FABULOUS 4 BEDROOM 2 BATH COLONIAL IN EASTWARD LOOK. SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM. LAUNDRY ROOM WITH WASHER/DRYER AND SPARE FRIDGE, FLAT SCREEN TVS , CABLE AND WIFI

WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH AND PLAYGROUND

Additional amenities: fully equipped kitchen with service for 8, gas grill, enclosed outdoor hot shower, large yard, beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart.

Sleeps 8 (up to two more at additional cost) First floor features 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Second floor features three bedrooms (2 queens and one full. All bedrooms have new individual window AC units.) (Please note that guests must supply their own linens and towels)

I did like most berries being upstairs with one downstairs. My mom would have a hard time going up and down the stairs so that works perfect!!

This is the property you will want to book for your next vacation in Narragansett We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at this property. Check-in was easy and the property was spotless! The 4 good size bedrooms easily accommodated our large family. Our 3 toddlers had plenty of room to play in the first floor living area and we parents and grandparents found plenty of comfortable furniture to sit and read with them or just find some moments to relax after sunny days with them at the nearby beach. The large eat-in kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dinnerware. Even the outdoor patio area had enough seating to accommodate everyone . The washer and dryer made it easy to keep up with the laundry throughout the week . This property is a short walk to a beautiful beach. Chris and Joanne even provided beach chairs! Book your next vacation here. You’ll be glad you did !

Great Stay

This home had everything for our annual family getaway. Home was great and exceeded our expectations. Chris was available for questions and went above and beyond. We have stayed in this area for over 20 years, and this was one of the best as far as comfort and location.

Great neighborhood beach house

Chris really goes above and beyond to make our stay wonderful comfortable experience of the area starting with the gift basket. The neighborhood is perfect for families especially bike riding. Close to a lot great restaurants, hiking and shopping. Would definitely do it again! Thank you.

Relax~ everything you need is already here!

Perfect vacation rental! Ease of arrival with a warm welcome package from the hosts. The house is stocked with all the essentials and more. Updated, airy and beautiful natural light throughout the kitchen, dining room and living room. Lovely flat backyard and convenience of the outdoor shower. Walk to the beach, come back and enjoy this lovely nook of the neighborhood!

Perfect family getaway

This home was perfect for a wonderful family getaway at the beach! We had five adults and three children with us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The home was very clean and well stocked with supplies to make the stay easy and feel like home. The walking distance to the beach was great! We were able to easily walk each day with children and strollers/riding bikes. There’s a wonderful playground right down the road that we spent a lot of time at. The neighborhood was quiet and private. The beach cart and beach chairs were especially helpful to utilize. We were there on Fourth of July weekend and the fireworks/facilities had calm down by about 10 PM. I would highly recommend this location for families! The host was very responsive and left a wonderful welcome bag!

Quiet and pleasant stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Check in was easy, the home was very clean and the instructions for the property were easy to understand. There was a nice welcome package with wine and goodies! The walk to the beach was a little long so I would recommend driving to drop off stuff or parking closer to the beach as carrying beach gear makes the walk seem much further. The house stayed cool during the heat with the ACs and fans. The beds, seating areas and couches were comfortable and clean. The neighbor has multiple bird feeders so there were lots of lovely birds that visited frequently. We discovered a local farm up the road that has amazing fresh mozzarella and meat to grill! Very quiet and easy vacation! Highly recommend!

Nice home in a great location. Spacious and comfortable. Convenient for multiple beach options, Newport, Point Judith and Block Island Ferry. Nice patio with gas grill.

Perfect Getaway

From the first email to Chris, to checking out, this was a seamless stay. The house was perfect, super clean, and near everything! The yard was great, my kids loved the space. Chris was super helpful, and always responsive, he also left a lovely gift bag, with treats for all! We will definitely be back again.

Great place!

We stayed with another couple and 3 kids and there was plenty of space! It was just a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was very kid friendly. The house was super clean and the outdoor shower was a hit with the kids! The owners left us a nice goody bag with wine and snacks when we arrived which was very thoughtful! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home. Overall it was a great stay and we are already thinking about booking for next year!!!

Great Family House

Everything was clean when we got there which made for a very comfortable stay in Scarborough Beach. My parents rented a house just a few blocks away so we did most of our gathering at their rental. The house was stocked with lots of beach chairs so we were all set for our long days on the beach. I loved the extra welcome Chris gave us. He had a beach bag filled with wine and goodies upon our arrival. It was a really nice touch that we really appreciated. I would definitely rent this house again. Karen

Well cared for and comfortable house for four adults and two children

An unexpected treat was the entertainment from the array of birds being fed by the next door neighbors. Lovely to sit under the apple tree and just watch.

Family Vacation

My Family stayed here in July. It was all we expected, clean, comfortable, Quiet, and relaxing! I would rent this house again. It was a short drive to the beach or about a 15 min walk. The landlord was very accommodating. Thanks for a great week! Diane, Phil and family

this is a lovely home away from home

Our family had a fabulous and comfortable week away in RI. The home was very cozy and well cared for. We were grateful for the window unit AC's and ceiling fans in each bedroom as it was a hot week. The property came well equipped with kitchen utensils, cookware etc. The grill was well cared for with great grilling utensils. The back yard and back deck were lovely, the outdoor shower was a hit with the entire family, and the extra fridge in the laundry area was a game changer. The owner checked in to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the property and he even left us a thoughtful gift upon our arrival. He provided some extra beach equipment as well which was unique compared to other homes we have rented in the past. While this house was very close to Scarborough Beach, we ended up going to Roger Wheeler Beach most days because of the quieter surf. For dining, we enjoyed The Bike Stop, Aunt Carrie's (twice) for take-out, had great dinners out at The Coast Guard House and George's of Galilee (without reservations) and easily cooked at home for other meals. There is a Stop and Shop just a few miles up the road which is handy. Thank you for a great vacation, Chris!!

Awesome Place To Stay!

We loved the place! It was in excellent condition and clean. The owners welcomed us with a beach bag of snacks. They also left "a couple of many things" to get us started if we needed them. For instance, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, garbage bags and coffee filters. Very thoughtful. There are beach chairs, towels and a beach cart for the renters to use should they want. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, give or take a few minutes. We drove, but if the kids (teenagers) wanted to go back early, they walked. Chris, one of the owners was wonderful with the questions I had about the renting process, as I was a bit nervous renting a new place over the internet. We will definitely be returning to this house next year!
