You can’t beat lounging in your own hot tub, overlooking the Mediterranean. The exquisite Villa Yialos rests on a sprawling estate of swaying palms and sun parasols. It has uninterrupted views across the bay of Latchi towards the glistening ocean ahead.

This Cypriot sandstone home makes full use of its enviable views with a large upper deck, complete with relaxing table and chairs and hot tub. The master bedroom cleverly opens out onto the deck, making morning vistas extra special. The other two bedrooms’ downstairs are twin, giving flexibility for families or groups of friends.

A curved swimming pool is surrounded by stone decking and sun loungers. There are several outdoor dining options and a standalone pergola, perfect for afternoon sundowners.

Villa Yialos is situated in Latchi, famed as the place where Aphrodite fell in love with Adonis. It’s hard not to fall in love, at least with the area! You’ll find a mile-long stretch of golden sand within walking distance of the villa. The harbour front is the perfect place for a romantic stroll and, if you’re brave enough, try the local tipple Zivania.

Mobility Statement
To access the villa there is a path which is 210cm wide along with 4 steps to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 70cm wide and other doors that access the pool area is the patio door from the lounge which is 112cm wide and the kitchen door which is 75cm wide. The garden area slopes gently but the pool area and patio areas are flat and the pool has 4 roman steps to enter with a railing and in the deep end there is a ladder with 3 steps. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 74cm wide which is the twin room on the left and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide.
