House 15 rises from the dune as a striking modern glass home with 360 degree views of ocean, mountain and farm. This home will host up to 10 adults/kids + 4 additional kids of any age.

Approaching House 15, the dramatic architecture will take your breath away... there is no other house like it on the Monterey Bay coast. Once inside, the views are incredible. Enjoy watching dolphins, seals, and wide open beach views from inside or out on the deck. Keep a lookout for the occasional humpback whale spout on the horizon!

The beach stairs are right next to this home, giving the feel of private access right out your yard and just steps to the beach. Anyone who prefers to stay inside can watch all that happens on the beach below. A cozy reading nook with beach and ocean views will be your happy place.

The living area and bedrooms are all on one floor - especially great for grandparents and little kids. The bedrooms are well separated from the living space, providing quiet and privacy. Polished concrete floors complement the soaring architecture, with cozy carpeting in the five bedrooms.

Enjoy the wood burning fireplace while gathering for a movie on the flat screen living room TV. Or, our second flat screen TV can keep kids entertained in another room while grownups socialize in the great room.

Store tons of food in the NEW large stainless fridge/freezer, and enjoy the NEW Jenn-Air cooktop. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you need -- or, order in! We provide delivery menus for local delivery restaurants that will come to Pajaro Dunes, so even Mom gets to relax at the beach while someone else cooks!

GREAT WIFI! Plenty of bandwidth for simultaneous work/school streaming.

The five bedrooms are configured as follows:
(1) Primary bedroom: King (ocean view)
(2) Corner office (separated by pocket doors from primary bedroom): FULL size futon (ocean view) - bright with light filtering shades
(3) Bedroom 3: Queen, Twin daybed, Twin trundle (valley/farm view)
(4) Bedroom 4: Queen, Twin bunk overhead, plus Twin floor mattress (valley/farm view)
(5) Bedroom 5: Queen (ocean and valley/farm view)

The three full bathrooms are spacious, clean, modern and private.

All bedrooms have a portable desk, chair, and desk light available in closet for your work and school purposes!

After a romp on the beach, wash down your kids with the hot/cold outdoor shower. We have beach chairs for your entire group, and a beach umbrella.

The Weber propane grill is on a view deck so even the grill chef can enjoy the scenery while rustling up some grub.

House 15 will become your annual destination for making cherished family memories year after year. It books out well in advance so make your reservations while your dates are available!

Checkout tasks: strip sheets and towels; take out trash and unused food; wash and put away kitchenware; lights and heat off and doors and windows locked. See contract for checklist.

Notes:
Electronic signature required on rental contract, and $300 security hold will be run prior to arrival.
Security camera views outdoor entry space that is also visible by public.
Pajaro Dunes does not allow pets and we strictly enforce this.
Bonfires also are not allowed on beach or property.
We enforce the same headcount maximum day AND night with no extra visitors.
We do not host events or gatherings beyond the person maximum (all adults/kids included). Any guests renting multiple homes should NOT plan on renting House 15, it does not participate in multiple home situations.
