortably. The living room has a large 65 inch smart TV and a walk out covered porch and a half bath. In the kitchen you'll enjoy the full morning sunrise during your coffee and gorgeous sunsets over the Pond in the evening!
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each w/ its own beautiful view and blacked out curtains perfect for a good night sleep. The master bedroom w/ its own private bath, queen bed, TV and private covered porch overlooking the pond.
The 2 front bedrooms both have sparkling views of the ocean, 1 queen bed and the other with a single bunk bed w/ trundle (which sleeps 3). Both rooms share a large family bathroom w/ tub & shower combo.
There's a spiral staircase that takes you up to the sky room which has the most spectacular views of the ocean and pond anytime during the day! It has a queen bed w/storage and a separate entertainment/sitting area. A great hang out spot for the kids and adults.
Just pack your suitcase and everything else will be here waiting for you! A fully supplied kitchen; cooking utensils, glass & flat ware, blender, coffee pot, toaster & crock pot. Also included an extensive cable package, fast WI-FI, all bed linens, bath & beach towels & blankets, full size washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, boogie boards, an assortment of beach toys, beach chairs and coolers, outdoor grill & outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off....everything you need at the beach!
*But the best part is that the beach is only a short walk away for you and your family to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Why stay down at the busy end of Hampton beach when you can have the quiet of North Beach….?
