Welcome to one of a few exclusive Ohana members of Platinum Maui Vacations. We call this Kapalua Golf Villa, Hale O Maluhia. A Hawaiian phrase which translates to English to 'Home of Serenity'.

The few villas in the program not only meet certain design and amenity criteria but also come with all the on island services that 'Platinum Maui Vacations' is known for. This 1 bedroom villa with approximately 1000 sq ft of interior space, not including lanai, resides in building 12 on the 'T" parking level very convenient with no stairs from your dedicated parking spot approximately 30 feet from your entrance door. Although there are no stairs, the villa is technically on the second floor as you exit onto the lanai facing the view as the entire complex is built on a west facing hillside. This villa has an expansive living space with large windows facing west towards the magnificent Pacific ocean view sunsets over-looking the Kapalua Bay golf course.

We show all areas in our pictures. Be cautious of those ads that do not. The entire villa has been renewed and is exactly what you see in the pictures!

With a king size bed in the master bedroom with a door and a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room, this villa is perfect for two to four people to enjoy year round ambiance and memory making moments just above the big blue ocean!

Maui moments

Over 20 years, we have stayed in almost every part of Maui. This was our first stay at Kapalua. We thoroughly enjoyed this villa. Well appointed and close to pool and beach. With attention to a few minor details, it could be a perfect vacation destination. We would definitely book it again.

Kapalua Golf Villas

This is a very nice property with elevated views over the golf course and ocean beyond. It is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with high end appliances. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

This is our second stay at the Golf Villas of Kaplua and of course, the location of the property is wonderful. Clean property, enjoyed the view and convenience of the shuttle, which unfortunately will no longer be provided effective Jan. 2025. There is a unit above this one, so some noise from those guests early each morning unfortunately. We weren't able to use the room safe, as it needed a battery per the property management, but it was not fixed during our stay.

Beautiful vacation home

Very pretty and clean vacation. It was our first time and the property manager was soooooo sweet and understanding…. 10/10 recommend. Future trips will definitely be booked again!

Another great vacation at the Kapalua Golf Villas

This was our third stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas. As always we had a great stay. This property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Free door to beach shuttles made it so easy to get to the beach with all our gear for snorkeling. We always cook in and the kitchen had all the necessities. We had a great view of the golf course and multiple pools close by to choose from. We only wish that our stay was longer. Looking forward to our next trip.

Beautiful

We spent almost our whole week on the spacious & beautiful lanai, although the interior was lovely and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked (but no coffee so only unhappy moment was having to go find some on our first morning). We enjoyed being able to stroll 1/4 mile to the beach, and sliding glass doors have perfectly cut blinds so we were able to sleep in. We are already planning our next stay here!

Condo in Paradise

Overall, the condo was great. It included two full bathrooms, free parking, central air, a comfortable king bed and pillows, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer among other things. It would be ideal for a couple or possibly a family with 1-2 children that wouldn't mind sleeping on a pull-out couch. It was also very clean and quiet. The decorations were pretty, and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. There were also beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler we used during our stay. The location is within walking distance of Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay (both great for snorkeling), Sea House restaurant, The Gazebo restaurant, The Kapalua Coastal Trail, the Kapalua Bay Golf Course, the Honolua store (ABC store/coffee/sandwiches), and a couple of restaurants. The condo is also a short drive to Dragon's Tooth, the blowhole, or anything else up north on the west side of the island. It was only a 15-20 minute drive south to popular Kaanapili or Lahania. We never had trouble with parking when we went to another area. Every place has quirks, but we didn't mind the quirks so much. There was an odd smell when we first walked in, but we got used to the smell after just a few minutes. The air was always a little damp (near ocean), so if we wanted towels and swimsuits to dry all the way, we had to put them in the dryer. It is important to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, so no little ant-like critters find there way to the leftover crumbs. Dave was great with communication. He responded quickly through phone, text, or email depending on what I asked of him. He was kind and patient when answering any and all questions we had. Checking in and out were very easy. Compared to the price of the big name resorts, we got a lot for our money at this Kapalua Bay Golf Villa. Enjoy your stay in Maui! You will love being in paradise!

Wonderful quiet place for retreat; away from the hustle and bustle of the condo areas in Lahaina.

Condo is everything that is described. Beautiful, spacious, modern and has everything you need. There are no stairs, so perfect for people who have difficulty walking up stairs. Covered parking just steps away from the front door. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the large lanai and watching the golfers tee off from a more than comfortable distance. Close driving distance to Kaanapali and Lahaina, and easy drive to Kihei and airport.

A wonderful, more quiet stay

We loved staying here! We often prefer to make most of our meals while traveling, so the kitchen and access to grills was perfect! While maybe a bit farther away, staying up by on the Northwest part of the island in Kapalua seemed more private, less crowded, and more quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Place and Location!

My husband and I stayed here for our vacation and it was great! It was accurately advertised and was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed as well as the bathrooms! They also have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which was fantastic!!! Parking was designated and covered, which was awesome! It is in a great location and walking distance to the best snorkeling beach! There is a lot to do and see very close as well! We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again when we come back!

Quiet, Peaceful, Well Appointed, and Great Location

We’ve stayed in the Kapalua area many times but this is our first at the Golf Villas. Our one bedroom, two-bath unit was perfect for the two of us. There was plenty of room plus a very nice, large mostly-covered lanai. The kitchen had every item we needed plus a closet full of beach stuff. Because these units are close together, it was possible to hear our neighbors from time to time. We could also hear some noise from the nearby pool. But it was no big issue and we will return. INSIDER INFORMATION: The prevailing Kapalua winds are the Easterly trades and at times of the year, they can really get cranking. The Golf Villas actually sit down a bit behind a ridge so they are wind blocked from these sometimes screaming trades. We sat on our lanai and heard the winds howling through the tops of the Cooks Pines well above our heads while we felt none of the wind’s effects. We’ve stayed in Kapalua where the winds are smashing into the side of our unit. The wind blocked Golf Villas are a better idea.

Very Nice Place!

Location and unit was very nice, had all amenities, walking distance to the beaches. Only downside was being a condo with one unit below you and one above you it was very loud.

Outstanding in every aspect. Spectacular elevated views over the 10th and 18th fairways of the Bay Golf Course. Plantation Course 7 minutes away. Discounted green fees for golf villas. Ritz Carlton and it’s excellent dining 5 minutes away.

Enjoyed our time in Kapalua!

The property was beautiful but the villa could have been cleaner. Communicated to the property manager what we discovered and he promised to have the unit cleaned for us, but since we were on our honeymoon we didn’t want to be disturbed so my husband took care of the cleaning and we were comfy for the remainder of our stay.

Golf Paradise

Very lovely setting and quiet part of Maui. Wonderful accommodations, and very clean. Well stocked kitchen and Dave at Platinum Maui was very easy to work with. One thing to be aware of is the master king bed is very high. We are shorter, so I needed a step stool to get into the bed. We are seniors and not so able to jump or hop into the bed. Also the top stackable dryer controls are high and slanted up ...not visible, so I needed a step stool there also to see controls. To continue ... the patio table is metal and high also. It was nice having an extra 1/2 bathroom with walk in shower. The master bathroom has a large bathtub/shower combo so again, not easy to get in and out. Just some things to consider if you are a senior. And short. Very nice close access to parking and pool.
