COZY ONE BEDROOM CONDO RIGHT ON THE BEACH

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This one bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearence is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, less than 2 miles from Wild Water and Wheels Water Park, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

The powder room leaks water from the ceiling The shower curtain in the other bathroom is ready to fall off the wall ! The furniture is awful i wouldn’t even sit on that couch , it was disgusting .. just needs updated !! And the parking garage is very dangerous you can’t see another car coming until you run into each other . Definitely won’t stay here again!!

Nice condo for one or for a couple

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed solo in this one bedroom this year. Lots of space and tasteful furniture in living area. Overall the room could use some renovations including painting, updated bedding, decor and updated cleaning tools (ie:broom, vacuum). Staff at Sea Breeze and Royal Garden were exceptionally accommodating & friendly. I’ve been vacationing at this resort for many years and always return. Thanks Sea Breeze!

Great view

Girls trip. Great view and location away from MB. Property is getting a little worn out, definitely need to sneak a peek into the Salty Pickle kitchen before you order food but their drinks are ok. All the working people were very nice and helpful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In need of repairs and updates. Pull out couch is terrible. Half bath really needs updated. The Royal Garden Resort Staff needs replaced! The two ladies at the pool were not friendly and they hung up on me 3 times when I called about a luggage cart. They ask you 3-4 times a day at the pool to see your wrist band, about every hour. Even the residents were aggravated with her. The pool is too small for the number of guests and residents. Parking is not good. It does have a great view of the ocean but your balcony is small and you see and hear all the conversations all around you from other residents.

When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the sink and black mold on the air vents and coffee pot. We arrived around 7pm so they had plenty of time to clean before we got there. The view was nice but the balcony was directly beside the other balconies so sitting out there was like sitting with a huge crowd and hearing everyone’s conversations. You definitely couldn’t leave the balcony door open to hear the ocean. Overall we were very disappointed. We wont stay there again.

When we arrived at the room there was black mold on the vents, dirty dishes, and mold on the coffee pot. The room is very dated but at least it was beachfront. The balcony is nice but it’s directly beside the other balconies so you can see and hear everyone else when you’re trying to enjoy the ocean breeze. I would not stay here again. Parking garage is extremely tight. If you’re driving a truck or SUV, good luck. Great getaway other than the room.

Reviewer Comments: The only plus is that it’s next to the beach.. balcony doesn’t lock, balcony furniture is laughable , only 2 bath towels provided, bed very hard, all the furniture looks like they found it next to a dumpster, and it definitely isn’t the cleanest of places. To say the place is dated is an understatement. Definitely not worth the price.

Retro Condo

This condo was in a great location and had a beach front view. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was clean. Beach access was easy. Just hop on the elevator and walk out the door! It could use a bit of TLC in terms of updating the interior, and it needs a set of dishes and glasses. There were only a couple of plates and cups which we hand-washed each day. Overall, it was fine for a weekend at the beach.

Everything ok but toilet paper was horrible. Not any paper towels upon arrival. Didn’t have a blanket, only a couple of small throws.

We come for down time, beach awareness moments and for the experience of the local scene south of Myrtle Beach proper.

The unit was so out dated, and the carpet was actually dirty with burn holes in places. It was a very depressing unit. The owners need to update this unit, if they expect to rent it out and make money. We were so disappointed.
