Also has a second bedroom with 2 twin beds plus a front room with a day bed that opens to a queen bed for additional sleeping options. Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, country dining table, comfortable seating for 6 and a gas fireplace.

Boathouse furnished with fun and comfort in mind. Sliding glass doors open to double boat slip. Large wooden deck at water level with colorful Adirondack chairs. Lakeside fire pit perfect for grilling and roasting marshmallows. Full boat slip with ample additional dock frontage for tying up your fleet of small boats.

Unusually easy car access to the lake - drive down to the boathouse right to the water's edge. You can launch your boat from the Scott Park public boat launch, a 1/2 mile from the house or, if the water level in the lake is low, you can use the Skaneateles Marina in Mandana, a 10 minute drive up the lake. Please note there is a small, quiet road between the main house and the boat house. And while we are very dog-friendly, we do have a one-dog maximum per renter and the dog must be small, house-broken and well trained.
