This beautiful two-story home sits caddy-corner to Washington Square, and includes a huge backyard and private parking in a prime location. Fully renovated, youā€™ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The open concept kitchen and living area are perfect for cooking a meal or planning your adventures. The stainless steel appliances provide a modern flare against the plantation shutters and gleaming wood flooring. Easily enter the private courtyard through the side door, where youā€™ll find outdoor seating and a stainless steel barbeque. The downstairs has a half bath tucked under the stairs, and a King sized bedroom and en suite bath at the end of the hall.

Youā€™ll find two additional bedrooms upstairs, including the Primary Suite, which has a walk-in closet, en suite bath, and private balcony overlooking the backyard. Just down the hall is the third bedroom, which has two comfortable Queen sized beds and another private bath.

This home is a short walk from historic River Street and the world famous Pirateā€™s House, which first opened in 1753 as an inn for seafarers, and quickly became a rendezvous spot for pirates. Youā€™ll be on the quiet end of Congress Street, but just blocks away from Savannahā€™s nightlife.

I was made aware of losing a shower the day before our trip as it was leaking into the kitchen. We booked here because of the 3rd bath. I was reimbursed for some of this but didn't know how much til after the stay.Beware-Early check in always incurs a fee.And even then, maintenance came into the home while I was alone & napping. He was nice but it was still unsettling.We had issues with the AC. It took a few calls and messages but they did come out.The upstairs patio was off limits due to integrity/safety.But on a good note, the place was in a very convenient location-walkable to river and to city market which was great! Loved having a parking spot. Comfortable beds and ample kitchen amenities.

Everything about booking is easy and they communicate all necessary information. This house is a gem. All 3 bedrooms are large and each has its own huge bathroom. If you had a big group the indoor living area would be a little small but there is plenty of outdoor space for spreading out in the private courtyard if the weather permits. This house was super clean and starter supplies were provided. It is on the "quieter" end of the historic district but also located within walking distance of everything. We did not have a vehicle but this rental offers private parking as well. Overall, our group had a great experience and I hope to get to stay in this house again!

5 Star and then some!!

Such an amazing getaway, we had 6 ladies and the house was perfect for us in every way. Plenty of space, bathrooms and bedrooms with everything being very clean, comfy and nicely decorated, and we Loved the outside patio area. The beds, pillows and bedding were extremely cozy and comfortable. Very quiet locations just a couple of block from the busy area. Huge bonus of being able to park two cars and not having to pay for street parking. Highly recommend!! Savannah is a great town and this place made it all the more perfect, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
