This beautiful townhouse is in a gated Gulf-side community and is just steps away from the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. This newly updated unit is a comfortable coastal retreat, and is ready for you to fully enjoy.

Park your car in the attached covered garage on the ground floor and ascend to the main level of this beautiful cabana. Here you will find the kitchen with settings for 8, large living and dining area that opens onto an exterior balcony overlooking one of the community pools.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedrooms upstairs are as follows:
- Upstairs Master has a pillow-top mattress, 32' Flat screen TV & full en suite bathroom
- Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a Queen & 32' Flat screen TV
- Upstairs Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a 32" flat screen TV.
- The full bath with tub is located in the hallway in the middle of bedroom 2 & 3.

The beach is just steps outside the front door (our unit is not Gulf-front, but very very close to the beach) while the first pool is right off the back patio, the 2nd pool is at the back of the property. Living and kitchen area as well as the master bedroom look out over the pool, while two of the upstairs bedrooms have a slight beach view. Just across the parking area is the beach access, so you are literally just steps from the water.

Ready to exercise? You have come to the dreamland of runners & cyclists. With a paved path of more than 20 miles along the beach, you'll have a hard time finding a nicer scenic path than this one. Ready to relax and enjoy good food and good drinks? Head over to the boardwalk and pier. There you will find numerous restaurants and bars, including a cheese and wine shop. You can relax on the boardwalk overlooking the marina that includes a swimming area, jet ski rentals, boat and pontoon rentals, boats for charter for fishing and dolphin sight seeing, as well as para-sailing. There's even a go cart and miniature golf course.

Upon arriving the place looked like the previous tenants just left... however, when I communicated to the owners and management team, they responded immediately. The place served its purpose, the pool was nice to lay by and the beach just seconds away. Overall, it was very nice to be at the beach with 7 of my besties.

Perfect location for your Pensacola Stay!

Our family of 6 plus 2 small kiddos (3 & 2) had a great stay!PROS: 1. You can't beat the location to the beach as it was truly a quick walk AND it was 2-3 miles away from the hustle and bustle of touristy Pensacola. The beach didn't feel too crowded. 2. The house had a bonus fridge in the garage- perfect for bulk items such as water/alcoholic beverages! 3. The house had a couple of umbrellas; several beach chairs; noodles; and a couple of play items for the kiddos! 4. Loved that the property had 2 pools. During our stay- there were loads of jellyfish and riptides towards the end of our vacation. It was so nice to be able to hit up the pool! 5. House had plenty of small appliances: coffee maker; crock pot; blender; electric can opener; and utensils to cook. 6. Did I mention location? 7. There is an amazing shop just around the corner called The Local. GO! They serve amazing coffees, deli sandwiches, and the best freaking ice cream. You can also buy booze or a menagerie of other neat things. CONS: 1. The house had very few drinking glasses. Maybe 2-3 coffee cups and a menagerie of other odds/ends cups. If you have a large group that likes to drink coffee in the morning, you might consider bringing your own travel mug. 2. You will need to purchase basic toiletry items such as toilet paper and paper towels. We were provided a couple of rolls of TP but that went quick. Just get your own. 3. Bring your own beach towels! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

Good, but could be great

This was a good rental and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach, and the condo is beautifully decorated in a quiet, well kept complex with two pools. The owners were very responsive, and the management company made check in and check out easy with helpful text updates. That said, a few practical issues are worth noting.Some beach gear was provided, like chairs and boogie boards, but no beach towels, which seems essential for a beach rental. We had to go out and buy them before we could head down. The mudroom had wall space but no hooks, and towels are not supposed to be hung on the deck. No hose to rinse off sand, either.The kitchen was very small and hard to navigate with more than one person. No pantry, open shelving made food storage difficult, and supplies were sparse. Only two dishwasher pods, no oven mitts, no spices, very flimsy garbage bags, and just a little laundry powder. The unit is managed by a company, which likely explains stocking issues, but we had to buy nearly everything on day one.Furnishings were stylish but not always functional. No ceiling fan downstairs, all high top chairs, minimal entry storage, the master TV did not work, and there was no smoke detector in the master. The windows had only blinds that let in a lot of light. Lastly, we were not given a garage code, which made unloading harder.We still had a great stay, but for the price, small upgrades could make this rental great!

Great location and family friendly

We had a great trip! The condo was well equipped, close to the beach, quiet and perfect for the family. There was an issue when that we reported when we arrived, which was resolved. Some of the TVs upstairs were difficult to operate and there were no directions provided, but more of an FYI than anything. Cleanliness of the property was mediocre, not disgusting, but could use improvement. Overall, the property is in a wonderful area and we would definitely go back.

Spring break 2025

Loved the property! Plenty of room for the seven of us and a dog. Less than 5 min walk to beach. Loved the neighborhood. Took daily walks with dog and felt safe on and off property. Could not of asked for a better location!

Great location. Property as deacribed

Our family of 5 and 2 pups enjoyed our stay at this townhome. We had plenty of room and the partially covered porch was nice to have. It was also a Super easy walk to the beach. As a heads up this property is managed by a rental company that requires in person checkin. The door code they gave us only worked for one door and there was only one garage fob so we had to be a little creative to be sure everyone could come and go as they pleased without being locked out. Even with that minor inconvenience we’d consider staying here again.

Family Gathering

The house was very clean & comfortable. Great location: quite neighborhood & so close to the beach! The kitchen needs more coffee cups & wine glasses. Had to hand wash them daily to serve everyone. We had 5 adults in our party & would not recommend for over 6 adults. There was also only one hair dryer provided. Would recommend one for each full bathroom.

Annual beach trip: the good and the bad

Prop. mgr didn’t send entry info. Couldn’t reach them, called the owner. Had to go back up the island to get “checked in” then back to condo to find they didn’t give me the entry code! Couldn’t get through again & had to call owner AGAIN. Shouldn’t have to do that!!! Clean property, comfortable beds & couches! Lg. kitchen table gave room for both eating & gaming. But hard backless bar stools not the best seating for older people like me, or small children. (Fmly in another unit came for meals) While the kitchen is beautiful, it is small and has no storage place for food. (No upper cabinets, pantry, or empty shelves). The bar held our bread, chips, cookies, fruit, etc and everything else went on the shelf under the table (very inconvenient). There is wire shelving in the laundry room but very hot there & to continually open and close that door seemed worse (a/c wise) than digging under the table. Plenty of dishes/glasses for meals, but nothing unbreakable. Think little kids! Only 2 small bowls for mixing serving & nothing for storing leftovers. Had to buy a can opener, disposable pans/trays, plastic storage containers, and a knife sharpener b/c lg straight edge knives wouldn’t cut warm butter. Blender didn’t work, garbage disposal went out, key pad died. Extra fridge in garage was GREAT!! TV’s in LR & BR’s but none smart. Had to buy a Roku stick. Huge commercial W/D was GREAT, but oh so hot in there. Good condo, but needs better kitchen stuff and update TVs

We loved our stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay in every way. So close to the beach, literally around a corner. Kitchen was very well equipped Very comfortable bed. We hope to return one day soon!

Good family layout

Pictures were fairly representative of property—very good value for cost Very quiet (we stayed in off season) Great layout/sleeping accommodations for five (parents, teenager, toddler, grandma) Kitchen fairly stocked to cook—I prepared five dishes to take to a Thanksgiving get together—I had everything I needed Short walk to beach/convenient to all beach restaurants

This property was exactly what we needed for a week long stay. Fully furnished with everything we needed, easy access to the beach, and the owner was a text message away from taking care of anything that came up. We will definitely be booking again for next summer!

Great place

Very good location. 2 min from beach walking distance very peaceful home was very nice a big balcony was a plus new appliances. 9 min from food places an restaurant. An host was very nice an helped with anything we needed.

Condo needs attention

Condo was not cleaned well. We could not check in at stated time and waited at least an hour for cleaners to get done. Refrigerator water and ice machines broken . Kitchen supplies old and not conducive to cooking. No linens for couch bed.. enjoyed pools and beach but condo needs attention.
