Secluded lake front w/ private dock, boat lift, large screened porch

Located on the shores of Lake Louisa and at the end of a private dirt road, our lake house feels secluded yet is 15 minutes to downtown Clermont and 22 miles to Disney. Enjoy the amazing sunrise every morning while you enjoy your coffee on our large screened porch just 10 feet from the water. Our private boat dock with boat lift is perfect for enjoying Lake Louisa and cruising the Clermont chain of lakes. The open floor plan and cozy beds make this the perfect lake getaway for families.

The Layout:
The lake house is set up for family getaways starting with our large open living room with seating and plenty of sleeping options with our twin beds and a fold out couch. Our large custom dinner table is great for family meals or game night. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a great meal with all new appliances including a dish washer and built in commercial ice maker.

The master bedroom has a king bed and attached master bathroom. The first guest room features a queen and twin bed and our other guest room has twin bunch beds and a queen bed. The full guest bathroom is located right off of the living room.

Our large screened in porch along the back of the house has a picnic table, rocking chairs, a swing and a gas grill. It is ideal for relaxing and watching the sunrise, sunset, or Disney's fireworks right across the lake.

The private dock leads out to a boathouse with lifts that can accommodate 2 jet skis and a boat. Soak up the sun on our large dock and catch everything from bass to catfish right from the dock.

Our home is set up to accommodate our large family, so it is perfect for your family vacation! It is secluded but so close to all that Orlando has to offer. Clermont's grocery stores and businesses are only minutes away. We have plenty of room for boat trailer parking as well. Come visit our home and we dare you not to fall in love with it like we have. It's heaven on earth!

This property is a great location on the water with docks & can host a large group. Booked it for my son’s wedding, family coming & going during our visit. Only downside was washer/dryer & oven not working. Management very responsive & offered to send repair tech. Great experience otherwise! Highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing time on the lake, the house was very clean, and spacious. The kitchen had everything you need including an ice machine! Evenings were so peaceful on the lake and the Disney fireworks were an extra perk that we all enjoyed. Our host Jaime was super cool, very attentive, and quick response to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again! Lovely place and host!

Tranquility !!

I could sit on the screened in porch and watch the water for hours ! The ice maker is awesome and the kitchen had everything you could need. Door Dash and Walmart delivered so we only left to fish and come back and relax. The king size bed was so comfortable. We will be back !

Great Lake Rental

Clean, spacious, comfortable beds sunrises are amazing. Only down side is road leading in to house needs gravel repaired.

Great place to stay!

This place was wonderful. Loved the enclosed porch. To see the Disney fireworks from across the lake was an added plus. My husband and I already booked this place for next year.

Cabin on the lake

This cabin was on the lake and perfect for our group! Some of the pictures weren’t updated but we were pleasantly surprised with the updates to the kitchen. The air conditioner stopped working but Jamie responded immediately and had individuals there the next morning to fix. Jami was very fast at responding. As mentioned, we loved the cabin and would definitely stay again. In fact we booked it for next year already!

I love this place. We always stay here. Such a beautiful, tranquil place. Gorgeous sunrise every morning over the lake. Tons to do in the little town of Clermont. Great places for casual dining, outdoor market every Sunday.

Great Vacation

Everything was great. Fantastic kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. The dock was wonderful. Rick spent most days fishing. He took his john boat out and we also kayaked. Neighbors were friendly. Only drawback was the rough road to the property. All in all, we would rent here again.

Just needed a place to relax and go fishing.

If you’re looking for peaceful quiet place to fish or just enjoy the view of the lake then this is it. Everything was beautiful. The photos listed for the kitchen aren’t updated so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that it was remodeled and lovely. The owner was very nice and was in contact if I needed anything so that was great. Overall my stay was great and I would definitely visit again.🤗

Great place

This lake house felt like home! Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone in our big family! Also the kitchen was fully stocked with enough items to eat on and cook with. The 2 bathrooms were incredibly clean and water pressure and amount of hot water was excellent. The sunrise and sunsets from the porch and the dock were stunning! Washer and dryer on property made it easy to pack clean clothes before we went home. The only thing that wasn’t 5 star and it didn’t ruin the vacation in the least bit was the overhead lights in one bedroom didn’t work, but there was a side lamp and extra toilet paper wasn’t available, but a trip to the store remedied that. Thanks owners for sharing your lovely lake home.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We enjoyed every minute of our week long retreat at the lake! The house is just right with everything you need provided. Comfy beds and nice linens too. The lake view are to die for, and I spent every morning watching the sun rise while drinking coffee on the screen porch. Quiet and peaceful rest and relaxation. My husband caught fish all week right off the dock. (I must admit he's an avid fisherman and really knows his baits, lures, etc..) Restaurants and Walmart super close by. The host is wonderful too. Quick to respond and made everything so easy for us. We also spotted the cutest little bunnies, a raccoon and an owl! Five star vacation!! Loved it!!!

Great place!

Great place, would definitely stay again. The cable in the one bedroom wouldn't work, and maybe put TV's in the other bedrooms as well would be the only thing I would change, otherwise everything was awesome!

Wonderful, laid back spring break

This is a wonderful property that we thoroughly enjoyed for our college age sons spring break vacation. The house is spacious, so clean and very well stocked. We cooked almost every meal for the week at the house and had everything we needed. The ice maker was an awesome bonus! The setting is quiet and private, yet close enough to stores. We spent time every day walking / jogging the nearby neighborhoods. The lake is huge and not too busy (at least not in early March). Perfect for wakesurfing and wakeboarding. The dock and boat house are well maintained and spacious. We can’t say enough about this place. We hope to be able to come back!

Always stay here

This is our Florida vacation spot. We've been staying here for over 20 years when we go to florida. Peaceful, beautiful location, minutes from downtown Clermont which has wonderful restaurants and shops.

Great place for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed staying in this house on Lake Louisa! It was very clean and it was roomy enough for our group, which included 4 adults and 2 young children. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed fishing from the dock, taking walks, using the fire pit, hanging out in the screened in porch and enjoying the scenic area. We hope to return again in the future!

Absolutely amazing place!!!!

Our family and friends have done repeated trips to this amazing place for years. It’s absolutely perfect. We were extra excited this year to see many new improvements including wide plank flooring throughout, a big nice fire pit on the lake shore in the backyard, and more. The owners are wonderful and uber responsive to any questions or assistance.

Amazing Setting on Lake Louisa

This cabin is very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The setting is incredible. We loved sitting on the screened porch and the dock and simply enjoying the day. It is a wonderful area for boating. Because it is so quiet and surrounded by nature, it seems like you are in a remote area, but grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. The reclining sofas were a special treat to enjoy the evening. Our hosts were very responsive to our queries. Highly recommend.

Amazing lake house!!

This was our 3rd or 4th trip to the Lake Louisa cabin and it’s magical. Peaceful, relaxing, amazing scenery, great comfy cabin, home is very well stocked… can’t say enough good things and will definitely be back again!!

Off-season getaway!

This was our 2nd time visiting the property over Thanksgiving with friends. We love the dock available on the property. Always a good stay where we escape and enjoy the charm of being off the beaten path but yet close to anything we need! It's a really special place to stay and slow down the clock! Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable and perfect for our needs! Thanks again for a great stay!

This has been our family lake house for over 20 years. We love that it is located on a private road set back away from all of the Clermont neighborhoods. It is the perfect quiet and peaceful getaway for our family and guests.

Clermont has grown a lot since we have owned this house and what we love best is that it is located off of a private dirt road. No matter how big Clermont gets, you always feel like you are out in old Florida when you are at our lake house.
