Impeccable condition and recently furnished (early 2016). Enter through the privately gated courtyard into the expansive great room with walls of glass open to the beautiful pool and mountain views. Chef's gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, sit down bar open to the family room with custom built-ins, cozy fireplace as well as the spacious dining area all open to the vistas. Large south facing backyard with saltwater pool, waterfall spa, covered patio, putting green and gorgeous mountain views make this an ideal retreat. The large master suite is completely separate from the other bedrooms and features direct access out to the pool and spa, double vanity with beautiful granite counter. an expansive shower stall and walk-in closet. The den/office opens to the great room and can easily be converted to a fourth bedroom with a memory foam pull-out sofa. Ping pong table, foosball table, bluetooth speaker and BBQ are all provided for your entertainment. 3 HD TVs with DirecTV and whole-house DVR system.

New additions in 2018: Patio heater (available winter months), fire table and a Margaritaville blender!

New additions in 2019: Updated outdoor lounge chairs, 15-40 EV/Tesla charger installed in garage.

New additions in 2020: Replaced TVs in Master Bedroom and Den for better Netflix/Amazon/Hulu/Disney+ experiences. Added LED lighting to garage for better ping pong experience!

New additions in 2021: Added a small desk in the den for Zoom calls. New main bedroom king mattress. New dishwasher and refrigerator (not very exciting, but they (probably) won't break while you're here!)

New additions in 2022: Replaced patio furniture around fire table. Resurfaced all backyard concrete (pool deck) as well as front entry concrete

CAMERA NOTICE: We have one outdoor Ring camera on the side of the house to monitor the side gate. There are no cameras inside the house. The camera above the front door is not operational.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to our homeowner's association and city zoning law, we have a strict 28-night minimum.

Beautiful home

We truly enjoyed our time at this rental. The home was clean, the location was perfect for what we were looking for, and the attention to detail was at the highest level. Communication with the owner was fast and appropriate. We hope to rent here again soon.

Do we have to go home?

My wife was not quite sure about staying for a month, but when the day to go came she didn't want to leave. The house has everything you could ask for and more. Just when you think you have found everything you come across something new. The home is immaculate and beautifully furnished. It is stocked with all the things you need for fixing meals.; ie spices and seasonings. I'm having a hard time giving an excellent review since we would like to keep coming back and not have to search for open times. Thank you Dave and Kristin for sharing your home and we will be back soon.

Great house with helpful hosts

Our family had a wonderful time at this house in April 2021. It is by far one of the better quality rentals in the area. We loved the backyard pool space and the outdoor furniture/umbrellas were great. Dave was a great host and made sure we were happy. The fridge broke during our stay and Dave quickly replaced it without any inconvenience to us. Neighborhood was quiet and a 6 minute drive from any shopping you would need. This has everything you would need for a stay in Palm Desert. We would 100% recommend this house.

Beautiful property, great hosts

The house feels spacious and modern, with lots of bright colors and views of the pool. We adored the outdoor space with lots of seaating options, and loved the pool and hot tub. It feels private and the neighbors are generally quiet. So many thoughtful touches like the hammock, the cocktail cart, the way the yard is lit at night, fluffy towels...we could go on and on. Our interactions with the host were excellent as well. Can't recommend this one highly enough!

Relaxing oasis in Palm Desert

We cannot say enough regarding our stay in this beautiful spacious home. The layout is perfect for small or large groups. It has everything we needejd from the well stocked kitchen to the pool and hot tub. The house is very clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Dave has thought of everything to make a vacation memorable. This is a great rental and very well maintained. We would stay there again.

We are two couples who spent a month in Dave's place and loved it. Very large great room with large TV (the pictures don't do it justice). Backyard is set up like a high-end resort. Pool at 82 degrees and the spa at 102 with no extra charge. Great master suite with king bed, TV, large bathroom and walk-in closet. Two excellent guest rooms and a den with a comfy sofa bed and TV so everybody gets to watch what they want. This place comes fully equipped like no other rental I have ever seen. Location is perfect. 20 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. 10 minutes to El Paseo and The River. Surrounded by great golf Desert Willow, Shadow Ridge, Mission Hills, JW Marriott, all less than 10 minutes away. Nice, safe, clean neighborhood. Would be a great place for families or 2-3 couples sharing the already low cost. 100% satisfied customer.

Incredible home

We stayed in this gorgeous house for 30 days and it was fantastic. The pictures do not do the house justice. The pantry was well stocked as was the bar - we added to both when we left. The remote for the pool was very handy and the pool was great - especially as the temp went up to the mid 90's for a week or so. We had visitors from Winnipeg and they really enjoyed it as well. Need a car to do shopping but bikes were handy as well. Dave and Kristin (the homeowners) went the extra mile to ensure we had a great vacation. We will definitely go back.

Wonderful Christmas holiday with family

Our Family had a great vacation in Palm Desert and the home added to our enjoyment. The sleeping and living arrangements are on a resort level and the open concept of the living, dinning and kitchen brought the entire family together. The pool and other amenities covered in the web site are accurate and under stated. We would definitely recommend the home and look forward to renting the property in the future.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, contemporary home in Palm Desert. The homeowners have gone the extra mile to assure that everything you could possibly need at a vacation home (including a ping pong table, foosball and putting course!), was there. We appreciated having our own space in the desert versus a small hotel room -- and the commute to all the action (restaurants, golf, shops, clubs, casino etc) was a quick Uber ride away. Everything was also very clean with new finishings, which was exceptionally nice. The home is a wide open-interior design, which made it fun for our group to always be in the same space. The pool-jacuzzi is fabulous with a majestic view of the snow capped mountains. The beds are also very comfortable with nice linens and towels in the bathrooms. The homeowners were also available, if needed. Having rented several homes in my life, it was apparent to me that homeowners had put a ton of thought into making sure that their home would satisfy the vacation experience for any group.

Hi! We're Dave & Kristin. We bought this house in early 2016 and have had a blast furnishing and decorating it. We live year-round in the LA area and love coming down to Palm Desert to get away from it all. We love warm quiet nights in the jacuzzi and days spent consignment shopping or playing tennis. When we're not here though, we hope that you can get as much enjoyment from the house as we do!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We looked at 25 homes in 2 days with our real estate agent before finding this one. We love the open floor plan the south facing pool, the mountain view, the spacious master suite and the gorgeous kitchen. We love being on a quiet, non-gated street, just a few minutes from the freeway. Makes that drive to/from LA seem even shorter! And we love being just a quick drive up Portola from The Paseo, or a quick drive down Frank Sinatra to get most of the way to Palm Springs.
