LOVELY 2 BEDROOM OCEANFRONT BREATHE IN THE SALTY AIR

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6ā€™ 8ā€. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Short girls trip

Nice condo, property was busy but did not seem overly crowded. Staff working every morning thoroughly cleaning common areas. All staff were friendly and pleasant. Would stay again.

Great unit in a building with challenges

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four of us really enjoyed this two bedroom two bath unit. The balcony facing the ocean was the highlight of our vacation. We spent a lot of time on it - especially because it was the 4th holiday weekend with lots of firework activity. The unit was very well equipped, clean and comfortable.The building, though, had challenges. There were not enough carts for move in/move out. The elevators were slow or not working most of our stay. At one point, we had to walk up to our 9th floor unit due to elevator breakdowns which is a major safety hazard. The pool area was nice with chairs and a beach bar so very convenient. And there is a convenience store next door for any beach food and drink needs.You can rent beach umbrellas and chairs in front of the building and lots of people brought there own, so the beach area was pretty crowded.Overall, we loved the unit that we rented, but don't recommend it due to the challenges of moving in and moving out and the unsafe elevator situation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. We had trouble with the tv. The instructions for operation of tv was not located near tv. They were in the kitchen. The staff was not very clear on replacement of washcloth/towell replacements. We took our towells to the front desk on Sunday and they directed us to housekeeping(?). She informed my mom that it should be handled at front desk and we couldn't exchange dirty towells for clean ones on Saturday or Sunday. We did not care for the ocean right at the hotel. (I understand that is not the staff's fault), just an opinion. It was hard to find luggage racks, to move luggage from vehicle to 9th floor. We did not care for the parking arrangements/deck. Also, we booked our room back in January. We paid down payment and a few days later, we paid remaining balance. Then, when we checked in we owed $14.40 more because the rate had changed. We thought that when we paid in full, that there would not be additional charges due to rate changes. Thanks,
