"Sea La Vie" - On the beach in Ponte Vedra

When you enter "Sea La Vie", you will immediately notice how comfortable and relaxing the condo is. Situated directly on the beach in Ponte Vedra, the views of the sunrises and ocean are simply amazing.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for all, and the attached dining and bar area are perfect for a lovely dinner while listening to the sounds of the ocean. There is also a large flat screen tv...perfect for a night of movies! Through the french doors, the living room opens out onto your large lanai. The lanai is equipped with sliding glass doors and screens, to let the night breeze in. All while you are doing a puzzle on the game table, or reading a favorite book. The beach can be accessed from the lanai, just down a few steps and you can feel the sand beneath your feet!

The master bedroom also faces the ocean and has doors that can be opened to the lanai. Wake up to the sunrise and the sound of waves just below you. The en-suite bathroom has just been remodeled, and offers two sinks and a large walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom sits at the front of the condo with it's own remodeled bath just across the hall. All bedrooms have additional flat screen tvs for your use.

Coming in hungry from the beach? You will find a well equipped kitchen, with everything you need to create a picnic lunch while searching for shark teeth. Your full size washer and dryer are just off the kitchen for any wet beach towels.
