The tavern table plus kitchen island provide combined seating for 15ā€¦ or step out to the sprawling wraparound deck via 3 sets of sliders and enjoy your meals al fresco. Well-equipped gas grille perfect for the ā€œcatch of the dayā€ or kid-pleasing burgers. Two generous awnings provide shelter on the deck while still leaving open space for sun-worshippers. Lots of deck furniture. The level yard offers plenty of room to toss a Frisbee. Great outdoor shower for getting rid of the beach sand. The first floor Master with four-poster bed will remind you of a fine New England B & B, generous first floor bathroom with tub and shower; adjoining laundry offers full size washer and dryer, The corner living room is decked out in red, white and blue with comfortable furnishings for watching your favorite show on TV or curling up with a good book. The second level has four corner bedrooms, large bathroom offers tub and shower; plus a multi-purpose den/game room/office where in addition to games, puzzles and books, there is even a desk with comfortable chair for the person who isn't completely on vacation. Our favorite, the whimsical BFF room offers a set of bunk beds plus a trundle... 4 twins in all, dressed in crisp turquoise stripes is perfect for the younger members of your group. Enjoy easy access to Nauset beach, Orleans center, Chatham village, Pleasant Bay, Bay beaches, Crystal Lake and the bike trail from this great location.
Please note that bed linens and bath towels are not provided. You will need to bring these on your own. I can recommend a linen service for you if needed. The only reason I mention this is there has been some confusion concerning this with previous guests.

This was our second summer staying in this property. Recent bathroom updates have made it even nicer! Central location within short drive to either shore of the Cape. Lots of bedrooms are super convenient for our multi-generational group.

Great place to get away for a cape vacation

Great Large House & Location

This property was a great spot for an early family Christmas with all the space and bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Forgot to bring our linens and the host was able to connect us quickly to a local service to provide for our stay. Great rental experience and a great host!

Great house for large families and centrally located on the Cape

Nice house that accommodated our large family, especially enjoyed the spacious dining area. Most bedrooms were spacious and the house was close to most locations on the cape. Owner was very receptive and quick to answer any questions. Provided a great home base for our first trip to Cape Cod!

Terrific house!

The house is very spacious with five bedrooms and beds for 12 people. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Very nice open kitchen, dining area with a big cozy living room. The deck and yard are great! The only downside is that the house is right on the traffic circle which can be noisy. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this lovely house!

Perfect house for a family vacation

The house was spacious, attractive, and extremely comfortable, not to mention spotless and well-equipped. There was more seating in the living room than we expected, which was a welcome surprise and an advantage over many houses weā€™ve rented. It was also a great convenience that we didnā€™t have to pack beach chairs for the trip thanks to their availability at the house..The property owner was also extremely attentive and responsive to our question. A great property to rent overall.

Returning to delightful retreat

Beautiful home with lots of space to accommodate our growing family. Nice size backyard. Spacious kitchen, dining room, living room. Comfortable good size bedrooms. With all the amenities you would want. Good location with easy access to shopping,restaurants, beaches. Our host quickly responded to any questions. Made our stay all the better. This was our second stay and would definitely return for our annual Cape family vacation.

Great place to vacate!

Danā€™s house was attractive, roomy, and comfortable ā€“ a very pleasant place to gather with friends and family in between Cape activities, and hang out and cook and eat. Clean, a nice gas stove, lots of dishes and pots, etc. We were down for a long weekend, but would be very comfortable spending a week here. The listing didnā€™t specify, but we needed to bring our own sheets and towels, which is fine, and good to know in advance. Dan, the owner, was a great communicator, as well as accommodating, and we are already looking forward to coming back!

Spacious & great location

We had a very nice time while staying in this nice home. It was great to have enough rooms to feel comfortable while visiting with our adult children and grandchildren. There was room to spread out and to eat together. The outdoor shower is clean and helps keep some of the beach sand outdoors. It is very close to a family favorite- Nauset Beach or Skaket (on the Bay), for small sealife and gorgeous sunsets. The location is central, very close for groceries and restaurants, and is easy to travel the length of the Cape for more beaches, trips to Nantucket or MV, whale watching or souvenir shopping. Dan was welcoming via email and very responsive when I had questions before or during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, spacious home

The house was lovely, well furnished and decorated with spacious rooms. Everything was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of all the tableware and coming pots and utensils you would expect. The television was easy to use. The upstairs den was especially nice as a couple of our party members needed to take care of work. Communication was very quick and clear. It made for a wonderful spot for our family to gather for some nostalgia and some good times. Beds were comfortable and there was ample space for all of us to unpack our belongings. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Big roomy and clean house close to beaches

We had a wonderful vacation with family at Cape Cod in this spacious and clean home. All rooms were large, colorful and inviting. We enjoyed the beaches, lakes and restaurants that were all not too far. Communication with owners was easy as was the check in/check out process.

Terrific pet friendly rental

The house was very clean and spacious. The AC was phenomenal (we were there during a heat wave). The house had a nice big kitchen with a first floor master bedroom with first floor laundry. The living room was also spacious and comfortable. It was terrific having a bonus room upstairs with the 4 other bedrooms. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had and we were very pleased with this rental and would highly recommend it.

Spacious Home in a great location close to numerous bay side and ocean beaches and bike trail.

We just finished a week stay at this home. It easily accommodated my two grown children, their spouses and four children with plenty of room for the two teenagers and two younger children. The kids loved the big yard. We were close to so many wonderful beaches.! My sonā€™s family went to no fewer than eight beaches and we biked the. Cape Cod bike trail. We found this home to be immaculate and well equipped! Dan was communicative and ready to help to make our vacation the best!
