As per Seaside Heights Code -
“During the period commencing April 15 and ending at 12:00 midnight on June 30 of each year, no short-term rental property shall be rented to any person under 21 years of age. The primary occupant executing the rental agreement shall be 21 years of age or older and must actually occupy the property during the term of the short-term rental. In the event any occupants are under 18 years of age those occupants shall be the immediate family member or under legal guardianship of the primary occupant or another occupant that is 21 years of age or older." - No Prom Rentals. my min age is 24.


Townhouse style condo with 4 bedrooms , 3-1/2 baths - 4 balconies. Great for Family vacations as 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

When comparing against other properties please note we do NOT charge an additional cleaning fee, We also include 8 beach badges(not all do, so check when renting)

1 1/2 Blocks to the beach on the north end of the Boardwalk. Walk to the newly replenished and enlarged beach close to the boardwalk as well as area restaurants and bars.

Jenkinsons Water Park is 5 short blocks away. Fishing and Crabbing bayside is three blocks away (Signaled crossing to get across Rt 35 if walking). We have a few Crab traps you are welcome to use.

2 car garage equipped with 8 Beach chairs 2 Boogie Boards, 2 Skim Boards 2 adult mountain bikes 5 Beach Cruisers. Entry to garage is via a keypad outside the garage door.

70" HDTV in the living room and 1 50" HDTV& 2 40" TV's in the other bedrooms. 1 Bedroom No TV. Most with BluRay DVD, cable and WiFi available throughout the unit.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. In at 2PM - Out by 10:30AM

8 beach badges($80.00 to replace) included along with a parking pass for third Car.($500.00 to replace if lost)

We are also listed with Seaside Realty They have priority in booking as per their contract. I am keeping the calendar up to date, but I have to verify availability with them first, so I cannot automatically accept bookings. Also, as they are closed on Thursdays, if you attempt to book late Wednesday or Thursday i may no respond quickly on those days.

We prefer to rent weekly during July and August. However, we may consider less the a week with a 3 day minimum during May, June or September.

NOTE: Townhouse style so you will be climbing a lot of stairs, not recommended for disabled or easily tired.

Also, only one zone for HVAC, we place a window AC unit in a bedroom upstairs to keep upper floor cool. However, if there is a Heatwave of upper 90's it will not stay cool below 70's on main floor. if you need it to be in the 60's we are not the place for you. If AC runs constantly due to setting temp to 60, it may cause the coil to freeze.
