Peaceful Poolside Modern Studio in Cozumel!

The studio is modern, clean, furnished, and equipped with everything you'll need during your stay; kitchen, fridge, dining table, bathroom, comfortable queen bed with nice linens/pillows, and of course, high-speed internet and cable.

+Studio is on the ground floor just a couple of feet away from the pool, and jacuzzi.
+Studio is less than 10 min drive from downtown.
+Studio is less than 5 mins Chankanaab Park, the Money Bar, Marina Fonatur, Marina "Caleta", and many great beaches, etc.

THE SPACE:
The studio is private, conveniently furnished to maximize the space and to create a comfortable accommodation for two travelers (up to three max with inflatable bed).

+ Extra towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided at no extra cost.

NOTE: We have additional modern studio suites available in the same building to accommodate a bigger party. Please message me.

GUEST ACCESS

Guest has access to all common areas including; swimming pool, jacuzzi, up-stair sunbathing terrace, elevator, parking area, and green areas around the pool.


INTERACTION WITH GUEST:

If I am not in town.. you'll be greeted by a friend/host. Both the host and I will be available via telephone or in person as needed by the guest.

+Feel free to reach out with questions, etc. We love to help our guest in making their vacation memorable. :)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

+Walking and Transportation:
We do NOT recommend walking to and from Cozumel's downtown to the studio because the road (or Carretera) that we're on does not have a safe walking space. This is true for most, if not all, of the Southern Hotel Zone.

+We recommend that you use one of Cozumel's inexpensive taxi services or a car/scooter rental.

+Safety is a must. When you stay in my studio, it's all about making sure that you have a fun, unforgettable, and safe vacation.

+Bottom line, you'll love my studio as much the many guests that have stayed and given us a 5-star review.

The good: the suite has been updated. New mattress, fridge and cook top. Huge shower lots of hot water. Easy access to pool. Security gauges we awesome. The bad: communication with owner is very difficult. He did get the internet modem changed quickly. However, other concerns like the patio doors not having functional locks went unaddressed. We just closed the hurricane shutter when leaving. Limited kitchen items like a sharp knife. We bought and left a couple of steak knives and a paring knife. Lastly, someone to show us the suite would have been nice. Overall, not bad. Cozumel is awesome. Bahi de Ovas and Corona beach club are both very close. You need wheels to stay here. We rented a scooter.

Great priivate and quiet place to stay

Juan and Guillermo were very nice and kept the studio, pool, and grounds in very clean shape. The condo was spotless, with beautiful moodern decor. We loved having use of the ATV. It was a reasonable driving distance to the town and snorkeling spots.

Very peaceful and clean.

While this is a bit out of the downtown area, the 4 wheeler helps get you to where you want to go. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is clean. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice change from downtown

We stayed in downtown Cozumel/San Miguel for half our 10 day trip before staying here. It was a nice change from the busy, noisy town. The included ATV was definitely handy as there’s only one restaurant and no stores within walking distance. Security and management keeps a close eye on things and was very helpful. The price is right and would definitely stay again.

Atv made the stay!!

Property is as advertised, great communication with Daniel. Atv was the icing on the cake. Note atv or other transportation is needed for there is no walking from this location. We will definitely stay here again when in Cozumel!!

Peaceful calm location.

Its about 8 miles from the center and about 1 mile from Chankanaab beach park, which the ideal place to spend a day snorkeling, scuba from beach, swimming with dolphins etc. We would take a cab to center or supermarket, just remember to call about 30 minutes ahead for the cab. They provide water for the 5 gallon replacement in the condo at the security desk onsite. They have a nice pool that is well maintained.

Perfect for a quick getaway

I stayed here for a short trip and it was just as advertised. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze, the place was clean and pretty large for a studio.

Wonderful Stay in Cozumel!

My daughter and I loved our little home away from home here! When we return to this beautiful island, we will definitely book this same condo. It is a perfect size for two people. Daniel was very attentive to every single question and piece of advice I asked him to help me with before and during our stay. The ATV made our vacation. We absolutely loved traveling the entire 10 days by ATV. It took us everywhere we needed to go with the wind in our hair and a fun feeling of vacation freedom!

Peaceful, clean, private, and perfect!

Regarding the host, he was very friendly and checked in on us twice during our stay via the VRBO app to make sure everything was going well for us. The condo has a security guard at the front lobby area at all times. We felt safe, comfortable, and secure. The location is a 5 minute drive from Marina Fonatur, which was perfect for us since we are divers. This little gem is outside the downtown area, which makes for a peaceful and quiet evening away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. When we return to Cozumel, we will definitely book with this host and this condo unit again. Wonderful stay!

Great place with ATV

Perfect if you are wanting somewhere quiet and not so busy. The ATV is a HUGE plus we saved so much and never had to wait for taxis. We cooked breakfast and then took off everyday. Nice pool area too if you just want to relax and BBQ for a day. Will definitely be back. Juan was super responsive and Guillermo was so helpful the whole time.

Everything you need and ATV

We stayed for three weeks in this suite and it was perfect for us. Juan included the ATV which made all the difference for us. The suite is clean and has everything you need. The pool and grounds are kept clean. AC works well and with the ceiling fan it is very comfortable at night. You can walk to the ocean but it is a rough path plus you have to go over a 4 ft cement wall. I went for a run most days and took the path to the ocean. Juan's brother, Daniel, helped out with getting a taxi when we left. Overall great suite that made the stay very enjoyable.
