Razzett Lunzjata is a six bedroom authentic farmhouse with private pool and barbecue area. All bedrooms are air-conditioned connected to a coin metre.Fans are also available free of charge.This charming farmhouse is over three hundred years old. It overlooks the evergreen Lunzjata Valley, which is the nicest spot on the island.
The entrance to the farmhouse is through a hall , which leads to a central courtyard. On the ground floor one finds a large arched kitchen/dinning/ lounge with cable TV set and free wireless internet. It features five original mangers and water trough, originally used for water. Besides there are two nicely furnished bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower, one for each bedroom. There is also a separate wash room with washing machine.Spiral stairs from the kitchen leads to a loft ,1.4m high which can be used as a children's bedroom.On the first floor there is a large arched corridor, which leads to another four bedrooms, all with their own showers/bathroom.
Recommended for a large number of guests.

The accommodation was lovely and Maria very helpful and friendly.Only observation I would make is that the exact location was open to misinterpretation on sat navs which took us to the wrong place initially until corrected by Maria.

Beautiful Villa

Absolutely first class. Great property, lovely location, ample room for our big group of 10. Maria a great host - there if you need assistance but not imposing. You’ll love it.

The Perfect Base

We have just returned from a week in this beautiful home, everything you need for the perfect holiday is included, Maria was very helpful and friendly, the pool was lovely all the rooms were clean and comfortable, we were a party of 8 and had plenty of space to enjoy our holiday, we will definitely be returning here in the future

Family holiday

We had a great time at this property. We were a large family group so the 6 bedrooms went a long way to giving us all some space. Pool was great to relax around also.

Six of us came to stay in this lovely farmhouse, i celebrated my 64th birthday while here. Easy walk to Victoria for restaurants and shops and The Citadel. But also a local shop that stocks all the essentials. We used Bolt taxis to get around the island but also walked to xlendi one evening which is all downhill so easy. Not so easy walking back in the August heat so we got a taxi. Maria was a very helpful host especially as we left things behind and she very kindly posted them to us.

Rustic spacious villa

We had a lovely relaxing week at the villa.Village shop and Twelve03 restaurant were only 5 minutes walk away.Villa was well equiped with everything weneeded and had plenty of space for our party of 12. Views were outstanding, Gozo was beautiful.Mary was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Airport transfers were fantastic.Thanks for a lovely holiday.had

beautiful location

the house has large spaces, large rooms, a large dining room. it has a comfortable swimming pool that allows you to relax at the end of the evening after a day at the beach. We were a group of 14 and we had a great time.

Property is great. Quirky layout, but good sized rooms and works for groups. Showers & Kitchen a little on the rustic side, but perfectly good. Pool lovely in the heat.

Beautiful Location….

We had a wonderful week at Razzett Lunzjata to celebrate a birthday . A beautiful traditional farmhouse with many original features and set overlooking the valley, spectacular sunrise . Maria was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend this house for any larger group , it’s layout is ideal. Would definitely book again.

Gorgeous House

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this gorgeous farmhouse the owner was on hand to answer any questions, not that we had many. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance from Victoria, easy car journey from the port and everywhere else we wanted to visit on Gozo. Sunrise views from the terrace garden were unbeatable. Pool was perfect for a dip if a little chilly at this time of year. Highly recommend.

Like staying in a castle.

Excellent place to stay with a large group of people. Sufficient space, bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious swimming pool and beautiful view. We had a lovely and relaxing holiday, the owner is very friendly and even provided for water, coffee, tea and breakfast because we arrived late. I can certainly recommend. The only thing is that the dishwasher is a bit tired...

Just perfect…

A beautiful location & vista of Victoria, especially in the evening, as I was preparing food on the barbecue. Walking distance to bustling Victoria & the beautiful quiet bay of Xlendi: perfect for swimming & Scuba Diving with St Andrew’s Dive Cove (SADC). Lovely clean & fresh pool & the kitchen is a lovely size 👌 All spotless & spacious - I’d recommend 12 ppl max. Definitely going back soon :)

A short one week trip in gozo

The property was very clean and the owner was very welcoming when entering the farmhouse. When we needed assistance from the farmhouse owner she was very understanding and helped us right away. A very impeccable view of the lunzjata valley and surroundings was seen from the pool area. The pool was always very clean. We suggest to add also a gas bbq to the property and to take a look in some of the beds as some were not much comfortable.

Great week in Kercem

The house was situated very well for us and we particularly enjoyed being able to walk into Victoria to eat and sightsee. Everyone loved the pool, the valley behind providing a very pleasant backdrop, while the inside courtyard is nice and cool for a morning coffee. Maria was a great host and answered queries very quickly, making sure we had everything we needed - including transport to and from the farmhouse from the airport. In the end we decided not to hire a car because it was easy to hire Bolt taxis to take us out when we wanted to venture further afield. We love the laidback nature of Gozo and very much enjoyed our second trip to the island.

Lovely spacious villa

This is a lovely villa converted from an old farmhouse with lots of space for everybody. We love original features such as the mangers and the central courtyard was a lovely place to escape the heat for a bit. Thick stone walls made this farmhouse pretty cool inside so that we did not always need AC. The view from the pool area was fabulous. We were in walking distance of a really nice square in Victoria with cafés and restaurants. The villa was a good base to explore the rest of Gozo. Communication with Mary was excellent. She always responded really quickly to any requests which we had. I would highly recommend this villa.

Appreciation post

Loved the way this old farmhouse has been remodelled. All of us felt comfortable and the fact that each couple had their own space was a bonus. Has all mod cons in place while keeping authentic to the original structure of the farmhouse. Maria, the hostess, was always ready for any questions and needs we had and promptly took care to accommodate us. The location is very quiet and peaceful, away from the usual hectic lifestyle. Were able to sit near the pool at night and enjoy the village feast fireworks from afar. Happy to have enjoyed a few days of peace and quiet with family under the same roof. Thanks.

Lovely quiet farmhouse with great views

We were traveling with six adults and a one-year old, and this farmhouse was perfect for our needs. Very spacious, with a lot of character. It was within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants, but still in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Maria made sure we had everything we needed, including high chair and crib, as well as some food in the fridge to get us started (very much appreciated!). She was very accommodating when our arrival time changed, and helpful with information on local attractions, even calling to check on availability for a last minute boat tour. The view from the farmhouse is amazing, and it is centrally located to wherever you plan to visit while in Gozo. It was a great place to sip coffee by the pool in the morning, or to relax in the evening to plan each day's next adventure.

Lovely!

This two weeks give us a lot of peace and a beautiful time together. We was 11 persons (kids and adults) and everybody has theyre own badroom & bathroom The Farmhouse is lovely and trational what we realy wanted and enjoyed! Maria, the owner, is such helpful and friendly! She organized our transfer from and to the airport and helped us also when we needet something. The pool is lovely and also the citycenter (victoria) is really close to kercem. You will find the supermarket 5 minutes from the house with the friendly owner joe and also the busstation is 5 minutes away. All in all we had a really great time and we allready miss the sun and sunwarmed people from gozo. We all thank to maria & joe to let us enjoy this 2 weeks! - Oven not working properly, dirty floors, not heating in kitchen, disaster internet connection

We were offered to come early after 11am and when I called at 10:49, she said that she was ready, no one cleans the floor in 10 mins, thus she could have cleaned the floor before, since she offered us that we can come early. On check out she came 1 hour before to give receipt and collect the state tax which again was not included in the price, she collected it separately. She could have offered heating in the open plan, it was too cold.

Amazing time

Our booked property cancelled one day before- Maria was our hero, within one day she arranged everything that we could enjoy an amazing time at Gozo in her lovely farm house. We felt like little prince/princesses because life is like in a little castle- location was perfect, everything was clean, nothing was missing! Couldn’t enjoy more! Thanks for everything Maria
