"Cozy Cottage" Your home away from home!

Fully licensed with the province of PEI and yearly inspections by "Quality Tourism".
Located on an acre of land, Cozy Cottage offers lots of privacy to enjoy the fire pit in the back yard or watch the sunset from the front deck. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious, open concept kitchen/living. There is a piano and guitar for our musical guests to enjoy and use!
Washer and dryer are available for use as well ( we do not provide soap )
Air conditioning to keep place cool and humidity to a minimum. Located in living room.

Bedrooms are located at opposite ends, with the master bedroom having its own full bathroom with large soaker tub/shower. Second bathroom is located next to second bedroom and has a stand up shower.

Bell fibe television. Large variety of channels.
Wi-fi is available for your personal devices.

Only a quick 15 minute drive to Charlottetown and about a 10 minute jaunt to the beach make Cozy Cottage a perfect place to enjoy your vacation!

A beautiful new screened in porch constructed 2018!! Enjoy our beautiful summer nights without the annoyance of mosquitoes!

Perfect spot

This was my second time staying here. The cottage is exceptionally clean and comfortable. This is my go to place to stay when visiting the island.

Very clean and felt like home.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our PEI holiday. The location was perfect and within a short drive to the coast, golf courses and Charlottetown. The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We loved our PEI holiday. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Tami’s “Cozy Cottage” in Donaldston! The location is centrally located to great beaches, restaurants and PEI sights. The cottage was spotless and well equipped. And while the primary bedroom’s mattress was a bit soft for my liking, the 2nd bedroom offered a firmer bed and its own bathroom. Our host was quick to respond to any questions/needs and ensured that we had a great stay. I highly recommend Tami’s Cozy Cottage to couples or a family of 4 for their PEI vacation.

This is an excellent property in a country setting, 20 minutes north of Charlottetown, central to everything on the island. It has all the amenities you will need. It is very clean and well organized. The property owner is excellent to work with and wants to make sure you enjoy yourself. We toured the entire island over a two week period and the farthest distance was 2.5 hrs to the north west cape at Tignish. When you return home you have a nice screened in porch to relax in and enjoy the nice weather.

Wonderful stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay on the PEI thanks to Tami's cottage and her generosity as a host. The house was very clean and comfortable. The AC made a big difference as we were experiencing 35+ degrees days. We enjoyed the screenhouse each evening and mornings.we will return.

Cute, quiet and central

Honestly we were hardly there except to sleep! But the property was really close to Charlottetown which was very convenient and also centrally located making it easy to head out on day trips to all corners of the island.

Exceptional cottage near National Seashores

Clean, comfortable cottage with fully equipped kitchen. Lovely screened in porch. Lots of living space for 4, including relaxing sofas. Central to the sea shores and beaches. Highly recommended, especially for a longer stays as it feels like home.

Quite and cozy

Tami and Roger are quick to reply. Roger was very informative providing us with information best beaches and things to do. Highly recommend staying at their place.

Great cottage, centrally located

My Family and I enjoyed the comfort and tastefully updated cottage. The cottage was only 20 minutes from downtown Charlottetown, but also centrally located to let us explore different parts of PEI with relative eaise. Tammy was very easy to work with and an attentive host. Would absolutely recommend.

Traveling with Cousins

Cozy Cottage was perfect for the four of us. Open concept kitchen, dining room, living room. Very clean and very attractively decorated. I appreciated the beach towels, the fire pit with chairs and the circle drive! Absolutely recommend this house. Hope to stay again.

Property was inviting inside and out. 2 bedrooms, each with Queen beds seemed rare and there were two bathrooms, perfect for two adult couples. The kitchen/dining area was ample and well equipped. We cooked two lobster dinners while there! Thanks for providing the Lobster pot!Had trouble with the volume on the TV in the Master BR. Nothing or too loud. Tv in Front room worked well. Lighting in the front room was dim in some areas when there are 4 adults wanting to read. Overall a great home away from home, would book again for a stay in PEI!

Felt like home

We stayed in Tami’s home for 3 weeks. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had overnight guests who stayed in the master bedroom. Because of the layout of the house, they had their own attached bath and toilet, so it was very private. Overall, a great stay.

A Much Needed Vacation!

Came for a golfing vacation - our first since before Covid. PEI did not disappoint! Loved the house and location. After a day of golfing, was the perfect place to come home to. Had all we needed and then some. A short drive to everything. Our host, Tami, was easy to contact if we had any questions or comments. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you!

Wonderful property - Great location

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 10 days. Very clean. Bed in master super comfortable. Loved the tub. Easy to visit all parts of the island from. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/spices/coffee maker/etc. Great to have two bedrooms at opposite ends of the house - each with own facilities. Highly recommend! Tami very responsive to questions. Thank you Tami for a great vacation.

Great place for a longer stay

Great place for a longer stay with the comforts of home, clean and well kept. The screened porch was a great place to unwind after a busy day. The only thing to be aware of is that this is a rural location, and to get to services, restaurants, groceries, etc. you need to drive 20-25 minutes. From this location to the waterfront of Charlottetown is approximately 25 minutes. This location provides provides easy access to the north central and eastern coastal drives. Good location for beach access if that’s your thing. Hosts were responsive when we needed to contact them.

Fantastic!!

This place was incredible. The screened-in porch let us enjoy the cool breeze with our friends with no bugs to bother u. the house was immaculate and the Beds!! oh my, the Beds!! I have never slept so well. Tami was the perfect host. super responsive and Roger came by and trimmed the Lawn keeping the outside looking fantastic too. the Perfect location. beautiful country side. just far enough away yet close enough it was not a chore to get to the store. this is where we will e staying next trip home. This was perfect for having our Family and freinds some to US and enjoy the hous and have nice quiet talks and the kitched had everything we needed to have a nive big dinner with a lot of frineds.

Donaldson House.

This is a very nice property that we stayed at for five nights in August. Although it is in the country it is really not far from anything. The home is immaculate and has everything you could want or need during your visit. The checkin was simple and the owner communicated by email several times to see how things were going but we never had a problem.

I have been living in Donaldson for about 15 + years now and absolutely love it! For the past years we have been spending every summer at our cottage. Have met some really nice people that I know will be lasting friendships. Fully licensed with the Province of PEI to operate as a tourist destination.

Beautiful piano and guitar that we provide for our musical guests to use while they stay at "cozy cottage". Being a very rural location it offers a lot of privacy for our guests to enjoy a bon fire in the back yard or watch the sunset from the screened in front porch. It is country living at its finest!
