Fully stocked Kitchen, Smart TV's in Living Room and both Bedrooms. Also has Ceiling Fans in each Bedroom. Has all of the Cooking Pots, Pans & Utensils, etc. that you will need to provide for a fully cooked meal along with the comforts of Home Living.
Offering Lagoon Views for quiet privacy and relaxation. 300 yard walk to direct Beach Access and the Islands Largest Pool.
Bedroom 1 = King Bed
Bedroom 2 = Full & Single

Overlooks a peaceful Lagoon and is close to all of the Resort Tennis & Pickleball Courts. It is fully furnished and short walk to the Pool and Beach. The Resort does have its own private Beach Access.

4 Beach Chairs are provided for guests to use.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Master Bedroom, 1 set on each Bed in 2nd room, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set for the consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry (2 pods) & Dishwasher Soap (2 Pods), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 4 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Starter Set of Shampoo and Conditioner in each bathroom. This is the offering for your stay. If you feel you will need more, then I would shop for them before or during your stay.
Coin Operated Washer and Dryers are available on the resort next to the Tennis Center. They are not in the Room or within these Villas.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate.
-Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
