Pleasantly situated country house, upon a green hill on Hinitsa beach, Porto Heli, 150 mts from a crystal clear water beautiful sandy beach, opposite of Spetses island, Hinitsa & Bourboulo islets with lovely view from each point!
The extent is 4000 m² including large swimming pool (13 x 9 mts), patio - bbq, surrounded by many trees and gardens, parking lot and also a small church.

Accommodation is up to 13 guests.

- 1st floor: living room (a/c, tv, dvd, fireplace), dining room, kitchen (incl. refrigerator, oven, dish washer), bedroom, bathroom, and large balconies (back & front).
- 2nd floor: 2 master bedrooms (both include bathroom, a/c, tv) and large balcony with fantastic view!!
- Ground floor: 3 independent studios (each one includes a/c, tv, kitchenette & refrigerator, bathroom), with total capacity of 8 guests. Large veranda with wonderful front view!
- Outdoor facilities: swimming pool, bbq house, parking, storeroom (incl. washing machine) – garage.
- Free Wi-Fi.

Fantastic property and people

We had an fantastic family vacation at Spiros place in Porto heli, all ages loved it. Close to the beaches as well as tavernas. We would defiantly come back again Aaron and Judy

Wonderful stay

Villa is very well equipped, excellent layout, and wonderful hosts. The owners live in the adjacent building of a 2 house complex and they are the most welcoming family. They made us a gorgeous welcoming platter of food and a homemade moussaka that could not be beat by any restaurant. A short walk to a gorgeous taverna in a quiet bay. Good local fish and all well priced The views in the evening for sunsets over Spetses are stunning. Our kids loved the pool. Quite large and felt like having a hotel to ourselves. Thanks Visi for the hospitality!

Fantastic, Spacious House

We very much enjoyed our holidays in this beautiful house. The communication with the owner was excellent and the house very clean upon arrival. Great swimming pool and only a short walk to the beach. The area is not connected to high water service standards, so it is better not to drink tab water. We were warned about this in advance though and bottles (and nice fresh fruit!) were ready when we arrived. Pillows and towels were put on the pool chairs every day and the garden surrounding the pool and the house is beautiful. The house is very spacious. We had a great experience there and can recommend staying in this beautiful house.

Family reunion

This property was wonderful. The pool was a focal point for everyone ages 2 to 75. The separate rooms in the lower level allowed the family with small children to have space from the older adults. This was appreciated by all. Up in arrival we were given freshly grilled vegetables and eggs from their own chickens. A few days later a lovely cake, still warm from the oven arrived. We had our choice of 5 different tables to eat-4 of them outside with amazing views. The beach was just a short walk down a country lane so even the 2 year old could walk with us to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this fine home.

Wonderful property!

Perfect for us. We had 8 teens/young adults with us and three of the rooms were set out as separate 'studios' almost. There were also lots of wonderful places to sit so everyone could do their own thing. A well laid out house. The hosts were so kind and friendly. And really did their absolute best, and beyond what I have experienced before, to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They were always on hand to help or offer advice. The pool is fantastic. The rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is well set up with good quality equipment. The bbq area is a lovely place to eat. There are other properties around but it is very quiet with a lovely view. There are many interesting places to discover very close by. The beautiful island of Spetses a short water-taxi or ferry away. Porto Heli just ten mins in the car - great for an evening out and for some yacht-watching!

Amazing Pool, OK house with some issues

I feel there are some items that would be helpful to know if you plan to stay at this home. 1) the pool and yard are truly incredible, however, there are no toys for the pool and towels are limited, so if you aren’t local then you may have to do some supplemental shopping. 2) the house is quite nice but it is clear the owners don’t put much value in the items used by renters. For example the silverware is broken or very low quality, the knifes are more than dull, there is no cappuccino maker and all the appliances are very old or dirty, there were no washcloths in the bathrooms, spices were put in old glass jars from jam etc., mattresses are old and very poor quality, not deal breakers individually but combined it didn’t fit the high price per night for the area 3) some items that are normal for the area but may be avoided at a hotel: you can’t put any toilet paper down the toilet and you have to remove all your own garbage used toilet paper included at the end of your stay to bins a short drive away. The water isn’t drinkable, the house has no standing showers, just handheld spray nozzles at bathtub height, one bedroom has no air conditioning just a fan 4) we had some cleanliness issues, the cutting boards were covered in mold in a kitchen cabinet and there were about 20+ sugar ants on the lower bathroom floor at any given time. 5) the Wi-Fi router is in the home next door and an extender is used to get Wi-Fi to the rental. If you need internet for work, to download shows etc. it was not sufficient 6) the manager is in Athens who does speak English and is responsive however the hosts are next door and don’t speak English, this made everything a annoying game of telephone plus you had the hosts right next door which was a bit awkward like being watched and they entered the home a few times to show us something without us asking them to. Though they are a nice older couple but we found it a bit odd. Lastly, you MUST have some sort of navigation to find the place. We were only given longitude and latitude to find the house no other details are provided. All in all, an ok experience, but I don’t think it matches what we paid and comparable properties in the area. If the hosts made some minor improvements to the amenities, kitchen items, mattresses and de-cluttered the home it would make a tremendous improvement.

Beautiful Villa near Porto Heli

This villa is amazing! Whether you want to use the salt water pool or walk down to the ocean you are never far from a swim. Plus the owners are the nicest folks. Made sure that we had all we needed and were comfortable in our house. We used the outdoor kitchen and had a lovely dinner from their barbeque. We hope to return.

Beautiful and peaceful family spot

Our family of 12 had an excellent stay at this property! Spiros and his family were extremely helpful with everything and keep a very clean property. We had everything we needed, and the location is amazing. Hinitsa Beach was perfect for our kids, 8 yrs and younger, with warm, shallow waters. Porto Heli is a short drive away and great for evening outings. We highly recommend renting this house and hope to come back and visit again!

just one word: amazing

We had a fabulous time at Dreamland. We reserved this property for a family vacation and had an amazing time. The property is absolutely fantastic. and during the busiest part of the Greek summer it is amazingly quiet. The views are splendid - better than the pictures ! It is very spacious, very clean and private. We slept sooo welll. The beach is down the path. Porto Heli just a few minutes away by car. Spestes Island is reached by water-taxi and you can rent scooters to go around the island. Ermioni is 20 minutes away... Great location. Spiros and his family were here during our stay. they are so welcoming and helpful and yet discreet, We had total privacy. We only wish we would have booked more nights. We really hope to come again.

A perfect family holiday in an outstanding location. The pool and it’s surrounds were a highlight.

Dreamland is a modern villa set in beautiful gardens. Eleven of us were comfortably accomodated The pristine and large pool was a feature we loved especially eating al fresco poolside in glorious sunshine. Undoubtedly my enduring memory will be the warmth and generosity of our Greek hosts who welcomed us with a wonderful meal and were always available for advice on restaurants and the many amenities that made our holiday stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Dreamland Porto Heli as an outstanding destination that is true value for money. Thank you, thank you, Spiros and you wonderful family for your warmth and hospitality that helped make ours a holiday to remember.

Fabulous villa - fabulous holiday

Our family of 9 rented Dreamland villa for 11 nights with ages ranging from 16-91, we all had a fabulous time. The villa has lovely views towards the sea and Spetses island with many differing places to sit outside depending on the time of day with the nearest beach being less than 10 minutes walk , where we swam everyday in clean and beautiful sea. The villa is spacious enough for everyone to have their own space and the studios on the lower level were perfect for the teens in our group. There are plenty of clean towels, the kitchen is well equipped and all the beds and furnishings are of a high quality. The pool is large, clean and warm with plenty of sunbeds and shade. The villa owners are very welcoming and friendly and although they live in the villa opposite there is no loss of privacy. Porto Cheli is a pretty town with plenty of restaurants although you will need a car for shopping and eating out. Although it is a quiet area we enjoyed family together at the villa and would certainly recommend staying here.

Perfect for a big get together

We had a brilliant family holiday here - the house and studios are all great and very comfortable and the outdoor living space is amazing! The BBQ area by the fantastic pool is so good - we had lots of great fun evenings there. The pool is lovely and the kids spent hours in it. Local beaches great for swimming and Porto Heli lovely. Spiros's family all really friendly, helpful and kind and lovely to meet them. Thanks for a great holiday!

Wow. Amazing pool and view!

We were three families, with 9 people total, staying at the house. What a great week! The pool is truly spectacular - the kids just swam all day long. The view over the ocean was amazing as well. Spriros and his family were very welcoming and helpful. We loved the town of Porto Heli (although we barely left the awesome house and grounds).
