Newly updated condo in the Rancho Las Palmas private gated community, perfect for couples and families. 1 small dog allowed. Two bedroom/two bath with new King & Queen beds.

Big windows & glass doors open up to a back patio on the golf course, with beautiful views of the lake. Both bedrooms also have sliding glass doors that open up to the outside. Condo has a sunny, airy feel during the day, and the quiet evenings are perfect for setting a mellow mood in the peaceful community. The garage fits 2 cars, and there are 3 adult bicycles for use.

Inside the community there are multiple pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, golf, and a fitness center. Nice quiet area within walking distance to "The River" outdoor shopping & dining center, or a short drive to upscale El Paseo shopping district, Living Desert zoo, Palm Desert mall, casinos, libraries, hiking trails, public parks, and golf courses.

HOME DETAILS: The living room has a new 65" big-screen curved TV (with cable provided), and a flat-screen TV in the master bedroom. There's a ping pong table, pool floaties, tennis racket/balls, and BBQ grill on the back patio. The kitchen window opens up to the front patio, and is sunny all day.

There are hardwood floors in the living room, dining area, and both bedrooms. The major kitchen appliances were recently remodeled, and white tile countertops add to the sunny appeal. There are ceiling fans in the master bedroom, living room, and back patio; large vanities in both bathrooms; and plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and on the quiet street.

*As required by Rancho Mirage city ordinance, this property has a 30-year age minimum for all reservations.

Another wonderful year

We have enjoyed the past six years staying in David's condo. The unit is beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. It's the the perfect location for us. My husband and I enjoy the hiking trails close by and my brother spends many days a week at the golf course. It is also close to friends who live in the desert. Adela and Jodi have been amazing managers, checking in to make sure all is well. We can't thank David enough for opening his home to us; we have made so many wonderful memories there. We are so sad to learn he is not renting it out next year but understand his desire to have it available for his own family.

Another wonderful visit

We had an amazing year having arrived vaccinated and able to enjoy our time in the desert. Thank you David for opening up your home to us again and to Adela who is the property manager extraordinaire. She kept us informed as to all the activities at Rancho las Palmas as well as updates on the covid restrictions. We love the condo and it's location and look forward to returning next year.

Wwonderful time.

We are so grateful to David for making his lovely condo available to rent. It is beautifully appointed and well maintained. The location is ideal. Adela, the property manager, has been fabulous. She has checked in on us during our stay to see how things are going and to pass along any new information. This has been particularly important this year as the stay in place order occurred during our stay. We are looking forward to our return next year,

Las Palmas Golf Course Condo

Very comfortable condo in a great location. It had everything we need for a great stay. Loved sitting on the patio watching the golfers come by. The pond made the setting even better. A short walk to shopping and dining kept our driving to a minimum. I would definitely come back here again!

A wonderful holiday

David's condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities that you need for a long term stay. He and his assistant Adela couldn't be more helpful. Adela checks in regularly to see how you are doing and to let you know if anything is happening in the complex. They think of your every need. We have stayed there for several years and look forward to next year as well.

Great place in a great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice and in a beautiful location right on the golf course. Owner was very helpful, made everything very easy on us with all the instructions and local information, and even left us some welcome snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property

We Thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at this property in Rancho Las Palmas. The big screen hi def TV with netflix & cable was a real bonus. Kitchen was fully equipped. Very comfortable and will try and stay here next year.

Very pleased with this condo

We were very impressed with the condo. David and Adela went out of their way to supply every possible thing we could need. The place was very well equipped (great kitchen items, first aid kit, laundry soap, etc.). It was VERY clean, conveniently located, and gorgeous. We can't wait to come back.

A wonderful oasis

We had another wonderful month long vacation in David's beautifully remodeled condo. Love the location and all the amenities. David's assistant Adela was wonderful. She contacted us ahead of our trip with info we needed, was at the condo on our first trip to show us around and followed up during the month to make sure all was going well. We are so happy to be returning next year and look forward to more trips in the future. Kathie and Steve

Excellent Condo

We came to visit family for Christmas and the condo worked out perfectly. It was very easy access to the River shopping area and other places. It was nicely equipped and very very clean. It was also pet friendly. We definitely stay here again. Thank you Adela and David.

Fantastic view, great location

The location was great, within walking distance of the River with a variety of restaurants, the movies, and shops. A short walk to one of two pools and the clubhouse. The Condo is on the golf course. It was fun watching the golfers try to hit over the pond. It was neat, clean, and just the right size. We would recommend it to our friends.

Great location

As advertised, close to everything. Very large TV which was wonderful on rainy days...yes, it does rain in Rancho Mirage. Excellent views of the golf course on the seventh hole. Condo was well equipped. We booked for next year already. Any minor problems were solved quickly by local manager.

Perfect getaway for a golf vacation.

This was our first trip to Palm Springs area so trying to choose a place where to stay was a bit of a challenge. The condo met our expectations. It was true to the description. Loved the bright airy feel it had. Freshly painted and the hardwood floors. Loved the large open concept of the condo. Plenty of elbow room and privacy for two couples or a family. Instructions left by the owner were easy to follow. Most of our meals at the condo were breakfast and lunch as we found "The River " offered so many great choices of restaurants that we couldn't resist. We liked that it was in a quiet gated community on a golf course but close to activities. We liked the location as it was not way out east in the valley or way out west. It had easy access to the major streets, hway111 but no noise . After a busy day of golf or sightseeing we loved chilling on the patio, soaking in the pool, looking at the stars. We enjoyed playing the course and watched others play it; especially the attempts at making it over the pond that was directly in front of the patio. Enjoyed this accommodation hope others will too.

I live in Santa Monica and own this property in Rancho Mirage with my father. It's a weekend get-away home for my family, and since our schedule doesn't allow us to use it very often, we're happy to make it available to other guests.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

The property is a great location within Rancho Las Palmas, a quiet gated community with a wonderful view of the lake and golf course. The street is very private, so there's very little traffic. The condo is also set back a bit from the street, with a bougainvillea walkway that provides shade & privacy. It's close to The River outdoor shopping/dinning center, which is about a 10 minute walk from the condo.

Sunny & cozy home in a nice, quiet area of the desert community. There is a 2-car garage with 3 adult bikes for use. Walkable to lots of dining & entertainment, or a 5-minute drive to many of Palm Desert's offerings: shopping, dining, hiking, biking, golf, movie theaters, plays, public parks, desert zoo, and much more.
