Discover the perfect beach retreat in this fully updated 1500 square foot, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in Dennis Port. It features a stunning kitchen, hardwood floors, and warm and coastal decor. Stay comfortable with central AC, new windows, and recessed lighting. Enjoy the convenience of in-home laundry and spacious living areas. With multiple beaches and restaurants nearby, this house is perfectly situated. Rinse off after being at the beach in an outside enclosed shower.

The open floor plan on the main level has a large family room and eat-in kitchen. Upstairs level has 3 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The lower level has an additional family/room with flat screen smart TV, 4th bedroom and full bathroom. There is a sliding glass door off the living room with access to the outdoor shower and backyard. The home sleeps 10 people. Bedroom 1 - king. Bedroom 2 - king. Bedroom 3 - queen and full bed. Bedroom 4 - queen.

Walk through the kitchen out to a large, stoned patio with gas grill, outdoor dining table, including an umbrella for those always plentiful sunny days. After dinner sit by the outside fire pit and enjoy some s'mores. The home is walking distance to many beaches including Sea Street Beach (large beach, lifeguard, bathrooms, 0.5 miles), Raycroft Beach (small beach, no lifeguard, no bathroom, 0.3 miles), Depot Beach (small beach, no lifeguard, no bathroom, 0.5 miles) and Inman Beach (large beach, lifeguard, bathroom 1.0 miles). Beach chairs, beach towels and coolers are provided for your convenience. Take a stroll to Sunday School for a hot fudge Sunday or walk to one many of the local bars or restaurants.

Great Location and

We had an overall great experience! The property was well maintained and we loved the beach theme of the home. The property managers were friendly and helpful during our stay. They were quick to respond to any inquiries we had and made us feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for friends or family!

Great property in a perfect location

We just enjoyed a wonderful weekend down the cape and this rental property was perfect. The layout of the home allowed enough space for everyone (8 people). The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and updated. The owner was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Great little house!

This house is oh so Cape! The space was really nice for both family time together but a degree of separation when you want it. Supplies for the beach were great! Location close enough to a lot of things to do and short drives to many beaches. Fire pit was added evening fun.

Cozy Family-Friendly Cottage

We had a pleasant experience staying here with our group of friends and our young kiddos. Check in process was straightforward, and location was easy to get to. We brought our bikes and had a fairly easy time getting to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (some streets have a fair amount of car traffic to be mindful of). Highly recommend Wolfie's and Sundae School for delicious treats.

door entry code lock was confusing. Kitchen supplies were excellent, everything we needed was available plus in wonderful shape. Plenty of chairs however those around the firepit were sticky all over not sure what from. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, corn hole game which came in great use. Walking distance to beaches and great ice cream and coffee/muffins shops. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Four Bedroom Near Beach

This property was a great find. It was spacious, comfortable (central air), and clean. Best part it was in walking distance to the beach. The negatives were that there was a mattress hanging out of a closet in one of the bedrooms, the lighting was poor and there were no hooks to hang wet items on.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

An absolutely perfect weekend. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The property was prefect and exactly as presented online. The house is loaded with everything you could want. The layout of the house was ideal allowing plenty of space for family members to spread out- tv/sports in the basement those that wanted to talk play games etcc. had the upstairs. The walk to Raycroft beach was quick and easy- while it's a very small beach at this time of the year you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the same spot

Nice house with great owners

This property is very nice. It is obviously a rental home because there are many areas for improvement. The house is a bit run down inside and out. The kitchen is adequately furnished but needs things like dish towels, pizza cutters, a complete set of wine glasses, ice trays. The bathrooms are dated. But the owners are terrific and so cooperative! The bedrooms were great and really comfortable. The house is one block from a very small public beach. The laundry facilities were great! There are two separate living areas and a really nice outside patio with nice furniture and grill. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cape Cod Wedding in November

We wanted to stay in house for a November wedding at the cape and found this gem! It was very comfortable and just what we were looking for. Although the weather was not that great (except for the afternoon of the wedding! :), we did as much as we could and will definitely come back. Our hosts were more than accommodating, touching base with me along the way, answering my questions almost immediately as well as during our stay. Thank you!

PERFECT PLACE FOR OUR FAMILY REUNION

We were seven adults who hadn't seen each other since 2019, and this beautiful house on The Cape could not have been more perfect. The property is well maintained. There are plenty of amenities from the gas grill with a spacious deck, to the fire pit with plenty of chairs for everyone, to the comfortable living room where we all enjoyed a few games of Jenga! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and for us, the best amenity was the incredibly short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely weekend

We had a lovely stay. With 4 adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room. We were very close to the beach (walkable), close to ice cream and restaurants (also walkable) and made use of the grill and fire pit. Owners were very responsive. Thanks for the great memories!

This is our second time renting from Rob, to say it was perfect is an understatement.

My family came in from all over the country and Mexico for our Annual Cape Cod Vacation. We ended up having a Marriage Proposal in our family, Our oldest Daughter got engaged on the beach, it was so nice and perfect and to come home to a house was exceptional !! Great visit

This house was perfect for two families and children. It’s a short walk to the beach and a great set up so everyone has their own space back at the house. If you do have small children one recommendation would be to bring two gates as there are staircases leading to the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs bedrooms.

Great family reunion!

We rented the house for a week reunion with extended family to meet our 1 year old after a year of distancing with covid. We had a great time and were thrilled with the location, the house, and the communication. We were 7 adults and a baby, with other family who visited for the day and stayed elsewhere. The house was wonderful for family bbqs and the ease of being a few minutes from multiple small beaches and restaurants made it a wonderful central location for an incredible week. We would definitely stay here again!
