HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Main Sail – a luxurious villa complex on Hilton Head Island overlooking Shelter Cove Marina in Palmetto Dunes resort. Each villa features water views from almost every room, screened porch, two master suites, and many upgrades. A private gated entrance leads to the centrally located Main Sail complex with beautifully landscaped grounds. Amenities include an expansive adult pool and spa, children’s wading pool, and grilling area. Enjoy strolling the extensive walkways around Shelter Cove Marina, which offers an array of wonderful restaurants and shops. Convenient bike paths lead to the beach in Palmetto Dunes. Main Sail has elevators to all floors.
The wonderful Hilton Head harbor front villa is the ideal location for your next getaway! The living area has a sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, chair with ottoman, and a flat screen TV. A slider leads to a harbor view screened-in balcony. The dining area has seating for six and the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for all your cooking needs.

The first bedroom offers two queen beds and a flat screen TV. A slider leads to the screened in living room porch with four easy chairs and a coffee table. The large private bathroom has a jetted tub and separate glass shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a sitting room with beautiful marina views. A private bath has a jetted tub and separate glass shower.
A half bath is located just as you enter this villa.

My wife and I have stayed in this condo villa several times and it’s always been immaculate in cleanliness as well as an excellent location. Villa 109 never disappoints as well as the views of the marina and the amenities it has to offer.

Relaxing Stay

We recently stayed for 2 weeks. Even though the snow the 1st week closed down most restaurants and made walking/biking treacherous, we still enjoyed our stay. This unit provides relaxing views of the harbor, comfortable beds, deep jacuzzi baths, and plenty of space. Our only complaint was the living space wasn't condusive to TV watching, and inadequate lighting at night for reading.

This is a beautiful property in such a convenient location with easy access to the beach while having all of the convenience of shopping and dining! It was spotless clean and a property we will hope to stay at again!

Lovely...just lovely

We had a great time at 109 Mainsail. Check in was easy, check out was easy, everything was easy; which is exactly the way vacation should be. The crowds were negligible compared to when we have been to HHI in mid-summer and that was a blessing. The amenities were everything we expected. The commercial style grill is fun to use. The pool was clean and refreshing. The beach was sandy and the tides came in and out. What more could we ask for? Lovely vacation spot, lovely condo, lovely life!

Condo decorated very nicely, was very comfortable, clean , and had everything needed. Patio furniture very comfortable, enjoyed mornings and evening’s view and activities. Only disappointing thing was the pool cleanliness. Needed cleaning dispite the windy conditions, the condo pool contractor did minimal to clean.

You will never want to leave!!!

We enjoy a yearly family vacation at Shelter Cove as it is the best kept secret place to stay on the island, but this year by far was THE BEST. I can not say enough good things about this property. We woke every morning to coffee overlooking stunning views of the harbor and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evenings from the same spot watching breathtaking sunsets. The condo was so spacious for our family of 6, with more than enough room to not feel overcrowded. It was clean, with lots of extras if needed. Our favorite excursion is Captain Hook’s fishing boat and we were merely a few steps from jumping on their boat for our shark fishing excursion. For the first time this year we rented kayaks which were also steps away from the condo; we ventured the harbor and were greeted by multiple dolphins right beside us as we paddled around exploring. The pool was so refreshing and NEVER crowded. We enjoyed walks along the harbor and ventured over to Palmetto Dunes for a shaded walk and bike rentals thanks to a convenient underpass connecting Shelter Cove to Palmetto Dunes. The location of this condo is central to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, ice cream, shopping, putt putt, grocery store, live music and excursions all within walking distance. Let’s not forgot Tuesday fireworks you can see PERFECTLY from the screened porch. We all woke on our last day tearful to have to leave. We can’t wait to stay again! Thanks for an amazing place to stay to create memories that will last a lifetime!

Beautiful place but BAD MANAGEMENT!

Everything about the place was beautiful but we had a parking issue. We parked our black jeep wrangler in the parking lot. The sprinklers came on early in the morning. I'm not sure what was in the water but it left water spots on my Jeep. We took it to the car wash to get the spots off but was unable to get them off. The next few nights we parked in the parking garage. On Friday morning we came out to our Jeep and there was a sticker on the window. The sticker was a warning that our vehicle would be towed unless it was moved. My husband put the Jeep back out in the parking lot and worked for over an hour to get the sticker off the window. We contacted Kyle (843-XXX-5577) and was told that he would send out a detailer to make sure the sticker was taken care of. The mobile detailer arrived and shortly after he arrived Kyle called him to let him know that he was denying payment for the removal of the sticker via the property board president. I am very unhappy with how this was issue was handled. I will never stay at this property again even though the property was very nice. Side note....My husband and I were not the only one with this issue. There were others with stickers put on they cars as well. This issue made the last couple of days of our vacation very disappointing.

Wonderful visit to Hilton Head.

Very nice comfortable condo. Great location if you don’t mind driving to the beach. We found if you arrived at the beach after 9:30 AM no parking is available. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. The rental had everything we needed except dish towels. Fantastic view of the marina.

Excellent location and nice space

Overall this condo was a great fit for my family. It's very roomy. There was plenty of room for three of us, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location is great. It looks out on the harbor at Shelter Cove and there are many shops, restaurants and watercraft rental opportunities right out the back door. A 20 minute walk brings you to even more shops and restaurants, plus a Kroger and Whole Foods. If you don't mind not being on the beach, this is an ideal location. The condo itself, as noted, is spacious. The rooms are nice sized and so are the bathrooms. I loved all the closet space plus plenty of drawers in both the master bedroom and bathroom. It was clearly surface cleaned and felt mostly clean overall, but there were a few areas that were a little grungy. The master bath was one of these. Again, it was surface cleaned. But the floors and baseboards in there were very grimy. The cabinets need to be wiped down also - this was also true in the second bathroom. Something - toothpaste? - was spilled all down the front of one cabinet. Some sort of black residue that looked like small rocks came out of the tub faucet in the master bath when I turned it on to rinse my feet, so I just didn't turn that on again. The biggest disappointment, for me, was the screened in porch. It's out in the elements, so this may just be the nature of things, but all the furniture was covered in pollen, dust, and the cushions had a lot of mildew. We put beach towels down in order to sit out there. The kitchen, living room, half bath, and bedrooms all felt very clean. The master bath, second bath and screened in porch need a little TLC to be on par with the rest of the condo. The condo association is wonderful. The pool is well taken care of and quiet. The parking garage is spacious and well lit. And, the people we met were all extremely nice. This is a great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 109 MainSail. It’s obvious that the owners care about their property & the comfort of their guests. We would love to stay here on our next trip to Hilton Head. Just two recommendations... it would be great if the owners would provide a couple beach chairs, & also get a Keurig coffee maker. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful week in this property. It is very clean, spacious and has everything you could need. The view from the screened in porch is wonderful and it was where we spent most of the time. We reported 2 issues to the management company (broken curtain pulls in the master and a broken waste disposal). We said that we didn’t need them fixed while we were there but we were surprised that we didn’t hear back from them. Would definitely stay again

We have been traveling to Hilton Head for over 30 years. I have not stayed in Shelter Cove in over 20 years. It was absolutely fabulous. The condo was spotless and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch. It was fun watching the sites and sounds of the marina. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The pool was lovely. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice accommodations, good view of the harbor and well situated within Shelter Cove. Only negative was the horrendous smell emanating from all of the sink and shower drains. Stink permeated the air each time the water drained into sinks and showers' for our entire stay.

Property very nice and comfortably decorated. Enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, grocery and entertainment. Unit has covered parking. Third party leasing Company ok. I’ve had better experience leasing and communicating direct with owner. That said I would rent this unit again. Thanks for allowing us to rent your property.
