This beautiful newly constructed two-bedroom townhome can be found in the charming Historic District of Breckenridge. It offers a secluded feel, just tucked behind Main Street, while being less than a block from town and only one block from the gondola. Combining the traditional Historic District feel with contemporary styling, Main Street Retreat is the ideal getaway for guests who desire luxury accommodations and fantastic access to the mountain.
LOCATION – Located just off Main Street, this property is within walking distance to the gondola, to give you immediate access to Peak 8 as well as to downtown for shopping, dining and local festivities throughout the year.
AMENITIES – The upper level of the property is host to the master king suite with plenty of privacy in an area all its own. On the lower level you will find the bunk bedroom with a private bath. The main level area encompasses the living area, dining area, and kitchen featuring in-floor heating, vaulted ceilings and modern furnishings accented by gorgeous tile flooring. In addition, guests will love the in-floor heating and Sonos audio system found throughout the property. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counter tops, stainless appliances including a five-burner gas range with griddle, ideal for a family breakfast before heading out to the mountain for the day. Nights in will be enjoyed by the fire or stepping onto the patio for a soak in the private hot tub.

The house was great for our family of four. Plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. Location was perfect to shop, eat on Main. Enjoyed being so close to the gondola and easy access to the various trails. Thanks!

This property was perfect for us. We were close to the Main Street shops, gondola, restaurants and grocery store. The first floor has an open floor plan and which made it easy to relax after a good hike or bike adventure. The master bedroom had plenty of closet and drawer space for clothing. The pillows are a bit lumpy but the mattress is very comfortable. We didn't need the second bedroom but it is also very spacious. I would stay here again.

This was the worst VRBO experience we have had. There was no heat the first night with an incessant, loud, disturbing horn sound coming through the entire home due to an issue in the boiler room with water pressure. The sound was right next to one of the bedrooms making it impossible to sleep. This was also the reason the in-floor radiant heat not working. The issue was at first brushed off as it was told that we turned the heat up too high. The issue was present prior to our arrival. The hot tub did not work properly, and we had to trip the breaker to get it to work intermittently. It was filled with debris, dirt, hair and scum once the jets actually worked. Additionally, this home would not accommodate 8 people. There is one parking space, there is no on street parking and no overnight parking capabilities in Breckenridge. Overall, this was a very expensive and uncomfortable stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations.
Regarding the boiler, our records show the issue was reported after your arrival and our team worked with our maintenance vendor to resolve it the same day. The pressure alarm you mentioned was related to that issue, and once we were notified we addressed it as quickly as possible to restore the radiant heat system.
We were also not made aware during your stay that the hot tub appeared dirty or was not functioning properly. If we had been notified, we would have immediately sent our hot tub service company to perform a full inspection and, if needed, a drain and refill so you could enjoy it.
As for parking, the home does have a single designated space and this information is outlined in the listing. Like much of Breckenridge, overnight street parking is restricted by the town, which unfortunately limits additional parking options in the area.
We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address concerns in real time and ensure they have the best experience possible. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and will continue working to improve both communication and the guest experience.

Off Season Trip
We were going to be in Denver and decided to extend our trip for a few days in the mountains. The location is great within walking distance of everything. The fireplace was nice and we had plenty of room. We didn't use the hot tub, but it is a nice set up right out back.

Could not have asked for a better location. Walking distance to gondola, shopping and restaurants. Very cozy townhouse with heated floors, plenty of space and a hot tub. Would definitely stay there again.

3 night family stay
Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was a little tricky to find at first but no problem once we figured it out. Within easy walking distance of most things in Breck. Perfect amount of space for our group of 4.
