Staying in the heart of Florence can be very fascinating and this requires a little patience in case you might feel some noise coming from the street.

This large and comfortable 75sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a characteristic period building from the 14th century (former convent) which still retains its unique features, in an elegant context in the historic center, overlooking the central market of San Lorenzo and on the Church of San Lorenzo. The beautiful Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is just 500 m away, and all the main attractions are easily reached on foot. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and has a large living room with sofa and sitting area, open kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. All the furniture is extremely refined and refined in detail, and the wood of the parquet and ceiling with exposed beams makes the atmosphere particularly warm and welcoming, you will feel just like you were at home! The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils, and will allow you to prepare quick snacks or full meals. Our guests will also have air conditioning, unlimited free WiFi, TV and independent heating.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Our keyholder will contact you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for the sole purpose of law, therefore we will ask you to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:
between 21:00 and 23:00 >> € 25
between 11pm and midnight >> € 30
over 24 >> € 40

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.
