Fusion Cabo is your supreme rental destination!!

This brand new luxury condo features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances as well as amenities that will make you feel at home. We offer a king size bed in the master with ample storage and closet space. It also features an oversized jacuzzi tub with separate shower. A 40" tv is in the master. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds with 2 huge closets and room darkening blinds adjacent to the second bathroom.
The open concept living room/dining room has all leather furniture including a pull out sofa for extra guests. We offer wifi and a smart TV equipped with Andriod box, Netflix etc. The dining room has a pub table to seat 6 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter.
The kitchen has a washer and dryer so no need to look for a laundry mat. We offer cooler bags to take to the beach (and beach towels), ice machine, blenders for your favourite drinks and many appliances you have a home.
We offer an over sized outdoor living space with a patio set to sit and relax on in the evenings or have your coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise.

Great Stay! Highly Recommend!

We had a great stay at Gary’s condo! The communication was great, Gary always responds to message promptly. The property manager Daniel was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself is spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything to make you feel right at home. Door man Carlos is very nice and helpful.The location is close to all the attractions and amenities you’d need. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Easy access to the beach (5-minute walk) and shopping/marina (10-minute walk). The 4 lane road outside the condo was very busy and noisy. This impacted our enjoyment of the balcony and pool.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the suite. It's about a 15 minute walk to downtown and you pass some good restaurants along the way. It's about a 7 minute walk to the beach. This suite is situated perfectly! Some other guests had complained about noise from the soccer field across the road but we didn't notice any excessive noise. There were many games but they ended around 8 or 9pm so they didn't bother us at all. Plus it was nice to watch a bit of soccer! The pools are nice and warm. The guards are friendly and very helpful but they don't speak any English. We have no complaints about the room and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas. Thanks Gary!

Our family came down to Cabo from Alaska for Christmas. What a memorable and awesome trip for us all! It was our first time in Cabo. We traveled with eight adults, an infant and a seven year old. Half of us stayed at this condo and the other half at one of the villas at the dead-end road along the beach that this condo looked out to so it was convenient for us all to walk to and from each others places. Both Gary and Daniel were both friendly and responsive to our inquiries. Our questions were answered almost immediately about the property by Gary. Transaction was quick and easy (after a slight snafu on informing credit card company to authorizing the international payment). Instructions on how to get to the condo from SJD International Airport to meeting Daniel at the gate was so easy. Daniel was there when we left to go over the place and pick up our keys as scheduled. Both are very prompt and professional!!! The condo is in perfect location: short 5 to 20 minute walk everywhere, to the beach, downtown shopping and restaurants and the marina; we took the local bus which you can get on just across the street next to the soccer field to Wal-Mart for $25P/2ppl, which is about $1.50USD. Wal-Mart's the next bus stop (you can even see the store from the condo's deck). We took the taxi back with all our groceries for $160P/2-8ppl or $9USD. The ride takes about 2-4 minutes depending on traffic. Tip: bring your own reusable shopping bag or pick one up at Wal-Mart; makes carrying all the groceries so much easier and you can use it to go to the beach with all your beach stuff! The view from the deck is spectacular; panoramic view of the city, the main road to villas and Medano Beach, soccer field in front, the mountains, other resorts along the beach and the ocean. All the rooms, including the living room, kitchen and bathrooms, are spacious and well equipped. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and kitchenware you need to cook and serve meals. Love that it has a washing machine and dryer! The men at the gate are also friendly, wonderful and very helpful. Thank you Gary and Daniel for your warm hospitality!!! You definitely are in a perfect location with this condo.

Forget the fancy resorts - Stay here !

Great property, great location and everyone from the gardener to the property manager were extremely helpful. We arrived the day after the Tropical Storm Lidia and no one really knows how bad it was without being there. We did not initially have electricity or water but only for a short period. Down the street, 50 cars has washed up into the sand from the nearby Chevy Dealership. Most restaurants were closed which sent us on a search for new places and we found amazing local hangouts with great food. Cabo San Lucas did an amazing job of cleaning up. We started a gofundme account to help out those in Cabo who lost everything in the storm. Gary, we will be back to deliver the money - hope to stay with you again. Thanks

Great family friendly condo!

We have visited Cabo many times but this time brought our 8 month old baby. Very baby friendly as there is not a lot of clutter or things the baby can get into. Quick walk to beach, Walmart, and downtown. Across the street, the soccer games are a bit loud and have bright lights. Condos seem to still be under construction but very quiet.

Great location. View of the Sea from the patio and close enough to walk to the beach.

The condo is brand new and a great size which worked perfectly for us. The kitchen had everything we needed for fixing food or drinks and the proximity to the beach is awesome! It's across the street from a field used for soccer and other activities which can be noisy. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Google maps won't get you to this condo using the address but works by using the name of the complex "Puerto Cabos Village". Or use bing.com/maps to find it. Having known that upfront would have saved some frustration but once you're there, all is good.

Awesome!

Thank you Gary for the wonderful condo. From the start it was everything we thought plus! Gorgeous, quiet and had a completely relaxing 2 weeks. Close to everything so no need for a vehicle, bus stops right in front for a Walmart or Costco run. Spacious and very well maintained, views are gorgeous and even got in a couple of soccer matches in the public space across the street! We will be back....soon! Gracias!

Had the place to ourselves

We had a most relaxing vacation in this spacious condo. The building we were in is fairly new and few units are owned so we had the place to ourselves. We also hung out at the pool by the first building and met some great people there as well. Daniel at the gate was most helpful, even checked in on us to make sure we were OK when he didn't see us all day (pajama day reading books and binge watching Netflix). Convenient location, local bus took us to Walmart & Costco. We would definitely consider renting here again.

Exelente!!!

We loved this place! First of all, Daniel, who received us, was more than helpfull with everything we needed. The place is comfortable and modern. Having a laundry was excelent. It´s just a few steps from medanos beach, and you can go walking to the Marina and restaurants. We totally recomend this place!!! Thanks Gary and Jennah!!

Perfect vacation spot!!

This place was perfect!! My wife and I stayed here in April. The location was great. 10 min walk to downtown and Walmart was great. Beach was less than 5 min. View was good too. The hosts were very accommodating . I believe we were the first or second guests they've had and set us up great. We had everything we needed and was very handy having laundry on site too. The security working the gate can help you with any requests and can get you many discounts for some great excursions. The condo itself was well appointed. Nice furniture and lots of space. We totally recommend this place and will be returning guests!! Thanks for having us!!

The location of our condo is amazing, we took one look and knew it was home. We overlook one of 2 pools, there are many lounge chairs and/or table and chairs to utilize. It is a 24/7 gated property with top notch security that will help you with anything you need. The property is spotless, the ocean is beautiful and everything is within walking distance. We love Cabo for the consistent beautiful weather, the people and top notch restaurants and nightlife. It's one of the first vacation spot where we felt safe bringing our boys without having to stay within resort walls. From young to old there is something for every age!
