Great property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is in a quiet location about a 10- 20 min uber ride to the strip and has easy access to highways if you want to go out to hiking trails. It is clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. The yard is awesome! It is a perfect place for a family, friends or a few couples. The house offers many options for entertainment - board games, ping pong, a putting green, and outdoor seating and much more. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Wonderful location

The house was beautiful enough room for everybody, the pool was great, wonderful location to the strip. The only thing they need some upgraded pots and pans, but we still made it work and it was a wonderful trip.

Great spot!

My friends and i absolutely loved our stay here! The pool and games available made for a fun way to relax and play away from the strip. Once we got past an initial issue with the a/c upon arrival, which our host addressed immediately, the home remained nice and cool even with 107Ā° heat outside. The location is in a clean, quiet neighborhood about a10 minute drive from the strip. The host was quick to respond and accommodated our needs easily. I would recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Vegas and will happily plan to stay again next time I'm in town.

Something for everyone

Great property. The backyard has everything you need. We contacted the property manager 2 times for assistance and immediately got response and they were here almost immediately. There are 3 large bedrooms and a huge master suite. The family room fits everyone. We will stay here again and hope for better weather.

Comfortable home

Nice home. Very large and nicely appointed. Could have used more towels and a refrigerator with doors and shelves that are not broken. A little better water pressure in the MBR would help. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but we had no problems.

Nice Home in Quite Neighborhood

I rented the property for my daughter's 21st birthday. We had a group and felt it would be nice to have a break from the strip. The house was a great size for the group we had, with a nice yard to relax in. The home is it is a residential neighborhood about 10-12 minutes or so from the strip; which take planning to head down there, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, we had a really nice time at the home!

Great Home for Families

This property is first rate. Home both interior and backyard are exactly how they are in the photos. We had an awesome week with our grown children and our infant granddaughter. Property manager was prompt in their communication to our questions. Itā€™s unfortunate that the renters before us broke some things, but the property management did their best to fix it until parts can be ordered. Itā€™s a well maintained property and you can see the pride of the owners. We throughly enjoyed all the amenities.

Ghosted

The property was exactly as described, and we would have given it 5 stars, except that the property manager ghosted us after we checked-in. The heat was out in the bedrooms for the first 2 nights, and it was cold. We weren't forewarned of the heat out, and learned from the repairmen that the parts had been ordered a week earlier, so it was known. The repairman showed up unannounced needing access, in violation of published house rules. We sent several messages and called the property manager several times about 3 simple maters, never to hear from him again. A little communication would have gone a long way.

We had a great stay. The check in was simple and they were very responsive. There were a few things in the kitchen that would have been nice to have since we were cooking for large groups but the space was perfect and comfortable for a group of 14.

Beautiful Remodel

The home has plenty of entertainment inside and outside to enjoy. The remodel is beautiful and the home is well equipped. Location is fairly close to the strip. The neighborhood did not feel the safest, with many homes on the street having bars on the doors and windows. No garage to park in. The property management company was extremely responsive.

I highly recommend staying here. There was plenty of room for six adults and a 1 year old. The house is well maintained and smartly decorated. If planning a trip, I would put this at the top of your list.

Pool was the highlight for us!!

We loved everything about the house. It did have room to accompany us all. The few things that turned us off- carpet needs shampooing or vaccumm. Pretty filthy to walk on barefoot. The location was very close to the strip but the neighborhood itself was ok. The dishwasher is disgusting, we hand washed all our dishes (lots of them) thereā€™s actually fungus or some kind of thing growing inside on the bottom. The pool was nice but cloudy by day 3 wish there was a vaccum in the pool as well. The patio furniture is super disgusting or greasy we decided not to even sit out there, that can use some cleaning or shampooing too. Overall we had a comfortable stay by overlooking these issues/problems.

Great family home

We very much enjoyed this property and all the wonderful games it offered as we weren't looking to go to the strip. The home has a few small things that could be addressed like an over active smoke detector and the pool alarm...but better safe than sorry. The neighborhood is ok and is central to several attractions. The beds were great and the pool wonderful! Management was very helpful and available.
