This is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2¾ bath 2 story townhouse in a great location in Downtown Morro Bay. It has an open floor plan that can easily accommodate 6 guests. The living room has a fireplace, a flat screen TV and a Blue Ray DVD player, books and games for your enjoyment. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV and remote. The upstairs living space includes a living room, kitchen, dining area which is all open for easy entertaining and access to a deck with BBQ off of the living room and a view of the ocean. Also upstairs is the master suite with a private ¾ bath and a king bed, a guest bathroom and the 2nd bedroom that has a king bed that can easily convert to twin beds. The first floor has the 3rd bedroom with a king bed that can also easily convert to twin beds, bathroom, washer and dryer and a two car garage. It's only a short walk to downtown, and the Embarcadero with great restaurants and shops. The beach and the rock are also walking distance from this home.
