The garden at the far end of the ground floor gives seperate access to the deck area. First floor consists of a large lounge with cable TV and fireplace, a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms a bathroom, shower, large patio (29 m².) with garden furniture, extensive pool area for sunbathing (69.5 sq m) pool (10.5m x 4.3m), jacuzzi with diameter 2.3m and barbeque area (24 m²). Both lounge and kitchen overlook the pool area.

The farmhouse is fully air-conditioned (prepaid by means of a coin meter) to ensure stable temperatures. This is most relevant during the winter times where humidity levels on the Maltese islands push up the feeling of cold spells by a couple of notches and during summer time when temperatures hover between 33 - 38 degree Celsius.
