This 2,500 square foot beautiful condominium at Adagio features a main living area is that is spacious and gorgeously decorated and overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Relax in this cozy, yet elegant room. The kitchen has all the amenities, including granite countertops, and Viking appliances. The view from the kitchen is incredible as well looking out over the turquoise waters. The primary bedroom boasts breathtaking gulf views! Spend countless hours on the beach or splashing in the two Adagio community pools. This adagio unit comes with two parking spaces. Beautiful property with very comfortable rooms and an amazing view. We really enjoyed the grass area outside the patio and the ease of getting to the ocean and the pools on the property. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and a nice Viking range and oven. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable.

Very Beautiful Condo and Complex! Had the feel of being at a Resort!! The views of the Gulf were spectacular & our entire family had a wonderful time staying here!! After being away from beach for 8 years, it was amazing to come back!!

Not rental by owner

First this is not Vacation Rental by Owner, this property like many others on “vrbo” is an agency. This was not an issue for us, but i would suggest a name change and rebrand away from calling yourself “rental by owner”. A few issues with this rental: patio doesn’t have enough furniture & was also dirty. There are 2 big planter/vases and one had been used as an ashtray. The sliding patio door is very difficult to lock. The bed in the master bedroom is very noisy getting in & out of bed. If you like your smart tv, this place doesn’t have one. However, the unit itself was pretty clean & comfortable & this complex is very nice.

The unit needs a deep cleaning!

The unit is nice but needs a deep cleaning and sprayed for bugs. There was food on the floor, fingernail clippings on the sofa and roaches in the kitchen.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time, great location and gorgeous views! Only thing we would change would be some more basic amenities added to the condo… things for coffee, salt & pepper etc.. I’m not sure if that normal but would be nice to have. :) overall we loved it very much!

We have been to A-103 twice, so we enjoy it enough to return. The view and location are great, and the staff was responsive and helpful when we wanted to extend or stay. We had a few issues this last time. The oven did not work. It would never preheat and the broiler element did not work. One of the beds he had sand on top of the bedspread. The floor was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival as there was hair, and hair clumps, everywhere. And, some of the towels were stained. It has been our experience that most places we go just aren't that clean - housekeeping employees/services just don't do a very good job nowadays, and this place is no exception.

First off unit A-103 is spacious has a great kitchen and plenty of beds. It has spectacular views and the complex has lovely grounds, pools and direct beach access. However I’m 68 and my first time in the dining room chair it collapsed throwing me on the hard tile. I was lucky I was not seriously hurt. We ended up moving the patio chairs in for safety. As others said this unit needs deep cleaning and an overhaul in living room furniture which is worn out and not comfortable. Also hooks for towels and suits.

Yikes, renters beware.

We stayed in unit A-103 at adagio and we will never stay here again. This unit was absolutely disgusting. There was mold in every single shower, the kitchen sink was also gross and the pantry door that should be white is basically brown. To go back to the bathrooms, there was blood on the floor in the jack and Jill bathroom. BLOOD. That right there shows us just how “well” these are being cleaned. Absolutely gross. Also note that the chairs for the kitchen table are unsafe to sit on and are about to fall apart. The couches are also sick and need to be replaced. The dryer handle on the dryer wasn’t attached and the spinner in the dishwasher also was unattached when we arrived. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable and so disappointing. For the amount of money we spent on this unit, this is not at all worthy of what we paid. We gave this two stars solely for the location to the beach because you can’t beat that.

Wonderful

This property was great! Walk right out to the beach. Walk to different restaurants. It was clean and spacious for the 10 of us. It would be helpful to have some more patio furniture.

We really enjoyed our stay! The vacation rental had a great one level layout on the ground floor with a nicely grassed back yard where the grandchildren loved to play. It is in a great 30A location on a very nice beach. The heated pool near the the rental is a plus. My only negative was that the furniture and floor rug was rather old/soiled and very used. It would have been great to have faux leather furniture with a couple of nice reclining rockers (that could be easily cleaned prior to use)!

Pack your Lysol! I will first start with the view- it was great! Now onto the unit, it needs to be deeply cleaned. Dust lined the baseboards, floors turned our feet black daily, walls dirty with black handprints, MOLD in the master shower (which after reporting) someone came and ONLY sprayed bleach in a couple of places, and dust bunnies hanging off the fans. Furniture was WORN OUT! Felt like couch was dumping us in the floor, stained and no cushion. You sit on a slope. At the very least, put a cover over them & add some filler to the cushions. Better yet, if charging the amount we payed, take $1000 and replace them! We felt dirty just sitting on them. Rolled up rug in living room as it was nasty and shifted around. Not to my surprise, but a layer of sand underneath it. I suggest a good deep clean again. Beds squeaky and noisy. Replace the box springs. Hvac filter was clogged and asked to replace. Like the view but wouldn’t stay here again knowing what we payed and now after reading the others reviews.

We love Adagio and have regularly vacationed there 2 times a year for the last 10 years. This was our second stay in unit A103. We last rented it 5 years ago. This was not our first choice of units to rent but, due to circumstances beyond our control, we were relocated to this unit at the last minute. The leasing agent was extremely helpful and we felt it would suit our needs without foregoing our desire to be first floor, ocean front. Unfortunately, not much has changed in 5 years. The living area furniture and rug were very dingy and stained, and the sofa cushions shifted and just about fell off whenever anyone sat down. We were also constantly straightening the rug. The unit needs a deep cleaning, especially the floors and doors, a fresh coat of paint and new living room furniture, at a minimum. The beds were very comfortable but very noisy. This unit is in a great location and has an amazing view! Overall, it is a great unit...it just needs a some TLC!

Family party of 8 from TN, GA & SC. Loved staying in A103 & plans are to return again. Only a few minor changes would give this place 5 star rating. Beds are comfortable but too noisy when you move. Living room furniture really needs replacing. Was not comfortable to relax and did not look clean. Area rug needs to go also. However, we loved the location & the rest of the condo. The lawn was perfect for our large family to enjoy evening games & star gazing. A great family atmosphere surrounded us and we enjoyed the ease of getting to know those staying around us.

Our party of 10 had a great visit and overall enjoyed the unit. The grassy area is great for kids and the pools and view were beautiful. The unit does need a little deeper clean and the furniture is pretty uncomfortable and needs cleaned if not replaced. The beds are comfortable but really loud. As much as the week costs, some relaxing lounge type furniture on the patio would be a great and appreciated addition. Fitness facility and overall gated community is really nice. Would love to come back to this unit if furniture was more comfortable and outdoor furniture was added.

We were a family of 10. The 4 bedroom condo at A103 was perfect. There were some minor things that needed attention. All the king beds were very squeaky. Every time you rolled over it was noisy. I think it was the box springs. The living room furniture is not very comfortable and seemed outdated. We would have liked to have had lounge chairs on the patio. All there was were table and chairs. We were also given a code to the cage but it did not work. I called the number and had to leave a message, but it was never returned.

This was our first time our family of 8 stayed at Blue Mtn. Adagio and very spacious unit. Adagio is a beautiful facility with pools, hot tub, fitness room and beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed staying on the first floor A103 ocean front, however, a few things need to be updated. The sofa and chairs were uncomfortable for us and our senior parents. The dining table was nice but the chairs were loud (metal legs) on the floor along with the high chairs at the kitchen bar area. The master bed was comfortable but very squeaky when you moved or got up out of the bed. The tile floors looked like they were dirty and possibly need to be cleaned and polished. Cell service was not great but we were told from a few locals that it was due to Hurricane Michael. Understandable. 360 blue staff were great! We had a minor issue with toilet in the hall bathroom and someone came out pretty quickly to fix it. We enjoyed eating at the local restaurants and hope to come back near year.

We have stayed at Adagio in the past and had wonderful vacations here, sadly that was not to be this year. We arrived to red tide which we had never experienced before and then a day and a half later were forced to leave due to mandatory evacuation (Hurricane Michael). The unit itself is lovely and I would book again. Once 360 personnel were back up and operational we were refunded five nights of our seven night stay. 360 properties was easy to work with & we will definitely use them for future vacations. My big family of 15 rented two condos for a week, and we had a great week. Furniture in A-103 was very uncomfortable and noisy when moved. Inadequate for any relaxing. Also, wifi service and cell service was interrupted several times and could not be depended on. Other than that, Adagio is wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the several pools and hot tub and, of course, the beach. The red tide was nobody's fault, but did dampen enjoyment of the water. We hope to be back another year. Thank you!

There was 9 people in our group and 2 small kids the grass area outside of the condo was a life saver nice condo. Both pools where great, access to the beach was easy, enjoyed our stay.

Good unit. Only comment is the rug in living room did not have any pad to keep from slipping. I removed for the week so no one would hurt themselves. The sofa could be upgraded. Other than that very well stocked and great location!
