INTERIOR DETAILS The villa is divided onto two floors. The main entrance, facing the sea, gives access directly into the spacious living room which has French doors, a fireplace, and satellite LCD TV. On the left hand side of the main entrance there is the dining room, the kitchen equipped with all modern electrical appliances, and a store room. Through the living room you can access the spa area which is equipped with Turkish bath, small hydro massage swimming pool, shower with chromo-therapy, and a service bathroom. On the ground floor there is an additional service bathroom and a laundry room. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where there are three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are equipped with satellite LCD TV. The entire property is fitted with air conditioning, and there is access to the swimming pool from both floors. One of the bedrooms is suitable for the disabled.

EXTERNAL DETAILS The park surrounding the villa is on several levels. The front garden is lawn; the back garden is maquis, a characteristic Mediterranean coastal vegetation consisting of hardy evergreens and small trees, where guests may go for pleasant walks immersed in natural beauty. The various terraces are equipped with benches, table and chairs. The swimming pool, situated on the first floor terrace, has a splendid panoramic view. Irregularly shaped, it measures about 30 m², with a maximum depth of 1.20 m. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Next to the pool there is a bar with an ice maker, a wardrobe, a service bathroom and external shower.
