The problem with the temperature of the swimming pool is the dramatic difference of temperature at night. Only putting the cover after the use is the solution. The heater is working all day. The villa can be surrounded by the back where can take your car so a wheel chair will move without one simple stair. Dear guests. Absolutely all was perfect. Never ever was reported any problem until I complain for the dirty and bad situation of the villa when they left. My cleaning team and my maintenance men do their best to sort any problem when something happens. They clean the pool twice a week but 10 people using the pool …. This is a vacation house with washing machine, hoover, and all the products to to their own washing. Exactly like in my guests homes. But some people think they are in a hotel and just because they are family with special needs they have the right to break doors, leave dirty things and food below the beds, dirty bathrooms and moving beds at their wish. Ants some when you have food during weeks on the table. And finally I can not allow late check out when I have a family coming the same day. Specially with the deep cleaning that it was required due to Tte situation in which they left the villa. I have done my best but this time and with this people it was not enough. There was no one complain during the 14 days, only when I ask them for explanations and express my disappointment. The facts are the facts. And 100% guests happy is the best evidence. No one simple word of sorry for all the damages and dirty they caused. To my pasten and future guests just say thank you for your trust and confidence. And if there is anything wrong please report this to me to sort it out immediately.
