Complete renovation January 2024! New floors, new living room and bedroom furniture.



Be one of the first to vacation at the best condo at Phoenix West. Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. You can also park directly on the 7th floor and avoid the elevators!



We also have the two 3br Units directly next door, 706 and 707 should you need additional condos for larger groups.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar, 50'' flat screen HDTV with DVD in living room with surround sound, a master with a king bed and a 42'' flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the master, a second bedroom with a king bed and a 42'' TV, a third bedroom with two queen beds and a 42' TV with DVD player, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. We have sleeping for 8 on the beds but we do allow occupancy up to 10 if small kids would like to sleep on the sectional sofa.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. We also have the condo next door, perfect for large families!!



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Excellent

We loved staying in this beautiful spacious condo. We really enjoyed the large balcony with the comfortable seating and spectacular views, and of course the lazy river was a huge hit with our grandchildren. Best place we have stayed at by far in Orange Beach!

Weekend Getaway

Our family needed a little weekend getaway and this unit exceeded all expectations! We will definitely be coming back to this unit in the future.

Newly updated, spacious & awesome views!

Stayed 5 nights and don’t have a single complaint. The condo was clean, newly updated and plenty of space for our family of 9! Sunrise & sunset views from the balcony/patio were awesome. Lazy river & pool were a bonus after a day spent at the beach. All staff & security were very polite and helpful. We’ll definitely be back next summer!

Girls Beach Trip!

We loved the condo,,,,it was beautifully decorated and definitely gave the beach vibe. Unfortunately, the floors were terribly dirty. The balcony was super nice but feel it needed a couple more sitting spots. Location was great,,,so close to everything! Just so you know, the girls I was speaking about are in their 70’s and still enjoying traveling together and living life!

Spring Break OB

This is the kind of place you want to be at with your family. Beautiful place with all the water options for kids and walking distance to get good food, play mini golf, arcade. The ice machine in your own unit is so helpful when packing coolors. The unit has everything you need. We cant wait to be back!

Before school getaway

It was a nice condo. Everything seemed to work. However lots of decor stored in closets we had to work around. But other than that and only one hot pad for oven, all was nice and would stay again.

Great vacation!

We were looking for convenience and comfortability. The seventh floor was actually perfect. You are able to drive right up to the 7th floor, so there is no need to wait for the elevator. The elevators were not that crowded, and it was easy to get to the beach and pool. The condo was very comfortable. Nice furnishings and everybody had their own space. We ordered our groceries from Publix and they were delivered right to the door. Highly recommend!!!

2019 family beach vacation.

We’ve stayed at Phoenix West for the past 7 yrs. Loved this floor plan. The kitchen was different than the others and had great cabinet space. I do feel that they need more towels and bath cloths for this unit. We had to do laundry more than usual to keep clean towels. Other than that I have no complaints. Hope to get this same unit when we go back. And Cayce Cook is exceptionally nice to deal with.

Perfect location

This place was perfect for us. We loved the layout of the condo. The parking make everything so easy. The lazy river was amazing! Perfect balcony view of the ocean. We will definitely be trying to stay at this particular condo again. There was only 2 inconveniences… the internet. We didn’t get good internet service, but I figure that was because we had so many devices connected to the WiFi. The other inconvenience was there was no hand mixer. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place.

Near perfect condo for a stay on Orange Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay from booking to checkout was great. The booking process was smoothe and made sure we had all the info we needed. This unit when we arrived allowed us to park virtually right out the door. It is the unit right in the middle and the 7th floor is a perfect location. The unit is huge and has space for entertaining. We had a couple minor issues that were dealt with quickly. The furniture was comfortable and useful. The balcony I could live on and the furniture was great. The location on the ocean is so close and the chairs to rent make beach days easy. The pools are great although the outdoor is not heated. The indoor pool is huge but is a bit dark in there. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. We plan to stay here again. Everything inside and out was extremely clean.

March retreat

Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time to visit Orange Beach and hope to be returning many more times.We met family members, so finding a place that would accommodate 6 people was essential and Phoenix West 705 was more than adequate! The views from the living area and deck were beautiful. As has been mentioned in other reviews, having parking access on the same floor as the condo was fantastic! In fact, the condo is located directly across from the parking deck entrance and elevators.The condo was very quiet - night and day. Of course, I am sure during the busy summer season there would be a little more noise but I doubt it would be a problem.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Fortunately, we didn't have any issues with maintenance, etc.Location of the Phoenix West is terrific! Close to shopping and entertainment.As with most condos we've have stayed at, the kitchen can always use more items, but for day to day living it was fine.I feel that we will be returning to the Phoenix West and hopefully 705 will be available.

Nasty, Dirty, Worn Out Condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we entered and the floors turned our white socks black it only got worse. The ottoman had a broken leg and had to push it out of the way so no one would get hurt. The 2 chairs had no firmness left and were uncomfortable. Sofa wasn’t comfortable and badly stained. Patio cushions were threadbare and flat. 2 bathroom sinks and 1 shower drained extremely slow. Fan blades, lampshades, return air vent were all disgusting. The mildew on a shower curtain caused the whole room to stink. We desperately needed an iron to touch up clothes before professional beach pics and the condo didn’t have one, but had 2 ironing boards. All beds need replacing too. One bed had a DAMP, pink, large spot in the center of it. The ice maker did not work and emitted heat. The mini frig needed defrosting. All knives were dull and rusThe owners need to have their unit deep cleaned and refurnished. We have stayed at Phoenix West for many years and never had any problems or been disappointed until now. Weekly rates should be drastically reduced for the condition this place is in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience during our Thanksgiving stay was good. For the most part, the condo was very clean other than a few stray hairs. The kitchen was a little problematic because of the oven. You can't see the temps on the knobs and the smoke detector is very sensitive. Also the beds were not very comfortable. The primary bedroom mattress makes noises and the tv did not work. Other than those few issues, it was a great stay and I would recommend. The primary bathroom was FANTASTIC.

We did wish the kitchen had some better pots and pans for cooking. It had plenty of dishes and cups. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. We were able to store our beach chairs and things right outside our room which kept sand out. We also wish we had access to a broom inside the rental. They had a vaccum, but sometimes you just want to sweep a highly trafficked area without vaccum noise or trying to find an outlet.

The entrance to this unit is straight in from the parking garage and elevators so very easy to load and unload (especially with kids-3yrs and 8mos). The view was perfect and the lazy river and pool were AMAZING! This unit is beautiful but very white-hard to keep little dirty fingers off of sofa cushions and pillows but we managed. We will definitely stay again.

Great ice machine in beverage bar area. Parking on same floor so no elevator rides to unload or load car. Within walking distance to several restaurants'. Condo needs a deep clean on the floors (not sure they have been mopped in a while - feet were black after walking barefoot. Our family had a wonderful time this year at Orange Beach.

There was only one dish towel and only small amounts of everything else like pots, pans, utensils, etc. But definitely not a deal breaker. The location of the condo was was conveniently located right off the elevator and there was parking on the same floor of condo. The ice machine was a plus! One other thing lacking was there was no iron...only an ironing board. Overall, a great condo and I would recommend it and definitely stay in that same unit again.

Granddaughter's beach vacation

Some areas on the ceiling we peeling (popcorn from the 80's). The stove has the numbers rubbed off, hard to determine the temp. and the stove top is creaked. WiFi signal is not very strong. Can't beat the view from the balcony. Access to the pools, lazy river and beach is great. All-in-all, a great place to stay.

Things that were broken last year are still broken, towel rack in a bathroom and this year the stove top has a BAD crack, the dials on the stove top have no numbers, there is no screen on the frame to the balcony, the ceiling needs repairs, the ice maker is not working properly, some lamps are broken.
