This rate includes:

The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00/week/animal)
Tourism tax (€ 1.50 per person for each overnight stay, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under 12 are exempted

Set within the Pineta Varenna, a completely-enclosed private park with various entrances for the sole use of those who reside there, is Villa La Meridiana. The park overlooks the sea, which is about 200 m away, and affords complete privacy; all the villas are well separate, one from the other, and are each surrounded, not only by their own exclusive gardens, but also by the greenery of the centuries-old pine trees and Mediterranean plants that make up this entire private area, connected internally by prefectly maintained dirt roads. The property of Villa La Meridiana is characterised by about 1000 m of garden, partly green lawn, with pines, holm oaks and typical Mediterranean plants as well as beautiful clumps of colourful flowers. The villa, of the typical Versilian architecture of the 70s, is aesthetically elegant with the sundial in front lending a nice original touch. Indoors, the rooms are designed with top quality materials, from the wood, terracotta and tiles of the floors and cladding and which, with the pastel-coloured fabrics of the furnishings, let in a scented breath of the sea. The living area consists of a single bright room composed of dining area and lounge with sofas that opens out onto the verandah where guests can relax and enjoy themselves in the open air. The bedrooms on the first and attic floors are all spacious, each with private bathroom and all necessary mod cons. The four kilometres of the Marina di Pietrasanta seafront offer a vast choice of beaches and high-level bathing establishments, with all sorts of services, and the Pineta della Versiliana offers the possibility of relaxing walks as well as the important vast programme of shows that the famous Teatro hosts throughout the year.

Interior:
Villa La Meridiana has three floors. Up five steps from the entrance, you come to the living area with, on the left, the dining area with table and chairs and, behind it, the sofa and TV area in front of which is the eat-in kitchen. To the right of the entrance is a small bedroom with a single bed suitable for children and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, reached by a stone staircase, is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower and a third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub. Continuing up the stairs to the attic floor, you come to another double bedroom with the french size bed and bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (except for the single one on the ground floor)

Park:
The park surrounding the villa covers about 1000 sqm and is very well maintained, partly lawn with pines and holm oaks as well as bushes of typical Mediterranean plants and flowers. Behind the villa is the laundry area and a brick-built barbecue. Facing onto the park are two porticos, one set up with table and chairs for alfresco dining and the other with large sofas and armchairs for total relaxation.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, open from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October of rectangular shape and PVC TOUCH internal lining, measuring 12 x 4 m with a depth of 1.50m and facilitated access through internal steps all along its short side. The surrounding solarium is set up with sun loungers and umbrellas. Purification is in salt.

Pets: Yes small size. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
