The Studio is a beautifully restored former artist's studio in the pretty hamlet of Rinsey. The cottage sleeps four people and has a double bedroom with en suite shower room, a ground floor twin bedroom (zip-linkable to 6' double) and a family bathroom. The sitting room has a huge inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove and the kitchen with dining area has French windows overlooking the terrace and garden. Outside is a private, peaceful and relaxing garden with stone terrace, table and chairs, lawn, and parking for four cars. Note: Ground floor twin bedroom by default will be made up as a 6' double (twin beds need to be requested)

Town: The village of Praa Sands sits on the south coast in between Helston and Marazion. Praa Sands is known for its mile-long sandy beach and excellent surfing conditions. There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the beach – the perfect spot for lunch with a view or sunset drinks – a Post Office and general stores, beach cafe with fish & chips, and a beach/surf shop stocked with everything you could need for a great day at the beach
