Perfect Beachside/Lakefront Completely Updated 3 Bedroom 2 Bath/ 1 step to condo

Relax and enjoy the lake from one of the best condo's around. Our condo is on the parking lot level, in building 2 & is very close to both the beach & one of the complexes pools. Unbelievably convenient for anyone to enjoy the beach area, pool, or the docks to fish from or go on a boat ride.
We have completely updated everything. The kitchen and baths are new, all the flooring, doors and trim, and all the lighting is new plus everything is freshly painted. All furnishings and decor are also updated.
Enjoy seating for 10 between the dinning table & breakfast bar, plus an additional 8 dinning seats on the lake front deck. The living room features a queen sized sofa sleeper and love seat along with a new 50" Flat Screen TV with Blueray/DVD player, FREE Wireless Internet and great views of the Lake.
The master bedroom is huge with a king sized bed, small sitting area with side table, large dresser, 32" flat screen TV with DVD play, and a private bath with adult high double vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, tall dresser & full length mirror. The third bedroom has 2 double beds plus a large dresser. Both the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are right next to the hall bath & have flat screen 28'' TVs with DVD players.
The unit also offers full size washer and dryer and a huge foyer for all your beach bags, towels, and coolers.
Best of all is the deck. Enjoy catching up, playing games or eating a meal while enjoying ALL the great views. With the beach close by it's a great place to people watch and across the way watch the boaters anchor and go for a swim.
All of this and in a great area. The Ledges is in the heart of Osage Beach, the hub of most activities at the Lake of the Ozarks. You are just minutes from shopping, a new movie theater; boat rentals; championship golf courses; go-carts; Big Surf Water Park; miniature golf; discount super centers; grocery stores; and many restaurants. If you want a night on the town with live music several times a week, there are many spots nearby to enjoy.

Excellent communication & check in/check out details from owners. This property was exactly as advertised & was perfect for our family's first trip together to the Ozarks. When we return we all agreed to stay here again if available!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. We took out grown children and our granddaughter. The condo unit couldn’t have been in a better location, close to the beach and the pool! It was very clean. Owners were great to work with and communicate with. We would highly recommend staying here and we plan on possibly staying at this property again in the future.

Great Summer Stay in Osage Beach

We loved the Ledges condo. The location is perfect for us as it's close to the dam, as well as the Osage Beach area restaurants. The condo complex is great with two pools docks, and the beach area. The condo had three good sized bedrooms, plus a pull out couch that easily, and comfortably slept our party of 8. The condo was clean, and well-equipped, as advertised, and the owner was very responsive to texts during our stay. I highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Great location

The communication with Jody was perfect. There was a problem with the air conditioning before we arrived. Jody made sure to inform us of the problem which was fixed before we arrived. The unit was close to the beach and pool which was very convenient. Great place.

Loved it!

We really loved your condo, and look forward to staying there again. The condo was very clean and inviting and we loved the decorations. It is right by the beach area which is great for kids and for adults with all the chairs that are available. The Ledges complex is very nice especially with the 2 pools to choose from. The view from the deck is beautiful and I looked forward to having my coffee there every morning. This condo is close to shopping outlets and many good restaurants. Jody was great to work with and got back to me right away! I can’t wait to come back.

Grand time @ Lake of the Ozarks

Wonderful time had in not only the condo rented but the condo complex. Property manager was quick to reply, polite and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the two pools and swimming area right on the lake. Condo itself was clean, well-kept and had many amenities. Loved all the kitchen items that were made available to make meals easy to prepare. Deck views were amazing especially at night. Great sitting was provided for all to enjoy. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party and space in the condo was large and spacious. Would come again or recommend to friends and family.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our week in this condo! It is beautifully decorated, spacious, was comfortable for our group of 6 and very clean. The large balcony overlooks the boat docks and cove and we spent a lot of time out there. The owners were quick to respond to questions, very helpful and made our stay super easy! The condo is centrally located within a quick boat or car drive to several fun spots like Dog Days and Redheads. The parking lot is narrow, I was glad we didn't try to bring even the empty boat or wave runner trailer through it with the sharp turns and hills. We launched at Public Beach 2 and they have overnight trailer parking and we left the trailers there the whole week. Thanks Jody for helping us with the boat slip and information on where to launch/store the trailer! Overall I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

There were 10 of us in this condo, 5 adults, 5 kids. The balcony view is amazing of the beach and lake. Would definitely recommend and will probably be staying here again!

Wonderful

3 friends and myself rented this wonderful unit for a long relaxing girls getaway. It was perfect! The condo is in a great location, was very clean, was relaxing and was nice. I would absolutely stay here again! The owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had and was very nice.

Would Definetly Stay Here Again

The condo was very clean, the view was beautiful, it was so perfect for our group. This condo is in building 2, we drove around the complex twice before we figured it out. I know this is no fault of Jody's but if there was recycling we couldn't find it and we're so used to recycling here in Michigan it felt weird to not be recycling cans, cardboard, glass etc. I would suggest the condo complex consider a place to recycle these types of items. Also the family above us was so loud, it sounded like they were stomping on the floor from one end to the other-I'm sure they weren't but it seemed like it. This comes with the territory and certainly wouldn't deter us from renting this place again. We rented jet skis from Surdykes marina next door, that was a good experience too. All in all would 100% rent here again. Jody is awesome!

Bachelorette Party

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette party and it was perfect! We had so much fun, everything was super close. We hardly had to drive that far to get to the bars. Jody was super helpful and so good with communication. Jody even recommend a good boat rental place for us. We had a wonderful time.

Great place to relax!

Beautiful views from the balcony. Place was clean & very homey. Easy access to the condo. Beach was small but never felt crowded. The only complaint, which I know is not Jody's fault, is the people above us were super noisy. We could hear them walking around, dropping things, etc. Kind of made it hard to sleep at times. Overall we would stay there again. We wanted to get away & relax & this did the trick.

Family friendly!

This is a great location. Near a lot of great restaurants and pools. The condo was very nice and clean. Great beach area for kids to play. Jody was very helpful and responsive.

Beach!!

Stayed here for a 4 night family vacation. Ages ranging from 59 to 6. Beach is great. Condo clean and as advertised. No main channel view but its in a nice cove. Overall 5 out of 5

Spring break vacation.

Very nice walk in Condo. (Only 2 steps). Nice quiet area. Well decorate condo.. Small beach very close. The place was perfect.
