The living space was very comfortable and we enjoyed gathering to enjoy the breathtaking views. Sunsets were are favorite time of day to enjoy the lanai right off the kitehen. With an elderly mother and a special-needs daughter, the distance to the beach and the convenience of the pool made accessing these amenities simple.

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was, for us, ideally located close to The Salty Dog and an easy bike ride to everything else.

Great property

We’ve been to HHI several times and this was our favorite rental. It was recently renovated, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. The only downside was that one of the beds (in the 2nd bedroom) was broken before we arrived. We notified the rental company immediately and they were quick to return our call, however our daughter had to sleep on a slanted bed the entire week. She didn’t complain, though, so neither did we. The condo was well appointed and immaculate. One thing to note is that there was no hair dryer, so we had to make a run to Walmart our first day, but not a big deal. The beach was beautiful and the inlet water was very calm. We saw a ton of dolphins every day, which was a highlight of the trip. Overall it was a great stay!

Beautiful

Very clean and pictures are accurate. Kitchen appliances have been updated recently. Overall, very nice place, will definitely book it again.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was great. It had a lot of room for my whole family and was very clean. The view was beautiful. It is very close to the pool and beach. Within walking distance to the Salty Dog Café. Only suggestion would be to add pillow tops to all the beds. Otherwise it was great stay.

Nice condo, great location

The condo itself was nice, a little outdated, but usable. Master bed was comfortable, but others weren't so much. The location was great, walking distance to South Beach Marina, and the beach was not at all crowded during a very busy week. Parking was a bit of an issue. Even though we had 3 parking passes, and only took 2 cars, we still had to use overflow parking a couple times. If guests were allowed to park in the garage, that would be helpful. It was pretty much empty.

Great location

Location is great. Have stayed many times in the complex but 1st in this condo. Condo could use some updated decor/ furniture, but gets the job done. Walls could use fresh paint. No odors. Price was a little high but we were booking last minute. Company was very easy to deal with and responded quickly.

Great weekend getaway!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location and the building is well kept. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit itself is in desperate need of update. There is carpet in the 1/2 bath and it smells of urine. The carpet in the living area is very stained and dirty. The ceilings are in atrocious shape, signs of water damage and smoke or mold. The unit was basically cleaned but needs a deep clean. The beds were ok but could use mattress pads or some sort of softening and honestly would be more visually appealing with a bed skirt or something over the box spring part. I do think the unit is overpriced for the condition it is in, but it was ok for our short stay. The front door lock needs to be replaced or repaired, it is not in proper working condition. The windows need a good cleaning because nothing should distract from that view. I would recommend the location to a friend but not this specific rental.

We love the location of this condo in Sea Pines. Beautiful views in a quiet area by South Beach Marina. The layout of the condo is thoughtful and we enjoyed the balconies. Easy access to the pool and beach on the Sound. We plan to return

South Beach Club Stay

The location is perfect! The Sound is beautiful and filled with wildlife that is exciting to observe. The sunsets are gorgeous! The condo is within walking to the Salty Dog Café and tennis courts. The condo could use a few upgrades. The carpet has some permanent stains and the furniture is old and outdated. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of seating for everyone. The pool was not open due to construction and unfortunately the rental agency did not tell us this ahead of time.

Great vacation!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We were questioning if we would like staying on the sound side of the island, but we loved it. It was great seeing so many boats and dolphins. The kids also loved seeing the deer that visited the property nightly. It is very convenient to the salty dog which was great for carry out when you didn’t feel like cooking. We were very pleased with the property and the accommodations.

Reviewer Comments: We love this location and have stayed on the property before in another lovely condo. I don't like to complain, but here are a few of the things we found on this property. We found the remote inside a cushion in the recliners. The vents were very dirty. The ice maker was broken and made a lot of noise. There was hair in the bathroom sinks and floors. There was food crumbs under the furniture. They did come out and fix the broken dryer, but left the lint on the floor. The location is great, but I wouldn't stay in this condo again.

We arrived and got through the gate with no issues! The stay was extremely relaxing and I will be returning and have already booked for next season! I will not stay anywhere else! The Villa was beautiful and sprawling! Very clean! I absolutely love the southside of Hilton Head Island! and sea turtle getaways is now my new happy place!
