Close to the charming town of Carpinteria, you will find mom-and-pop shops, farmers' markets on Thursdays, and a variety of dining options. A beach community that has all the charm one could hope for.

The "Queen of the Coast" home features four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Fully remodeled chef's kitchen, fully equipped, including a new Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher, and a Blue Star oven and range. Gas Barbeque, and everything you need to create excellent, memorable meals.

Our home offers all the comforts imaginable with a resort-like feel. The lush garden's sizeable private yard features a tropical landscape, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, a BBQ, a hot tub, outdoor seating, and a dining area with a deck and a ping-pong table. After a full day at the beach, relax under the stars in the jacuzzi or discover downtown Santa Barbara, Montecito, or nearby Carpinteria.

Queen of the Coast is a beautiful beach home in an unbeatable setting. Four houses from the sand, a one-minute walk! Steps away from surfing to beach exploring, low tide beach walks, relaxing under an umbrella with a good book, and watching surfers.

Our home is perfect for families. It is in a gated, quiet neighborhood, and we must screen our guests. You may book instantly, but if you are not a good fit, you may be asked to cancel. No parties or venues are allowed.

***Please note that house and neighborhood rules must be followed in a private gated community. You may be evicted and lose your security deposit if you disregard the regulations.

***Please note: We will not accept large-breed dogs such as Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Chow, Doberman Pinchers, Mastiffs, or any other aggressive or barking dog. You may be evicted if such a dog shows up. Only well-trained and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

****We do not rent to parties under thirty. This is not a home for graduation parties, bachelor parties, or other such gatherings, and we are unsuitable as a venue.
