Awesome location, clean and tidy

We will def stay again. Loved the short walk on and off the slopes and also to Main Street. A lot of stairs so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Beautiful home

This home is well appointed, fully equipped, and very close to both skiing and town activities. We enjoyed our first time visit to Park City. Itā€™s everything (and more) than advertised!

Gorgeous property in great location

Beautiful well appointed home with plenty of room for 8+ people. Kitchen has great appliances and nice meals can be prepared here. Location is even better than I had anticipated. Short two block walk to town lift. You actually enter the run down to town lift about 200 yds above the lift. Click into your skis and ski down, great way to start the morning. About 4 blocks down to Main Street, a quick and pleasant walk. Garage is heated and great place to get into and out of your boots and other ski gear. Definitely on the list of places to return to.

Very Comfortable Home

The house was great space and walkable to town which was great for dining. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice and well supplied. The fourth bedroom was bunk beds which would be fine for kids. We drove just a short drive to the parking lot (free) at the base, but would have been hard to walk to the slopes with equipment. Overall a great place for my family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect location! Short walk to both Main St and slopes. I would highly recommend this property for a group of 8. Only downside was 1 room has bunk beds.

Incredible Home!

I booked and stayed with my wife, two kids, parents, and wife's parents for 6 days. Incredible home and beautifully finished. We all had our own space, which was nice. The hot tub was great after skiing all day. Interactions with management were great and incredibly helpful. Easy walk to main street and town lift. Very convenient.

My Stay at La Tania

I stayed at this Park City residence for about a week in late December. Even if I tried, I do not think I could come up with one complaint about my stay here. The new home, furnished with beautiful modern decorations, is well maintained and comes complete with a washer, dryer, cooking utensils, and even a hot tub. If you are planning on going skiing or snowboarding during your stay, then I would not underestimate the value that the hot tub can bring by easing your sore muscles. The invaluable advantage of this house was its location: I walked 5 minutes to the slopes and to the Park City's historic district. The manager was pleasant and the processes of renting and checking out of the home were hassle-free. All this being said, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to a friend.

Wonderful 4th of July Weekend

My famiy and I spent four days at La Tania over the 4th of July. The house is brand new and well decorated. We loved the large, contemporary kitchen and living room area with a view overlooking the park city resort. The house is ideally located 5 mins from Old Town and the main activities center. We look forward to coming back to enjoy the ski in/ski out option in the winter! Thanks to Michael and his team for making our stay so wonderful!
