Due to a last minute cancellation this unit hosted by Coastal Properties, LLC in Orange Beach, Al, is available for January 2026. This 7th floor unit features brand new flooring, paint and living room furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. You will enjoy the beachside master bedroom as well as the amazing view from the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Wonderful time! Great locations and price!! Condo was as described. Property managers were fantastic!! Answered questions at all times if the day; even after midnight!! Will definitely stay at the property again.

An OBA Getaway!

We had a great four day stay and loved the location. Great view of the Gulf and nice and quiet for a spring break week.

Great stay

Only complaint is some nights its ok to be in the pool after 10 other nights they want you out at 9:59 but everything was great close to the water we will stay again!

The property is in great location near markets and ice cream, Mexican restaurant. This place is a bit outdated. It was clean. The office staff were very friendly.

Perfect 4 days

Condo was very clean, well organized and perfectly located. It is in the beach, has a large pool, and walking distance from Walmart and several restaurants. We will stay again

The view was perfect!!! Loved that it was also visible from one of the bedrooms. Balcony very relaxing and had enough room for my husband and I to enjoy a meal outside together. It was very tranquil sitting out there and listening to the waves both day and night. The beach access was great with 2 showers. Washer and dryer is alway a plus inside the condo. Plenty of carts for bringing your belonging up and down; 2 elevators kept wait time down. You get a code so you do not have to keep up with a key. The location was wonderful- very close to grocery, dining, the marinas. I recommend the Surfside Pizza located across the street. Coastal was delicious also. You could technically walk to both but we drove. The appliances and TVs could use some updating.We will definitely book this property again!

Mid to upper 70's to low 80's and sunshine! Pool was kept very clean as was the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone.

It was a great property and exactly the space we needed for our group. This is an older property that is a little less updated than some others; however, everything you needed was there. The lockbox check in process worked perfectly.My only complaint is that you were required to clean and put away all dishes, cups, and kitchen items before you left. Normally, beach houses only require you to run the dishwasher and then they’ll put up the kitchen items when the cleaning crew comes to prep it for the next guests. It was both slightly inconvenient to hand wash everything and get packed and checked out for 10 am, and also made you wonder how well the previous guests washed the kitchen items.

The property did have a great view. The toaster needs replacing. It burns the bottom half of the toast and doesn’t brown the top half. It would be nice to have has some salt and pepper and maybe a few spices available. Not a ton but just some basics. Thankfully I brought salt with me. The management on the property was very helpful

Good however…..

Great location, clean, excellent parking and street access, simple and very friendly check-in. TVs are tiny;the largest is about 25” diagonal. The dryer only gets warm and needs repair as it would take hours to dry a load of clothes. Discovered this at 7pm the night before we left the next morning for a 11 hour drive home. I did call the emergency number however didn’t hear back for 40 minutes and by then we were at a laundromat drying clothes.

Definitely will come back

The staff was very welcoming and kind. They even called to check on us and made sure we were on track. The room was beautiful. Very clean other than the fact that there was a package of rolls in the cabinets above the microwave that had been there for a while. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb, but they had one above the fridge so it was a quick fix. The sink stopper had a huge hole in it, so washing dishes in the sink wasn't possible. The view was amazing and it only took a short walk to the beach. The location was perfect. There was a Walmart across the street, plenty of souvenir shops, and several restaurants to choose from. Definitely will come back in the future. Very, very pleased with our stay.

Relaxing break but disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent. The access to the beach & restaurants was great. The outside appearance could use some updating (dated or aged). The room we were in needed a deeper clean & quite a bit of maintenance. The fridge was missing a handle, the tub faucet dripped continuously, the kick plate on the vanity was falling off, the walls had quite a bit of scuff marks. I would look at other options before staying here again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was awesome however the property itself needs some tender love and care. All appliances are outdated and floor was dirty ( we wiped off the floor with a cleaning wipes when we arrived and it was all black on the wipes), or Maybe not just the floor because My husband and daughter would be sneezing every time we get back to our unit. We will surely visit back Orange beach in the near future but I would consider paying more to stay in a nicer and cleaner property.
