Heritage Week Special - Enjoy Beach, Golf & Tennis

Enjoy our 2 bedroom villa with beautiful views of the 11th and 17th fairways of the famous George Fazio Golf Course from the expanded deck. Palmetto Dunes beach access at Disney Beach House is a 3 minute car ride or 15 minute walk and parking is available. Palmetto Dunes beach access at Dunes House is a 5 minute car ride with parking available. The villa is located within 500 feet of the pool with baby pool and sundeck for fishing on the lagoon. There is a dock for kayak access to the 11- mile lagoon system. Adjacent to the pool area are three tennis courts which are free to guests. Inverness is one of the only properties in Palmetto Dunes with its own tennis courts.
At the center of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove, a waterfront neighborhood that provides fine dining and lots of shopping. Complimentary seasonal transportation is provided by the Palmetto "Dunes Buggy" will pick you up at the villa and take you to any location within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove Harbor.

Our villa is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in the two bedrooms as well as the living room. The villa has central air conditioning with ceiling fans in both bedrooms for extra comfort and sleeps five. There is an electric grill on the deck. The downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. There is a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, cookware and utensils. Also, there is a new washer and dryer. The dining room has seating for six. First floor bedroom has a full bed as well as a twin bed.
In addition there is a full bathroom on the first floor with a tub/shower. Second floor has Master Bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom with double sinks.

Relaxing retreat

Clean, new furniture and appliances, plenty of room

The property looks recently updated. From start to finish we had an amazing stay. Plenty of room for six people to stay. Don't need to leave the resort at all if you don't want to.

Enjoyed our stay in Inverness Village

We will be back to stay in this spacious condo with well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and great views. We got a lot of use out of the conveniently located pool and tennis courts. It was a nice addition to have beach chairs that we could use and not have to bring our own when we spent our afternoons on the sand. The owners are very communicative and pleasant to work with.

Another great stay

This was our second stay at this property, and was just as great as the first. The villa is really well located and is very comfortable and well maintained. It has everythging that you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Communication with Lisa was great. All of our emails were replied to promptly with the requested information. we highly recommend this property.

Great Stay

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great! The location was quiet with a beautiful view of the golf course and only a short walk to the pool. We did use the Dunes Buggy Shuttle and they were always on time and very nice. The owner was easy to reach and communication before our arrival was clear. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Lisa!

a wonderful stay at this property

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay. The unit was as per the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable. It has a great view across the fairway of the golf course from the patio/deck. Communication with the host was great. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but both were quickly and efficiently dealt with. So not surprising that we have already booked again for next year!

A very enjoyable week on Hilton Head Island.

This unit was a very good choice for our week stay on Hilton Head. It has a lovely deck overlooking the Fazio golf course. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was about a two minute walk to the complex's pool. It is very convenient to all the island has to offer. The Disney beach is about a mile walk or a five minute car ride, parking was never a problem.

Nice Trip

We had a nice trip and the Owners/Property Managers are very responsive and quick to answer. We normally stay in Coligny and this year we decided to stay in Palmetto Dunes. The location is beautiful but a little further out than we prefer. Loved having the buggy transportation.

great vacation spot

Our vacation at Lisa's Villa was superb! We come to HHI twice a year and this was our first time in this specific villa. Lisa was very quick to respond to inquiries and refunded our deposit instantly once we checked out. This villa is what every vacationer needs. Only thing you have to do is shop for groceries and misc. and you're set to go and enjoy! Very short distance via bike to private beach and pool. We truly enjoyed our stay as always @ Palmetto Dunes Inverness. Thanks for sharing your villa with my family to enjoy! Sad to leave as always. Best regards!

Wonderful stay

We stayed as a couple for 3 weeks in May. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Lisa and Jim have provided everything that we could need. The property is even better than the photos with the location in the middle of the plantation in a lovely peaceful area. We spent many a breakfast sitting on the decking admiring the sunrise and view followed by many an evening with a glass of wine! Lisa and Jim were great to deal with as well as Doris from the management company who quickly resolved a problem for us. All in all we had a wonderful time and feel it was a privilege to be allowed to stay. We hope to return soon. Many thanks.

Perfect location for a relaxing family vacation!

Location is on the golf course and within walking distance to the beach. Two access points to the beach and both are great but we liked the Disney beach access point the best. Villa has wifi and a nice tv in the living area. Towels and basic essentials are provided along with an equipped kitchen. Awesome pool along the lagoon within easy walking distance of the villa. House is clean and nicely decorated. My son's only complaint was the tv was a little small in the master bedroom. Truly, we had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed this house and renting from this owner. Excellent communication before and during the vacation (book in the villa with explicit instructions and suggestions). Would definitely rent again!

Outstanding getaway

This is a an extremely spacious and comfortable location. Well appointed with all the amenities I wanted - a stocked kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, large shower, and a deck with a view. There is no shortage of restaurants nearby or grocery if you prefer to eat in. Did I mention the stocked kitchen? Don't fret about finding a pan, pot, utensil, baking dish or storage container for whatever your needs are. Grilling?. Electric grill outside on the deck. When you plug it in you might need to reset the GFCI on the cord but it works great. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. The deck faces the tee off drop zone for the 11th hole of the Fazio golf course. It was entertaining to watch and analyze the player's shots while we sat out there. We had a very relaxing time and this unit was the perfect place to come back to.

Bright and clean villa

My family enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island. The Villa was very nice and clean just as listed. Kitchen was stocked nicely. The community had great options for restaurants and beaches, all within walking or bike riding distance.

Nicest in Inverness

We’ve stayed at 5 properties in Inverness and this was the nicest. Well stocked. Clean. Great size. Owner communication was great. I would definitely return.

Great Villa and great stay

This villa is perfect! It is very clean and well stocked. Lisa was so easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. We had a great time watching the golfers in the morning while eating our breakfast out on the deck. We rented bikes and rode around at least three times a day. The trees throughout the complex kept us cool even on the hottest days. The beach access is about a mile from the villa. There is not a lot of parking there so if you plan to walk either do not bring a lot of stuff or have a wheeled cart/wagon. I forgot mine so I would drive up and unload everyone/thing, then ride my bike back to the beach which was fine. The beach access is at Disney so there are life guards on the beach which was nice. The pool is very nice. Lots of chairs and chaises and very clean- it's very close to the villa so we just walked there. I would highly recommend this villa!
