Maximum Number is Guests are 7. Now Have Internet with WiFi. Directly across from Froggy Dog Restaurant; Perfect walking distance to Restaurants and Bars, No need to drive to dinner as several nice places nearby. Beautiful, 3 Bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps 10, extra clean rental for families, non smoking. Great screened porch area and large open deck. Open Family room layout downstairs with an upstairs den with a new 42 inch LED TV. Walking distance to the beach and sound and restaurants.
First floor bedroom sleeps 2- one queen size with private bathroom. First floor also has laundry room with washer and dryer in bathroom. Second floor Master bedroom with Queen sized bed and shared jack and jill bathroom to 3rd bedroom. Master bath has Jacuzzi bath and shower. The master bedroom also has a private, porch and stairs to upstairs crows nest with sound and ocean views. First floor also has large open layout with kitchen, eat in dining area and family room. Living room has just been updated with new curtains and custom covered furniture. The children will love the 3rd bedroom with bunk bed sets which sleep 4 in that room.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Lower level outdoor area has a grill and outdoor shower.

The storage room at ground level has a surfboard, several kayaks for one, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers. Backyard area big enough to play!

Hatteras is the best surfing on the East Coast. Best Wind surfing anywhere! Great scuba diving in the graveyard of the Atlantic. Prime fishing and more!
We have plenty of beach toys for all to enjoy from surf boards to a paddleboard. Several kayaks including an ocean kayak. Beach chairs and coolers. Walk across the street to put in the kayaks and paddleboard or pack on in your truck and try Canadian Cove 2 miles south on the right. The high speed ferry to Ocracoke Island is open. Hatteras and Ocracoke Island have made Dr. Beach's top ten list several times.
You can rent any open dates, it does not have to be Saturday to Saturday.

We walked in unpacked and enjoyed ourselves through the time we packed up and deported. We found the property as described. Nice updated kitchen with everything needed. A/C worked wonderfully. Only wish we had a few more days to relax and enjoy.

Expired Coastal Love was along the coast. The location was excellent, but the lack of maintenance is staggering. The rusty cover to the patio door, the clogged dryer vent, the expired extinguishers, the cobwebs, and the lack of advertised equipment. This property is a liability to anyone attempting to rent it, or any company assisting in it being rented. I’d recommend it be removed unless serious work was put into this property. Chris Orgeron

Avon Vacay

This was our first trip to Avon, NC. We made lots of great memories using the house as our base! Our boys did a ton of fishing from the surf, the Pier, and at the Oregon Inlet. The beach was just a short walk from the house and very beautiful, we loved that it wasn't crowded at all. The listing and pictures of the house were very accurate. Would bring your own beach chairs, there was really only one beach chair that could easily be carried to the beach. The inside of the house was very clean, greatly appreciated the linens, towels, soaps, etc. The outside shrubs were a bit overgrown and could be trimmed back off the house and stairways. The outside of the house could use some fresh paint, but that is just being picky. We enjoyed trying out some of the restaurants on the main stretch, all within just a couple miles of the house. Overall, we all gave it 5 stars, thanks for a great week!

Great stay!

It was close by the beach and some places to eat. Everyone really enjoyed the stay and the kids had a blast! Close to so many things and my oldest loved the kayaking.

For Shore Coming Back!

This was a last minute trip for us. At first, it was easy to book and the availability was nice since they did not require a one week stay and we were literally fitting this trip in between two events. The house was everything that we expected and need. Unfortunately we didn’t get beach time with Hurricane Debby but we still had much needed relaxation.

Nicely located

The place was really clean, close to shops and restaurants. The only thing is that there is only 1 beach chair, we were hoping for at least 3.

The house was in a perfect location with easy beach and restaurant access. The hosts were more than accommodating and kept great communication while taking immediate action for a repair that needed attention when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

OBX vacation

Everything was as described at this house. Great location within walking distance of the beach and sound and many restaurants and shops. Only complaint was the mattresses and pillows weren't the best. But overall we had a great stay and would definitely enjoy coming again.

Great place with outstanding amenities!

We met up with our daughters as we all live in different states. This cottage had everything we needed for a quick long weekend trip. We arrived ahead of our girls. There were beach chairs, kayak and all the items that we didn’t have to bring. Retail and restaurant’s are in walking distance. There is a bar/ restaurant across the street. You do not hear the outside noise from within the house. We had a wonderful time in a lovely home.

Wonderful!

The house was perfect, so close to the beach and everything else we wanted to explore. The little room under the house with all the beach stuff was awesome! Plenty of room, clean, many books to relax with. Very much enjoyed reading about all the shipwrecks in the area and the history of the outer banks. Fascinating! Had to buy my own books at home to continue the reading. Thank you so much! Would definitely stay again!! Best vacay ever!!!!

Family Fun

Overall, we could have stayed longer. The cottage was great. 10 min walk to beach. Easy path to the beach. Was very nice to walk to a few stores located mins from the cottage. Muffins and Scones was very good (a few times). 5 Kids loved the upstairs, had it all to themselves. The cottage had almost everything (expect enough towels for a family of 7) and surprised us on a few things that they did have. The triple decks are always awesome. You will have a good time here. Gotta LOVE the beach.

Great little place

The house was close to the beach and fully equipped. Need some repairs on the deck, some loose railing and popped nails and a table outside needs thrown away because it's rusty. The home itself is clean and fully equipped. Would stay again. Owners were very responsive and quick to respond.

Great location in Avon

Nice 3/2 in Avon. Walking distance to beach and multiple restaurants/ shops. Owner accepted a mid-week to mid-week rental - perfect for a Sunday evening wedding we were attending. The cottage is a little dated but it has a great lay-out with room and privacy for everyone.

Avon Beach Vacation

The house was quite comfortable for 5 adults, and the location was fine. The restaurant across the street was not a problem at all, and the walk to the beach was quite doable. The house was nicely furnished and the floor plan was workable. It was a nice vacation. (do note that there are no lifeguards this far down-- families with young children might want to take precautions)

We have plenty of beach toys for all to enjoy from surf boards to paddleboards. Several kayaks including an ocean kayak. Beach chairs, coolers, etc are there. Walk across the street to put in the kayaks and paddleboard or pack on in your truck and try Canadian Hole 2 miles south on the right. Hatteras is a prime spot world wide for wind and kite surfing.
