Grand in appearance yet comfortably casual, perfect for extended families. This spectacular 10,000+ sq. ft. family retreat is nestled on 8 majestic acres in Park City's most exclusive development, The Colony. This is an exclusive gated ski-in ski-out community situated on more than 4500 acres of pristine mountain scape with private access to the Canyons side of Park City Mountain Resort. The setting lends itself to year-round activities. Spend a week skiing and snowboarding in the winter, or relaxing and hiking in the summer. Tiger Tracks sits right on the Harmony ski slope, then it's a quick easy ski to to the nearest chairlifts - Tombstone and Timberline. In the Summer, the property grounds and nearby trails provide endless hours of hiking and exploring.

THE MAIN LEVEL ā”‚ The floor-to-ceiling panoramic view from the vaulted Great Room is truly magnificent. Ample seating and an oversized real "wood-burning" fireplace create a comfortable and inviting space to gather with friends and family for meals and social time. Recent upgrades include the latest in A/V technology including wireless SONOS. The Gourmet Kitchen, encircled by a casual dining area, a more formal dining room and a breakfast bar, collectively seats 22 for meals. Additional outdoor dining on the covered deck is ideal for a party of 10. The first of two beautifully appointed Master Bedrooms is located on the main level offering a gas fireplace and a luxurious spa bath. Across from the master is the first of two Kid's Suites (sleeps 5) complete with a separate parlor room providing private space for younger kids to gather on their own or separate bedding for a single adult or caregiver.

THE LOWER LEVEL ā”‚ This area is a family entertainment haven, sure to excite children and adults alike. The living area is the perfect spot to cozy up for a movie on the 60" tv with surround sound and a wood-burning fireplace. The entertainment area features a full-size air hockey table and full-length shuffleboard table. The lower level gives access to the indoor sauna and the large in-ground outdoor hot tub. The lower level mudroom serves as the ski-in ski-out area with ample ski storage and easy access to the slopes. There are two bedrooms on the lower level including a full and the second kids' suite with double bunks.

THE UPPER LEVEL ā”‚ Includes an open loft that overlooks the great room. The second king master is adjacent to a lofted office/study and a private nursery with a full-size baby bed and twin bed for a toddler or caregiver. The family suite, ideal for a family of 3 or 2-3 adults, is complete with a queen bed, twin bed and separate seating area.

FULL SERVICE SUITE ā”‚ The full service suite occupies one wing of the home and is available to groups of more than 18 guests, additional fee may apply. The suite is complete with a full kitchen, living space, gas fireplace, dining table for 4, full bath and separate bedroom that sleeps up to 5 people. This wing is not separate from the home and is not available for individual rentals.

Perfect home for a week of skiing with friends

This home was perfect for our gathering of 5 families (10 adults, 8 kids). It was comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and felt like a home, not a vacation rental. The ski-in/ski-out location was great and we really enjoyed our vacation here.

Spacious beautiful home in a fabulous setting.

The property is located on a mountain side with a great view below and has a hot tub that was a hit with everyone The house easily accommodated all of our family ages 12-76. The host and house manager were very responsive and prompt in answering any questions.

Hosted a company retreat at Tiger Tracks Lodge. Was the perfect place to hold our large team. There were ample space and amenities for all. After a day of skiing, we'd hop into the hot tub or the sauna and be ready to get back at it the next day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Family reunion

Beautiful house! We loved the large kitchen and dining areas as that is where the family spent the majority of our time together. The property manager was wonderful with quick communication and answers to any questions we had. The home is huge and easily fit our group of 20 (10 adults and 10 children). The hot tub was really nice and well maintained. The beds were comfy and everyone slept well. The large living room on the main floor was perfect for family games. The house is well stocked and very functional for large groups.

The perfect family ski vacation!

The listing of this property is spot on. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much nicer when you see it in person. There were 14 of us staying there and everyone was is awe when they arrived. Jodi Van Dresser was our VRBO point person for the property and was amazing to work with. She was extremely accommodating and informative. Our property liaison, Michelle, was equally as amazing to work with. She always responded very quickly to our questions. We would also like to thank the Miraz family for opening up their home to us! We highly recommend Tiger Tracks Lodge if youā€™re looking for a ski in & ski out house.

Park City Ski trip 2022

We thoroughly enjoyed the propoerty. It is a beautiful home in a fantastic location. We had 12 to 15 people on any given day , as people were coming and going thru out the week, and there was lots of space for everyone. With covid we ordered take out almost everynight and we had some great meals from the local resturants. We were 3 families , whose kids have been skiing together since they were little. We had eight "kids" and their spouces who are now 23 to 32 years old. It was great to have everyone together again and the house made it so easy to stay together and catch up. People came from NYC, Philly, Pittsburgh,Orlando and DC. so the location was easy to get to for everyone. We used and enjoyed all the amenities of the house, particularly the wood burning fire place. Ski in/out access was great. We appreciate the owners allowing us to share their home for a week a beautiful home in a rare loction. Thanks again for great memories.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time with our children , their spouses and our grandchildren. 23 in all. This home is amazing! It is beautiful, comfortable and had so much room! Everyone of us were really happy with this property and had a relaxing time. The game room downstairs was a big hit with th kids and adults! It has a huge kitchen with a new Wolf oven and stove ..I would highly recommend this home and would love to rent it again!

Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and was big enough for everyone to have space. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment (pots, pans, dishes, etc.). We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. Check-in and check-out was easy. The surroundings were beautiful. The home was very private and quiet. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent stay

We had a excellent time in this beautiful home. Our first time in Park City in the summer, and it did not disappoint, and this house was a big reason for it. Amazing location in a secluded area in the Canyons. So quiet and relaxing, and we saw deer and moose in the yard. We cooked at home every day and enjoyed dinner outside on the deck. The location makes for an easy drive to Park City and all activities. Jodi was great to work with in the rental process. We look forward to returning to this home in the winter or summer.

Our family, including 4 children, had an excellent stay in this expansive, warm home that is better than its photos. The 3-story house is wonderfully spacious with all the reasonable amenities one could expect. Booking and contact with local management all went smoothly. The neighborhood of the Colony is exquisite, essentially enabling a mansion perched on the side of a mountain with the occasional deer or moose popping by to say hello. We traveled here in the summer and highly recommend the summer season in Park City. When I say we didnā€™t want to leave, I mean that we intend to return.

Amazing Mountain Home

Our family had a fabulous Thanksgiving at this property, located in The Colony. The home is very spacious with plenty of room to accomodate family gatherings. We had 2 days of snow while we were staying here and the heated driveway was very nice, making access easy even in heavy snow conditions. The kids found great sledding right outside the door. The mountain views were spectacular!

Total privacy and luxury!

Some places feel like a "rental," This home truly felt like a home, loved, taken care of and comfortable. There are pine trees all around and complete privacy in every directions. First thing we did was open all the blinds and they stayed open the entire time. Everything was in great shape and working order. The hot tub wasn't heating up so we called the manager and it was fixed the next morning. We loved this place and the communication and care were wonderful!

Great time for the whole family

The house is beautiful and well maintained. Our stay was a mid summer family reunion of our kids and grandkids. The grandkids loved the place from the second they walked in. They really enjoyed the air hockey table, hiking around the forest and mountain biking on the trails. The adult children enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We had a full house, but the place is spacious enough that we were never on top of each other. The location was close for taking the grandkids on the Heber City Railroad, which they loved, then stopping at Jordanelle Reservoir for a swim on a hot summer day. We were concerned that without air conditioning that it might be hot sleeping upstairs on hot summer nights, but in the mountains it cools off enough at night so that with the windows open it was very pleasant, often times with a nice evening breeze. The kitchen is supplied with almost everything you would need. We have made a point of having family get togethers in nice places so that all the kids and grandkids would want to come and they would remember having a very enjoyable time. We have rented some very nice places thru VRBO and AirBnb in the past and this elegant home did not disappoint us. We had 23 in total and all agreed they had a very fun time, both at the home and in the Park City area. We would definitely recommend this place to others. It was a very good value.

Beautiful, private and spacious!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for aunts, uncles and cousins. We loved having plenty of towels, sheets and room to relax. The hot tub wasnā€™t heating up and within an hour of asking for help, we had somebody at our door and it was fixed! It is in a beautiful secluded spot, but close to stores, movies and restaurants.

This is a wonderful home with easy ski in ski out access to The Canyons and Park City. The home is located mid-mountain so there is easy access to lift with no waiting. We had 12 people and sleeping arrangements were outstanding. It has a large dining room with a fantastic kitchen. It also has a wonderful game room and a large outdoor hot tub. There are two wood burning fireplaces and a gas fireplace in one of the master bedrooms. There is an outdoor deck with glorious views of the mountain. It is very private and quiet. Manager was very helpful.

Olcha Property Management is a boutique property management company focused on delivering an experience beyond expectations for both the property owner and the guests who visit our homes. Our family purchased our first Park City home in 1997. We quickly fell in love with this charming little ski town that boasts of two of the most renowned ski resorts in the world - Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort. Having spent over 25 years in the travel industry, it was a natural transition for me to assume the responsibility of managing and marketing our home. Over the past several years I have expanded Olcha Property Management to represent a selective collection of exceptional homes in the Park City and Deer Valley area, this lovely property included.
