The living room offers a comfortable place to settle in, with cozy seating, a gas fireplace, and a TV with DVD player for quiet evenings at home. Nearby, the well-equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare family favorites, while the adjacent dining area seats eight and invites everyone to come together for meals, games, and conversation.

Main Level
Bedroom One features a queen bed, while Bedroom Two also offers a queen bed. A full bathroom serves both bedrooms and adds convenience for guests who prefer to stay on the main floor.

Upstairs
Bedroom Three is the king ensuite, complete with a large TV and a private bathroom. An adjoining alcove includes two twin beds, creating a flexible setup for children or additional guests.

Like many classic Sunriver homes, Tan Oak 38 does not have air conditioning. Fortunately, Central Oregon evenings tend to cool beautifully, and nearby rivers and lakes offer refreshing ways to spend warmer days. Think open windows after sunset, cold drinks on the deck, and a slower summer beneath the pines.
