Welcome to your next favorite home away from home here at the Lookout! Located in the popular Powder House Pass development across from the Deer Mountain entrance road. It's perfectly located in the center of the Northern Black Hills recreational corridor with close proximity to Recreational Springs, Terry Peak, Deer Mountain, Deadwood, and all outdoor activities you could wish for and has paved roads throughout! You can even ride your ATV/snowmobiles right from the property to the local trails! Feel like you're living far away from the city, while still getting cell phone reception!

The Lookout has a wonderful covered hot tub under the back deck, 5 bedrooms with plenty of room for your friends/family to spread out and some amazing hardwood work inside to give that authentic modern cabin feeling. You'll never have to stress about issues with the road, with all paved roads up to the property, plenty of parking for trailers and a one car garage for your rides. Don't forget about the newly added pool table to enjoy on those nights in!

In minutes you can be on the slopes, gambling in Deadwood, riding ATV's and Mountain Bikes on the local trails, and then come back to your own new private home to enjoy with your group. You can access the local ATV and snowmobile trails directly out the backside of the property, so you'll love the convenience this home away from home will give you on your Black Hills Vacation!

Perfect place for a group of friends to gather and ride their utvs. Close to so many wonderful utv trails. Wonderful location would definitely recommend!

I was very impressed when sleeping downstairs we didnt hear the weather or the people walking or talking. The views were awesome, the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to our friends.

Lookout stay

It was a very nice home for our large family and we enjoyed all the amenities. My only complaint was my pre-visit communication with host. I asked if the house had a pak-n-play. She stated "we don't have a pak-n-play at the property". She did not say she would get any delivered either. Two of my young families hauled pak-n-plays and then we found 2 in the closets of the property! Still rate the stay high but just a suggestion for happier customers.

Christmas stay

We enjoyed our stay and the house was described well. It was nice to be able to use the club house. Plenty of room for our group of 13 and the scenery was beautiful. Usually could see the deer in the morning from the kitchen windows. Kids really enjoyed seeing them. Loved that they took the time to put up a tree and some decorations for Christmas. The host was responsive and answered any questions whem emailed. Thank you.

We had enough parking to park 3 trucks and trailers. The home was very well maintained and clean. We spent an evening downtown Deadwood at the casinos, bars and shops. We enjoyed the trails in the Black Hills on our side-by sides also. Ten out of 10 would recommend this house!!

Great location to many ATV trails!

Very comfortable space for 9 adults. Easy to unload our ATVs. Easy parking in the front of the house for trailers. The house was clean. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of utensil's. The beds were pretty comfortable. Check in and out was easy. The only concern was the pool water was pretty foggy. Otherwise we will definitely be back.

Great location for riding ATV's. It has always been clean upon arrival. Never had an issue with not enought hot water or water pressure, even when all 3 showers were going at once. Have never had to contact anyone while staying, but the contact before arrival is excellent. We would highly recommend!!
