Begin your day with a breathtaking view of the sunrise from the balcony or enjoy your meals on the balcony relaxing with your favorite beverage while you enjoy the beach view. *Please note: A printed parking pass is required for your stay. Be sure to print it in advance.* •50" 4K Smart TV with Netflix and a sound bar for top-notch entertainment •Board games and cards for indoor fun on rainy days or after a sunny day at the beach •Fully equipped kitchen with cookware and table settings for home-cooked meals •Comfortable sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements •Pub-height patio set on the balcony for unobstructed ocean views •Accommodates up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children •Beach chairs included •Direct beach access with stunning views and a year-round heated pool (82 degrees) Owner is not local but always available by phone and text. Hilton Head Island provides miles of beautiful beaches. Our condo provides a vacation setting with walkout beachfront access. We our walking distance to souvenir shopping, a light lunch, or cocktails on the beach. We are 0.5 miles from the New Adventure Park. The Ship play structure and the water trail offer hours of free entertainment for your children. Vacationers can access shopping, dinner, and entertainment by bike. Bike rentals can be obtained just a block away from our property as well as bike racks in the parking area to secure your bike for an extended stay.

The condo had an excellent view of the ocean you could see right from the kitchen! There was plenty of space for two people to move around (we've stayed in some small places) and the property owners made sure there were plenty of amenities for folks of all ages - beach toys, beach chairs, books, games, and the full range of kitchenware available to use (we've stayed at at some places that keep all of their kitchenware locked up).Overall, I will be bookmarking this rental property to book again in the future!

Very nice condo, right on beach, recently remodeled

Nice place well stocked, cleaning crew even leaves soaps, dish detergent,etc which a lot of beach places don't. Condo overlooks a nice pool. You're about 100 yards from a very wide beach. AC in this unit is super cold, had to actually turn it off from time to time. New electronics with Netflix and other options so if it's raining you can do some Binge watching!

Lovely condo in a great location

My husband and I had a fantastic time exploring Hilton Head and loved our time there. Your condo made us feel so comfortable, was very clean and was in a great location on the island. It had everything we needed for our stay. We took many walks on the beach and the boardwalk and mat over the sand made it a very easy walk from the condo to the beach. The pool was very clean and inviting. We especially loved the balcony. The higher table and chairs made the oceanfront view even more spectacular. Most of our time at the condo was spent on the balcony looking at the Dunes and ocean. So very relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Check in was easy. The unit was very clean. The bedroom had a musty smell, but improved after airing it out. The condo’s been beautifully updated. It is quite small, so when in the unit, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Beach and pool were great. The bed was comfortable, but the air conditioner in the bedroom was very loud! I ended up sleeping on the sofa, which was not as comfy. All in all it was a good week

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is updated and very comfortable. Location is great, great view. We had a small problem with the TV but the owners were easy to contact, they responded quickly and we got it taken care of. We were glad we found this listing. We got some great sunrise pictures on the beach.

You can’t beat the view!

This was such a perfect spot on the island! Super close to everything and a very short walk to the beach. We instantly felt at home and there was nothing better than sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

A vacation worth repeating!

This listing is exactly as described: on the beach and a perfect location on the island. We felt right at home in this beautifully updated condo! In terms of location: I would still recommend getting a car or renting bikes as Coligny Plaza is a bit of a long walk in the heat of the summer. We spent most of our time at the pool/beach and exploring local restaurants. The beach was not crowded AT ALL, especially compared to the public beach at Coligny Plaza. If you wanted groceries, it was important to have a car/Uber so that you could go to Kroger, although Piggly Wiggly (which has a decent selection of items) was located at Coligny plaza. In terms of the condo itself: All appliances were in good working order and the place was very clean. We had no issues with temperature control in the unit. There were lots of games, books to read etc. if there was a rainy day. The keyless entry to the property was so convenient. Check-in and Check-out process was virtually non-existent. It was the perfect spot for two, although I believe it would feel a bit crowded with 6 people. We enjoyed the smart TV in the living room and the HDTV in the bedroom. All the needed beach accessories were there for us including beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys etc. The balcony was beautiful: very clean and perfect for an evening at home. Such a perfect vacation spot, I hope we will be back in the very near future!

First time Hilton Head Island visitors planning our return trip already!

We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door! This condo is decorated very nicely which gives you a tasteful beachy feel. We found the kitchen to be stocked with all the cooking supplies needed for the breakfasts and lunches we prepared each day (have to maximize the beach and pool time!). Our daughter loved sleeping on the top bunk bed and the master bed was very comfortable. The balcony was AMAZING and we spent a lot of time here eating our meals and taking in the breathtaking views. While the pool is on the smaller size, we never found it to be too crowded and enjoyed our time there (which was a lot!). The condo building itself was also nicely maintained and cared for. The beach location was absolutely perfect- never crowded and so clean! We rode our rented bikes on the beach and this was a highlight of our trip! I recommend this activity for anyone who isn’t sure they will use a bike- it was so fun! The condo is located close to the action on Coligny Plaza and Sea Pines without feeling very busy. We found all the restaurants and activities we desired to be very easily accessible from the condo. We spent most of our time at the condo, beach, and pool since it was such a perfect place! I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an ocean front condo for a week of fun in the sun and relaxation!

A perfect vacation!

Beautiful view of the ocean and the perfect place for us to stay. The location is close enough to the action but far enough away from the crowds. The condo has everything you need, including beach gear. Owner is attentive and available if needed. We will be back!

We rented this unit for a brief stay mostly to bike ride, it’s a wonderful Location half mile to tiki bar 10 Minute easy walk for live entertaimemt, the unit is as described short walk to beach and bonus restroom facilities adjacent to beach very clean and only accessed with code. Bed very comfortable unit clean and updated ! Carolyn was great and addressed all our needs. Laundry and elevator just steps from the door and only a dollar to wash and dry each. We would definitely rent again. HHI biking is great !!! BiLow grocery 5 Minutes away . This unit was a great Find!! Awesome awesome view with high top table and chairs. Bonus beach chairs and umbrella ...coffee pot made excellent coffee. 10 stars for sure !!!

Thanksgiving Break

We had the best time during Thanksgiving at this condo. It had all the amenities that we needed. The view was breathtaking. I would recommend leasing from Carolyn and know we plan to in the future.

Great place to stay for beach access and a small family

Wonderful location. Easy access to beach. Next to several restaurants and shops. Clean and all needed amenities. Parking available everyday. Pool was pretty crowded most of the time but we did stay at the busiest time of year. Would stay again. Perfect for couple or small family!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4! Great ocean view! Ease of use & communication with the owner was spot on. Good amenities for the condo complex as a whole, having grills on site made eating dinners in easier too. Only suggestion would be adding a ceiling fan in the bedroom to keep the airflow going in the bedroom & hall, otherwise when you first walk in its just still air, no real air movement. But great otherwise and the only reason for the 4 stars!

Hilton Head Getaway!

Wow, Carolyn's condo was an amazing space for our beach getaway! Wonderful accommodations including beach chairs, umbrellas, fully equipped kitchen, etc. the condo itself is very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony is incredible and it's such a short walk to the pool and private beach area. Carolyn was a wonderful host, she provided recommendations for bicycle rentals and restaurants, all of which were great! She was also easy to reach and open to any questions that we had throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Loved this place!!

We arrived to find very adequate parking and easy access to the condo. Once inside we found it to be very similar to the pictures on site. The view out the sliding glass door is GORGEOUS. TV's with cable in bedroom and living room. We were able to walk to Coligny shopping center that has tons of cute shops & several bars & restaurants. The beach was wonderful and very close to condo as well. I would definitely recommend this condo for a person looking to experience Hilton Head Island.

We love Hilton Head Island and we having been vacationing on the island since 1995. Owning a condominium on the ocean has been a life time dream. As soon as we saw the view from the balcony we knew this was the one we wanted. It is everything we look for when we are renting on the Island.
