**Breakers 109**

This cozy oceanfront villa is ideal for small families or a
couple looking forward to spending the day at the Beach
or the Oceanfront Pool & Baby Pool. This 525 sq. ft. villa
is tastefully decorated and includes a Bedroom, Full
Bath, Living Area with Sleep Sofa & a Fully Equipped
Kitchen. A Private Oceanfront Balcony is located off of
the Living Area. Walk easily to Coligny Plaza which
offers more than 60 shops & restaurants & be sure to
stop by the ever popular Tiki Hut. Free WiFi. There is NO
Landline in this villa, guests are advised to use their cell
phones if necessary.

**Pool is heated in Oct 1 thru May 1**

Perfect location

We loved being at the beach and across from everything at Coligny. The unit was great, and the view so relaxing to enjoy. Lots of live music foltering across while we sat on the balcony.

Amazing

We had a great time at sea turtle getaways. Me and my wife both enjoyed the convenience of everything there with coffee, shops, dinners, lunches, breakfast all around us and shopping. And it was only a two minute walk from our room to the beach and we could look out and see from our balcony. I would stay here again!

Breakers was amazing on #109 was awesome...Right out the back is the ocean and across the street is shops and restaurants!!! Best of all worlds!!! Will definitely be staying again!!!

Great location on HHI

Check in was very easy and the condo was in a great location. Directly on the beach and across the street from numerous shops and restaurants. The view was great. Our only big complaint was the bed. It is extremely uncomfortable and every time someone rolls over the bed squeaks loudly.

Great location

Great location. Room is small, but that was expected from the listing and it was enough room for 2 adults and a toddler. I was dreading having to go to a separate location to check in after a full day of travel with a toddler, but check in was super quick and easy. I was also nervous after reading reviews that commented on issues sleeping because of light/noise, but this wasn’t an issue for us at all. Overall, we had a great stay and have actually already recommended this location to a friend!

Location great!

We loved the location of this unit looking out to the ocean. The kitchen was smaller than expected and not very well stocked. The bathroom does need updating. We also had issues with the TV and had to call management company for assistance. Would go back to the breakers but not this unit.

Excellent location!

We absolutely loved stayed at this property. We felt right in the middle of all the happenings on HHI! We felt very safe given the circumstances, and we will certainly look to this property to stay again! The only, very minor, complaint I had was how dirty the floors were! I know this is hard to keep clean being 10 feet off the beach, but whew! We had some dirty feet from the get go. That was a very minor “issue” if you could even call it that. We hope to be back and very soon!

Great Vacation!

The unit was very clean and the realty company was extremely easy to work with during the process. We did have an issue with our door handle not working properly when we checked into the unit, but I called the realty company and they had someone out to the unit in less than 30 minutes to fix the issue. I was very impressed at how quickly they had the door fixed. The Breakers is right across from Coligny Plaza and the unit is beachfront, which gives great views from the balcony.

Breakers 109

The property was adequate for our needs. The unit location not great. Very noisy both overhead and from outside. Location of bedroom was such that outside lighting came through window all night and could hear everyone coming up and down stairs and at the public park next door. View from balcony very nice and closeness to beach was very nice. Location of property in general was good as we were close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Cozy, clean, good amenities

A good little spot that was as described. Nice beach view, very convenient to shopping & numerous restaurants. The leasing company was great and allowed us to check in a little early. Clean and nicely decorated. I spent every morning in the comfortable deck chairs listening to the ocean, watching birds, drinking tea. The only thing we didn't like about 109 (end unit on the first floor) was that our bedroom window was at the bottom of the stairs so there was a disturbing amount of noise from late night revelers returning home and early risers heading out. We had booked the end unit thinking it would be the quietest but in fact the opposite was true. Ear plugs were needed. It was our first time at Hilton Head. Our favorite thing was the bike trails, and we rode all over the island. We'll be back!

Hiltonhead getaway

Our family loves the Breakers location! The convenience to the beach is what reels us in and the restaurant selection with the stores is a bonus! The room we had was suitable and did the job! Its located on the first floor right off the stairs (it was nice to have our vehicle parked close to us) There was plenty of space in bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen area. Our family used the pull out couch which was easy to use and put away everyday. We loved that there was a table that sat the 4 of us and that wasn't a hightop table! The view outside with the table and chair was a relaxing and our nightly hang out. The only issue with the unit was the doors. Be prepared to have doors (bedroom/bathroom) that dont lock and are a budge with noise. If you have little ones that sleep through anything then you are fine! We loved our stay here and would consider booking this unit again!

Not as nice as it looks

Bed had a big urine stain on it. No mattress pad either. This is a health issue and should be replaced. I reported it via email and in person and no response. Bathroom is dated and needs to be refreshed. Paint was nice but very limited place to set your toiletries or hand your towels. With some simple changes like adding a shelf and more towel hooks, the stay would have been much nicer. This is a very popular shopping and dining area across the street. If you like it crowded you enjoy it. Silverware is pretty slim. Other items and essentials were there. Nice den furniture. Took a while to learn what to do to make the TV work as it is on cable. I requested that the owner leave some simple instructions for subsequent guests.

Old Worn-Out Condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great and Sea Turtle Getaways has great customer service. They worked with us when we had to leave early unexpectedly. The unit though was old and worn out. It is not as nice as the pictures show. The owner could invest $2000 and make it really nice. The interior doors are so old the bathroom door would not fully close. The commode is so tiny it looks like it was made for a child. The light switches and plates are yellowed and grimy, I felt like I needed to wash my hands every time I touched the switches. The bathroom vanity and faucet were about 30 years old. The tiny coffee maker barely made enough to fill two coffee mugs. 3 new doors, new baseboard and door trim, new commode and vanity, changing out the outlets and switches would really make the unit more inviting and updated.

Might want to consider providing some additional pantry space for the kitchen in the hallway closet. Deck and bathroom could use some updating, but functional.Very close to the beach and fairly quiet. Last time we were in Hilton Head was 35 years ago. We’ll likely come back again, perhaps earlier in the season. Rental staff were very helpful and friendly.

Perfect location on Coligny Beach

We booked a 4 night stay and enjoyed our stay and visit to Hilton Head.Pros:Central location downtown with an easy walk to stores, bars and restaurants.Beach was just a few hundred yards from the unit, easy access from the pool area.Unit was furnished with allThe basic amenities needed for a short stay. Easier and dryer in unit was a definite plus!Great time to visit without the over crowding that typically happens in the late Spring/summer time.Cons:Older building/unit that could use a refresh. The living room sofa bed was immense but I don’t recommend it for anyone with back problems as it wasn’t very supportive.We visited in March and sadly it wasn’t the warmest of weeks in HHI.
