This oceanfront villa looks out across a private boardwalk through the Palmetto trees to the soothing Atlantic Ocean. Located on the 2nd floor in the Captain’s Walk complex of Palmetto Dunes, this villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The patio is the perfect spot to listen to the calming ocean waves.

The king master suite offers relaxing ocean views and a private bathroom. The second king bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom contains one queen bed and one twin bed. This bedroom shares a full bathroom, with a tub/shower combination, with the hall. This villa is the perfect location to create memories on Hilton Head Island!

Amazing getaway!

We were incredibly pleased with our stay a 412 Captains Walk! Plenty of room for our family, and everything you need in the kitchen! The view was perfection each day with a short walk to the ocean! The pool was perfect for the cooler days/nughts! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

We spent 10 nights and had a wonderful stay. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this condo had the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had. Communication was fantastic. Will definitely try to stay at this condo again!

Great time and great location

It was a great time!! My family and I enjoyed it very much. The beach was beautiful and great area to be in. There was a shuttle on the island we took a couple times and super fun. If you can make a trip to River street Savannah!

Easter in Hilton Head

Excellent overall. The property and condo were excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The management company is very responsive. We did have one situation. There was a significant construction project going on for two of the days while we were there. The project was very disruptive. Also, we were never notified in advance. Elevators were not and the construction blocked us from easily entering and exiting our condo.

Awesome Week!

The villa was clean and so easy for 6 adults and an infant to live in. Lots of privacy in the bedroom arrangement and the property manager was so responsive when we needed them! Perfect vacation.

Great place and location

We had a wonderful stay. The place was amazing had everything we needed to relax and hangout. Fully stocked kitchen of utensils and dishes and pots and pans. Would have rated a five but the pool area was under construction and wasn’t aware of it until we arrived. But overall would stay again!!!

The condo sits within a huge gated complex which is extremely nice. Everything is well maintained and everyone is very courteous.

A lot of space

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Well equipped kitchen , beds were excellent, patio has a lot of space. Overall a great way to enjoy the beach and surrounding areas!

Great location and easy beach access

This was definitely one of the better places we have stayed in Hilton head. I believe a few upgrades within the unit could help though. The sheets were rough and the bedding is dated. Could benefit from linens from a Home Goods or TJ Maxx. It would definitely add to the comfort of the stay and wouldn’t cost that much. Also, there were amenities such as chairs and other beach items that were not mentioned in the description and the rental company was not aware they were there either. It would’ve been helpful to know that there were beach chairs and umbrella to save on bringing them. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in this unit and would rent again.

Great location and ocean views. The kitchen is well equipped. The property management group, The Vacation Company, communicates well. They have beach towels for use during the stay.

Great Palmetto Dunes location

Oceanfront location closer to beach than most. Condo was an end unit so was quiet. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group. Bathrooms have been remodeled recently and were nice. Only slight negative was there was no cabinet space for food and no pantry, but we made it work.

Great stay in the beach at Hilton Head

Property was spacious and accommodated our group of 8 well, having three bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking and serving equipment. The location was perfect, just off the boardwalk to the beach and next to the pool, beautiful view. We rented bikes and enjoyed walking on the many trail . Many shops and restaurants are an easy bike ride away. The only critique I would give was that the living room furniture was a bit shabby, not dirty per se, but just the look you see when it’s been used for years. We did need the sofa bed, and it didn’t seem as clean as we might have liked it to be when we opened it, but we just vacuumed and washed the mattress pad and it was fine. It didn’t detract from our stay, but definitely had a used appearance. Likewise, the bathtub faucets and drains had seen better days, but the bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and travel sized soap, shampoo and lotion. Overall, I would return and the rental company provided lots of support!

Location is great!!!!accessibility to bikes and beach and tennis and trails are fabulous.

More basic than I had expected. Few dish towels, few wash cloths, little or no cupboard space for groceries and a broken dvd. No placemats and cleaning supplies— windex for glass surface tables and counter and stove cleaners absent. Comfortable rooms but not sparkling clean

#making memories

We absolutely loved HHI and Palmetto Dunes! Our condo was so very comfortable and very well stocked. The recently updated unit was beautiful. My only suggestion would be for all the bathrooms to be renovated asap. The tiles were old as well as the shower heads. Paint was chipping off the bottom of the doors. The bathrooms were poorly lit and there was barely an exhaust fan. Also another suggestions would be to install ceiling fans and/or provide fans to be used in the bedrooms to keep air moving. Our building was being worked on which was fine except they were painting the stairwells and did not have any signs indicating wet paint. We loved our view and renting bikes to get around and explore. Ate somewhere different every night. The beach was breathtaking. We hope to be back again very soon!
