Our living room/dining room combination includes entertainment center with TV, and beautifully mirrored wall..

The kitchen features beautiful counter tops, new appliances, custom cabinets, breakfast bar, stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, washer/dryer, full linens, etc. We have added many personal touches and items. Your every need has been anticipated.

Unit has a beautifully decorated master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with the second bedroom features 2-full size beds, flat screen TV/DVD and full bath.

Surfside also provides open and covered decking with picnic tables on the beach where you can watch gorgeous and romantic sunsets while you sip your afternoon beverage. Or you can enjoy watching the playful dolphins and/or watch the interesting tourists walking an basking on what is ranked as one of the to most beautiful beaches in the world.

We welcome you to share in our home-away-from-home as your home-away-from-home. We have prepared it for those who want the very best!!!

Our awesome condo is a 'NON-SMOKING/NON-PET' unit and our association policy prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25 years old.

What a great condo! It was just like being at home. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful views of the beach and great sunsets from the balcony. The hosts were responsive to any inquiry. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful property, location, and amenities. Hosts communicated well. Check In and Out was smooth. Beach chair / umbrella service was excellent (Bret is The Man!). We also used the spa in the building for massages (10 / 10 experience). Only minor flaw was there was no shampoo (probably should have noticed that in the Guide) but everything else was perfect. We'd happily stay there again!!

The place was really nice. The views of the ocean were as depicted and so was the unit. The master is very roomy with ample space to put your things. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Loved our 4 weeks...wasn't long enough. We have already looked into when we will be coming back. Absolutely worthy. K&D

The host were great, as they were last year.Unfortunately the single thing that stood out the most was that the pool which we really made good use of last year was out of commission the entire month of our stay.

Highly recommend this property. This is one of few condos that has been maintained properly, nice bath towels (not the cheap white ones), kitchen well stocked with everything you need (even spices) and the ocean view was amazing! The check in-out process was so easy. I definitely will be back next year!

Miramar get away.

Another couple went with us to Miramar beach to get some much needed time away and have some beach time. We really enjoyed our time there and the process from arrival to departure was easy and very enjoyable.

Check in was flawless. Accommodation and amenities were all we could have needed. Complimentary umbrella and chairs came in clutch. Safe, friendly and quiet environment. Washer/dryer also came in handy. Great stay! Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Beautiful sunset views!

With personal back issues at the moment, I was delighted finding 3 LazyBoy recliners available to help me sleep. Very clean. Ian ice maker in fridge would’ve been nice but ice machine sales downstairs served the ice issue. Plan to stay again when we return. September was good cooler weather. Great place to stay.

Thank you so much for your review, we are so glad that you enjoyed your stay! We love Lazy Boy chairs; they are the best and we want our guests to be comfortable. Just a quick note: the refrigerator does have a built-in ice maker, so we're not quite sure what might have gone awry there, perhaps the bar that indicates the bin is full was left in the up position. We’ll double-check. In the meantime, we're glad the downstairs ice machine was a helpful backup! We truly look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit. Family Beach Trip

Great property, decor was very up to date. Very comfortable for my family of 5. Great location minutes from the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Onsite resturant was awesome. Very affordable for my family and will return soon. A must vacation spot.

Beautiful Condo

This spotless condo was perfect for a getaway. Spectacular gulf views & tastefully decorated. The pictures don’t do it justice. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and area attractions.We had a wonderful getaway and look forward to renting this unit again!

We live and work in Nashville, Tennessee. David is an insurance agent and Peggy is a college administrator. We also own a cabin and condo rental business in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee - the home of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

We have been visiting the Destin area for over 20 years and Surfside has always been our favorite place to stay. It is only a few steps from the beach, close to shopping, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and activities. The resort has always been kept in pristine condition and is a family friendly vacation destination.

Our condo is a warm, inviting beach resort. The condo has a spacious living area for guests to gather watch TV, play games, and just spend time together. The building has interior, air conditioned hallways, a wonderful restaurant, on-site spa, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, large pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and covered parking. Surfside is so conveniently located to all the activities that Destin has to offer, even offering a private beach just steps outside the door.
