With a spacious floor plan and truly spectacular ocean views, this peaceful home is an ideal escape for your next family holiday or couples' getaway to the Northern California Coast. Your vacation begins in the great room, where exposed beams create a wonderfully rustic atmosphere and solarium-style windows bring the magnificent outdoors in. Turn on the gas fireplace each morning as you read the newspaper on the sofa, or use the telescope to watch for whale spouts on the horizon. The immaculate open kitchen enjoys the same panoramic ocean views and features modern appliances to make meal preparation a pleasure. Lay out appetizers and wine on the kitchen counter, gather for dinner around the dining room table, and leave the post-meal clean-up for the dishwasher. Spend a relaxing morning at home playing a board game, using the WiFi to work in the office, or reading in the comfort of the library as the stereo plays in the background. Once the morning fog melts away, you'll find a gas grill in the sheltered outdoor courtyard, as well as a patio table on the deck for al fresco meals with an ocean view. Walk less than two miles north to reach Gualala Point Regional Park, one of the best places to spot migrating gray whales from the shore. You'll also be within a short walk of the Sea Ranch Golf Links, where you can play 18 holes with lovely ocean views. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
